About this house rental
Nestled in Indian River, this charming house for £379 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. You can wake up and walk to the secluded beach to watch the sunrise just a few steps from your front door. Ride your bike to nearby grocery store, wine bar, and restaurants. Spotless 3 bedroom, two bath home, with a family room with 65" TV, brand new (and fully stocked) chef's dream kitchen with coffee nook, entertainment room with small TV and foosball table and games and puzzles, breakfast table, and so much more. The home has beach cruiser bikes, wagon, kayaks with carts, cooler, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and skim boards, and much more for even easier access to the beach. Also walking distance to the river, Post Office and Village Beach Shops. Disney Resort & historic Jungle Trail are just north of this property. Village Beach Shops next door to Beachcomber Bungalow with shops and Citron Restaurant Vinz Wining and Dinning 1.6 Miles away Vero Beach Farmer's Market every Saturday from 8am to Noon So much more within a close radius. This is a perfect bungalow to watch the turtles nest and lay their eggs May through November and hear the sound of the ocean during your swim in the pool. Can arrange airport transport from MLB, MCO, or PBI for an additional fee. This is a real home, and it is in Florida. We spare no expense in the maintenance or preventative maintenance, but every once and a while there are some bumps in the road. Certain seasons we have ghost ants, no-see-ums, heat, weather events, etc. We do everything in our power to address these issues, but sometimes there are acts of nature or mechanical events that are out of our control. If you cannot laugh about this and know we will do everything in our power to fix it, the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa is truly lovely and they have on-site concierge services for those with immersive hospitality expectations. Our goal is for everyone to be happy and receive what they want, but understand we cannot make everyone happy. This is a single-family vacation rental and we respect our guests' privacy. The purchase of Travel Insurance at time of booking is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our visit very much. Great heated pool. A short drive to many restaurants. Saw Jersey Boys at the Riverside Theatre. Paid a visit to nearby citrus groves. House was well equipped. Welcome basket of snacks and wine greeted us when we arrived.

The house was absolutely beautiful and well kept. There were multiple living spaces, that were all geared towards comfort and socializing. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy and fun to entertain our family. We also loved the fire pit and were so grateful to the hosts for warming up the pool for us, as the Florida weather wasn’t as warm as we were hoping! It was super easy to get to the town and grocer and it was great to walk to the beach.

Beautiful villa that had everything that you could ask for and more. It was lovely being so close to the beach, and there was a nice bistro round the corner. The house was very well stocked with essentials. We had a couple of “operator errors” at the start, but these were sorted and explained very promptly. Impressive customer service.

This was more then i expected by a lot, the place has it all and more! If you need anything just look around and the home has it. The neighborhood is really nice quite and very friendly. The owner was quick to respond and very friendly. Everything was just wow, would visit again!

This home was fantastic and had everything you could ever need for a beach vacation. We traveled for my son’s birthday and Amanda was thoughtful enough to have a cake for him showing that she truly cares about our experience. The bungalow was so cozy so you felt at home immediately, and the secluded location and closeness to a private beach really put it over the top. We were lucky enough to be the only ones on the beach one whole day.Will definitely be back!

Little bit of a tuff start without AC the first night but the property manager was prompt to have it repaired by mid day, and I’m sure it was something nobody could have anticipated happening. The property was clean and well equipped with all the essential and very accommodating for 3 generations of a family to have a great beach experience.
Highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back next year for another wonderful couple of weeks.

The location was great! It was nice to be able to walk to the beach. The house has everything we needed including lots of towels! We would absolutely rent again!

What an amazing host. This house is beautiful and the host does everything to make you feel welcome. She leaves everything you could possibly need and responds to request very quickly. The house is a two minute walk right to your own private beach access. The neighbors are friendly and very welcoming. Police frequently patrol the street so you can ensure that you are in a safe place. All I can say is wow. Great place. Thank you.

This was our third time staying at beachcomber bungalow. It is truly a wonderful place with thoughtful amenities and a great location. The owner is easy to reach and responsive to any issues. Overall, it’s easy to recommend.

I would book this property again and again! The house is in a great location and was very clean upon arrival. It was also VERY well stocked - beach chairs, towels, bikes, pots/pans, oil and spices (everything you need to cook at home.) We showed up with our bathing suits and did not need much else. Amanda was very responsive to my questions before the trip and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.

