I won't choose this Hotel again, or recommend it!

The staff and the AC in the room.

The bathroom was in bad shape, beds uncofortable, pillows smell like cigarrettes, TV remote didn't work, water fountains disconected. Dove soap, and shampoo containers were filled with a cheaper product, etc.

My stay was ok, the cleanness of the place makes the short stay ok.

I did not have breakfast, the location works well for me.

The tub was a bit concerning to me, the middle was sinking whenever I have a shower.

Passable for one night -- but certainly not a great hotel. We'd look somewhere else in the future.

Location to Hard Rock Stadium was good.

Small windows, no room insulation making for an incredibly loud environment. We could hear everything going on around us. No comp breakfast which is pretty standard these days. Dead bugs and hair in the bathroom upon check in.

My stay was okay because it was short and the location was convenient to my needs.

Conveniently located.

The room smelled like someone had just cooked inside and the bed linens did not seem fresh. You can get an iron at the front desk but they do not have an ironing board.

Spend a few extra and stay at the Hampton across the street

Location

To begin, the room they gave us did not look anything like the pictures on the website. The walls were patched with mixed matched paint, the couch was peeling, sheets were dirty (they do housekeeping once every 2 weeks.... do with that info what you will), and one of the safety locks on the door was busted. On top of this, the shower was not sealed with silicone so there is mold just growing between the floor and shower- with a crack near the drain. Forgot to mention that the warm water is limited, don't expect your spouse to get any after you're done. The place had insects crawling around, dead roaches, and not to mention the awful stench that the room gets. Smells like a moist moldy mess. The walls are paper thin so expect to hear crying kids and barking dogs after 1AM. Hotel says its non smoking yet the entire hallway stinks from weed and if you're lucky enough to get a view of the lake- people smoke there too and you will have your room full of weed or cigarette smell.

The room was spacious.

The next door room was smoking and the smoke was coming into my room. I am allergic to it and was not able to sleep. The staff is not available after around 10 PM. It was horrible having to smell smoke and try to rest:( They also charge extra fees even after you book on booking.com and then extra fees and deposits for the dog.

The location was convenient to where I needed to be.

The room was musty and smelled like roaches. I did not see any insects/bugs however. The place just did not have a clean and fresh smell. The bed was horrible and very unsightly. There was chipped paint on some walls and the bathroom while it looked superficially clean, DID NOT SMELL FRESH. Bleach is super cheap and a wonderful disinfectant. The floors needed to be cleaned prior to allowing guest to stay in room. One positive was the size of the room. It would be more inviting to guests if the front end staff were more professionally attired. It does take away from the facility if the first person you meet is in a hoodie and manning the front desk. The staff was polite for the most part, just unprofessional in appearance.

I am glad I read the reviews about the the cutlery there was none for all that money if wanted cutlery I would have to pay extra money and so I bought my own also the mattress keeps sliding off the bed

The location was good, room was very big! It’s a decent hotel and outside looks very clean.

If you check in late you have to call a number and wait for some to come back to the front desk. We found roaches in your room but are stay was only for 6 hours so we made to to get the hell out of there first thing in the morning. The toilet made a screaming noise the whole time we was there. I even tried to fix it myself because I couldn’t sleep.

Norman and his staff are amazing. Family atmosphere. Felt like I was at home.

GM Norman and his staff were incredible. Hospitality is a 10. Reasonable rates. Comfortable accommodations. Rooms feature kitchenette complete with a stove. Felt like a studio apartment. Laundry facilities and gym on site.
