Our locked storage closet is packed with everything you need for your days at the beach: beach wagon with 10 inch tires, beach umbrella, beach mat, beach chairs, cooler, and sand toys. **CLUBHOUSES/POOLS** The private clubhouse is a short walk from the condo and is nothing short of magnificent following their newly completed renovations. The club consists of two structures- one lakeside and the other across the street directly on the ocean. The lakeside club has a family-friendly resort-style pool with a beach entry. Adults will enjoy the abundant loungers and covered cabanas while the kids play in the waterpark-style play area. There is also a kiddie pool for the little ones. The lakeside clubhouse contains an adult lounge area complete with billiards, large screen HDTV, and comfortable furniture. The kids’ room features air hockey, foosball, large screen HDTV, as well as games and kid furniture. The fitness center is very well equipped with a variety of cardio and weight machines. Finally, you can enjoy the menu in the Cinnamon Grille or have some cold beverages from the full bar delivered to you poolside. The condo is equipped with Spectrum cable for the TV’s and high-speed wireless internet throughout. The living room leads out to the balcony through 8 ft. hurricane-proof sliders. The balcony is a huge 275 sq. ft. and equipped with a new table and 4 chairs as well as a conversation area with loveseat, 2 chairs and a coffee table. The master suite will impress with a solid mahogany 4-poster king size bed and armoire with Samsung HDTV, soaking tub, separate shower stall, and double sinks. The guest bedroom is complete with an oak 4-poster queen size bed.
