worst stay ever. just avoid this property! it's definitely not was they're selling here

🇬🇧 absolutely nothing. 🇮🇹 assolutamente niente. evitatela e non sceglietela neanche fosse l'ultima disponibile su booking!

🇬🇧 the worst stay ever! once arrived at the property the house was super dirty, garbage still there and lot of ants all over the kitchen, even in the fridge. Bed sheets were dirty with hairs and pubic hair. The smell was so bed. Dust everywhere, dishes dirty. We have contacted immediately the owner of the house and they have promised to come and to clean the house. First night we decided to stay there since we have arrived really late, the second day they came but: ants still there, dust and hairs everywhere and the bed sheets not changed. It was a nightmare! We asked them to receive a refund and they were so aggressive, they said since the beginning that they were not going to refund us. sadly, we have decided to move to another apartment (a very good one) and we have paid all the remaining nights there with just 10% refund after many many emails. Definitely not worth the money. definitely avoid this! it's a shame that even the pictures are not respecting at all the reality. windows were dirty and you couldn't even close them. the noise from the street was so loud! AVOID THEM!

- the insufficient cleanliness - there is only one medium size towel per person but when you wash them it takes two days to dry (no dryer provided)

very nice appartment, well located but Very Noisy!!

the place is very nice. nice deco, everything you need, parking included (you need to be a good driver) we spent a very nice business trip in this appartment.

the windows are just not existing... the isolation from the outside noise is just unexistant, so if you dont like the noise while sleeping don't come here. note for the owner: insvesting on new windows is a must. you would have the perfect appartment then..

Exceptional

Perfect Location. Apartment had everything you need, including parking space which is really unique in Tel Aviv. Best to mention is Dror. He was always responsive, super friendly and brought us everything we needed (including a high chair for our baby). We felt more than welcome there!

Very pleasant stay and host was friendly and helpful.

The beds were comfortable. Adequate space in the apartment for 8 people including 2 bathrooms. Nespresso coffee machine.

No tumble dryer in the apartment for clothes as could not hang up washing to dry outside.

Absolute perfection in the heart of Tel Aviv

Sansa Urban Residence really exceeded our expectations. The location is PERFECT - right in the heart of Tel Aviv and you can walk to all the main sites with ease. The apartment is also located in a quiet street right next to a supermarket so it is ideal. The apartment itself is exceptional - we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it is perfect. There is loads of space, it is super clean and it has everything you could need and more. The attention to detail is outstanding and the host Tal is wonderful and really goes the extra mile. We will definitely come back to stay at Sansa Urban Residence.

Amazing stay!

The flat is nice and modern. Great location. Felt like the flat had anything I needed. Super clean with all the facilities needed.

The roof was pretty awesome, the flat was clean and the host helped us a lot regarding everything. Highly recommended!

Parking place, what is rather rare in this area. View from the windows. Equipment. Location.

Dirty windows (maybe because of construction, where one has to clean them from outside). 5 mm wholes between parts of windows (fortunately traffic is not loud there).

Excellent location, great apartment.

Difficult to get in the garage, we did not have a remote control. There was only one and someone took it. We had to park outside, we were lucky to find a spot.