The Beachcomber Bungalow checked all the boxes for a perfect family spring break getaway! Our family of four was more than comfortable and there was something for everyone at the house. Just a few steps from the beach, we enjoyed walking, fishing, swimming, and sunbathing on the gorgeous white sand beach. The outdoor living area, pool, and lanai were where we spent the majority of our time. The house was simply perfect with every amenity you could dream of. We are already making plans for our next stay at the Bungalow!

Our family enjoyed the week at this lovely home. The house is equipped to satisfy everyone’s needs and feels very updated and new. Everything was very clean. The pool was spotless. A 3 min walk to the beach was wonderful. The host was extremely responsive and check in/out was a breeze. We are fairly selective about VRBO homes; and this one is very high on the list! Great vacation!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Amanda is the example of a perfect host. Home is totally prepared for guests. Beautiful and well stocked. Our adult children and their spouses had a wonderful stay with us in Vero. Close enough to restaurants for dinner, but just far enough away to feel seclusion. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

My family (6 adults, 1 child) enjoyed our relaxing stay in this beautiful, very clean, well equipped home. Everything you need or want for a beach vacation is on hand. We did not need to utilize but if traveling with an infant a pack 'n play and high chair are present. Christmas decorations are even stored in the closets if you want to plan a Christmas beach getaway. The bikes are a great addition to make the quick walk to the beach even quicker. The master bed is very cushy and comfortable. There is plenty of space and sitting areas. We really enjoyed sitting outside roasting marshmallows around the fire pit most nights. Amanda is great with communication and tending to her guests' needs. Definitely recommend this rental home.

If I could give more than 5 stars - I would! We stayed here as a party of 6 (four adults and two kids, ages 4 & 1) and found little reason to ever stray from the house! The space was very clean and comfortable - the layout perfect for our group, allowing the kids to play in one area and adults to lounge in another. We walked to the beach each morning, and spent the afternoons lounging poolside - what more could you ask for? Amanda was so kind and accommodating - providing a pack and play and high chair made our travel needs lighter, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the wagon, trike and sand toys provided! Truly an exceptional experience - we look forward to staying here again in the future.

We are 5 adults and 2children (1 1/2 and 3 1/2)we just live in pool and outdoor space every morning and after naps we walk on up to the beach. Back to house for dinner and back in the pool . It doesn’t get better than that!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this rental!! It exactly as advertised! Just steps to the private beach which was wonderful! What a fantastic home! The pool was private and brought plenty of enjoyment! The Vero Beach area was beautiful with shopping and restaurants nearby. Amanda was a great host! We arrived to find a wonderful welcome basket of goodies, she was accommodating and the communication was excellent!! We would definitely return. Thanks so much!!

Perfect family getaway
This home was perfect for our family of 5! Immaculately clean! We enjoyed the very private beach just a short walk away (or even shorter ride on one of several bikes in the garage). Each day we had lunch poolside on the covered lanai, and relaxed in the hot tub in the evenings. Amanda has thought of literally everything a family could need to enjoy this beautiful beach home.

Second stay at this amazing property. Perfect location for a quick walk to a private beach. Heated pool to cool off from sun and separate hot tub to enjoy. Couldn't ask for more. Changes done to living room and kitchen make this property even nicer. Foosball table is a great addition. Amanda made communication easy. This house is paradise. Would totally return again.

This is hands down the best VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. The pictures on the listing are 100% accurate and the house does NOT feel like a rental. It feels like home! The beach is just 1 block away but we took advantage of the bikes to make our back and forths a little quicker at times when we needed it most. We barely had to pack anything because there were boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs (7), umbrellas (2), a beach wagon, sand toys, plenty of towels and the list goes on!! I think my favorite part is that the owner allows the guests to leave left over groceries. It was much different than we were used to (most rental owners make you clear all groceries). This seemed to encourage a sense of community, sharing and caring about the next renter! There was tons of laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper! We didn’t have to buy any of that. There was even plenty of coffee. So all of this just made us want to leave some of our good stuff. We bought some nice coffee and left it and also left some food that was unopened for the next little kiddos that walk in. Just wonderful! We were a family of six, parents, 5 year old triplets and an 8 year old. We were all super comfortable. Thank you Amanda! … oh and I can’t forget the beach! We literally shared the beach with at most 4 other people at any given time during the week. BLISS!

Perfect Property and Short Walk to Amazing Beach
The house was clean, modern appliances, perfectly appointed and everything we needed was there. Towels, beach stuff like umbrellas and boogie boards, bicycles, etc. House is well designed and set up with multiple places to relax and get some space or be together (like 3 TVs, a pool in the back, with outdoor dining and seating areas). Clean and fresh property and great location. Will come back!
