This beautiful island condo sleeps 8 guests. This condo is just steps away to two world-class PGA champion golf courses, 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, BBQ pavilion and about a 6minute walk to the most beautiful swimming and surfing beaches located at Turtle Bay Resort. Some highlights about our condo: -Beautiful island decor throughout -Outstanding views of PGA golf course -Split AC downstairs and central AC upstairs -Ceiling fans in every room -Lots of living space including private lanai with dining table -Cal king bed in master, twin over full bunk with twin trundle upstairs bedroom, and queen in downstairs bedroom -Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator and freezer, stove top and double oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, cookware, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, and stemware. -TV and DVD player in living room and master bedroom -Complimentary Wi-Fi -Washer and Dryer and iron and ironing board -Pack-N-Play playpen with linens -Beach supplies- 2 boogy boards, kids pool and beach toys, 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 2 adult snorkels and 2 kid snorkels, All linens, bath and beach towels are included. We also include enough basic supplies to get you by for the first few days. Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. HOUSE RULES Occupancy Restrictions: This 3 bedroom condo has a max occupancy of 8 people. If an exception is needed a written request must be submitted to the host. If you exceed the maximum limit without prior approval property manager has the right to charge you. Smoking: Smoking and vaping is prohibited anywhere on property. This includes inside condo, on lanai, pool areas and BBQ pavilion. Violators will be warned by security or property manager. The property manager has the right to charge you for repeated violations. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Violators will be warned by security or property manager. The property manager has the right to charge you. Lanais and Entryways: Do not hang clothes, towels or any other items on lanais or railings. No storing surf boards and equipment in entryways. Parking: Only 2 cars per condo are allowed. One vehicle can be parked in condo stall and the other vehicle can be parked in guest parking. Both vehicles need to have a parking pass with condo number on it displayed on dashboard. Pool: Pool rules are posted in pool area. If rules are not followed security or property manager will ask you to leave pool area. Pool hours are from 8am-9pm.

The community is very safe and beautiful. The townhome is very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. We had the best experience staying here and the place was very well decorated and we fit 7 adults comfortably. So much room and the beds and couch and dining was very homey feeling. I would highly recommend staying here. Mahalo!

Impressive property that's very well stocked for both adults and kids. Full kitchen appliances, lots of children's toys and beach amenities (body boards, sand toys, floaties, snorkels, beach chairs/umbrellas). Close to beach and small eateries dotted around the North Shore, easy drive.

We had a family trip and decided to step away from the tourist crowds and really enjoy our time and all the splendor of the beaches and all the island offer. The location was amazing, the home was absolutely beauty and everything we needed. During the day we explored the island and in the evening enjoyed the quality time together. Mahalo for an amazing family vacation and we look forward to do it again.

The accommodations were perfect for our stay away from home across the island. Rooms were large, comfortable & clean. Will definitely recommend to others. Only problem was a bent key that was left for us to use and in a couple of days the key broke.

Property was as described and much bigger than expected! Condo boasted both split AC units and Central AC. So, cooling the unit was not an issue. We had 4 adults and 3 children and the unit slept everyone comfortably. Kitchen was well appointed and stocked! Access to beach at Turtle Bay was easy and just a few minutes drive. Will rent again!

Hosts were super accomodating and exhibited much aloha with welcome gifts in addition to their very well equipped home. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the No Shore.
