Located in Malaga, this lovely condo for £341 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This amazing apartment is located on the corner between Zegrí and Alcazabilla Streets, in one of the most beautiful and exclusive quarters in the city. The apartment has more than 200 m2, with four large bedrooms, two of them with double beds of 1.80 * 2.00 m, and the other two with twin beds of 0.90 * 2.00 m each, all of them with lots of natural light thanks to the beautiful balconies in each one has. In addition, it has two full bathrooms with shower, and independent from the bedrooms. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped with everything our guests might need. And the best thing about the apartment is the living room, which has four balconies with views to the Alcazaba and the Roman Theater, which provide a pleasant light during the whole the day. The apartment has been furnished paying special attention to the details, and each room has quality furniture specially designed for it, with neutral and soft colors, to asure the maximum comfort to our guests. In the rehabilitation that has taken place, its marvelous flooring has been conserved, since it’s an original hydraulic mosaic, and whose value is incalculable because, in fact, it’s protected by the Heritage Institution of the city of Malaga. The surroundings of Zegri Street are have the best of Malaga. In front the apartment is the famous winery "El Pimpi", one of the most valued and visited in the city for its reputation as a place to enjoy the best gastronomy of Malaga. And added to all the above, a few steps away are the Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, and the Alcazaba, as well as the main shopping area, supermarkets, and a variety of wineries and restaurants. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.** During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation. Centrally located, access to public parking, museums, parks and walking distance to pier facilities. True sensation of European life style of living literally a beautiful public plaza with views of Roman amphitheater from your balcony. Open the door to the apartment fine dinning,pizza and cafes. Walking distance to food market and fresh Mercado.

Hosts were wonderful. Location and ambience were great. Beds were comfortable. ACs worked. I would have preferred more soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms. Quality of kitchen paper towels and toilet paper can be better. Floor could have been cleaner. One of the bathroom door locks and one of the flushes malfunctioned intermittently. Water in the shower gets cold if many people shower back to back. Overall would stay here again.

The property is lovely and well laid out. perfectly positioned for museums, shopping, brilliant food and a 15 minute stroll to the city beach. The air conditioning worked well, when needed. and the kitchen was well equipped. A toilet breakage was sorted and communication with Gentile Homes was very good. We akso were allowed to enter the apartment early, which was a real plus! Be aware that this is a noisy and popular location, where unless you get into the local time zone, can effect sleep. This aside we felt that this minor downside was more than made up for by the location, views, atmosphere and space offered within the apartment. We would most definately return!!! The apartment was wonderful and in an ideal location! It was so easy to walk to everything since it was near so much! The only downside is that the restaurant downstairs puts up their chairs at around 12:15pm every night and very early in the morning which you can hear pretty easily in the apt. Other than that it was perfect!
