The location and description of the home was as expected. Art was responsive to any questions we had and he accommodated an early arrival (Awesome!) My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the home at check in and broken items. Most of the screens for doors and windows were missing or broken, patio chairs were ripped, and there was evidence of previous guests/pets. Overall, we enjoyed the lake and the outdoor spaces. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Hi,
Art was easy to contact via text or email. The home has 1 bedroom(queen I think) on first floor with pull out in common area for other beds. The loft is open space(full) between two rooms with doors and jack/Jill bathroom to those rooms(not the loft area which is a very nice space with big windows and full bed). AC worked well when needed otherwise windows were great. Firepit up the hill a bit and the small beach was awesome! Don;t need much with a beautiful lake and some floats:> Chairs provided at the beach area(very nice!). Kitchen was adequate for most of your cooking needs and grill. Wonderful porch out front to look out on the lake and relax. Overall a fun week with family(5 adults, 2 teens and 2 dogs).

The views from this home were amazing. The location was also ideal. The home was generally clean when we arrived. The host was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay.

Art was accommodating and the house is perfectly located. While the weather unfortunately did not cooperate, you are a short drive to everything in Laconia and Meredith. Great spot for bringing your own boat and only moments away from a really large sandbar! Art and his family live right behind this property and put on a fantastic 4th of July firework show! The stairs that lead to the second floor are extremely steep, so for our seniored pup it was a bit of a challenge. Other than that, we had a great time.

The weather didn’t cooperate, but the house rental lived up to our expectations. Everything in the A-frame seemed new or newly renovated and clean. It seemed roomy even for 4 adults and 4 (large) teen boys. We were most impressed with the owner, Art, who went above and beyond to help my husband diagnose and use his own driveway for a boat repair. He made himself available to make recommendations and answer questions, Great location. Hoping for a return visit with better boating/fishing weather to explore the lake.

We were very excited to be directly on the lake for the weekend. The property was very clean and Art/Bess were easy to work with. Even though it rained all weekend, there was plenty of space for six of us. The location is not only on the water but is close to everything we needed. Thank you for letting us rent your home!

We had a great time in the lake. The access to the dock was good. The house was clean and the new addition made a huge difference.
