This is an exceptional vacation rental located on the world famous North Shore of O'ahu within the Turtle Bay Resort area, which is in close proximity to world class north shore beaches such as Sunset Beach, Velzyland, and Pipeline. This exclusive gated community of Kuilima Estates West features a refreshing swimming pool mere steps away from this condo, tennis courts, 2 free parking stalls, ample guest parking, multiple ACs, a massive lanai with a spectacular view of the golf course, a bbq grill with tons of outdoor seating as well as free WiFi among many other amenities awaiting you in this veritable paradise. This condo has been tastefully updated, and is well appointed. Lei's lei's is literally a golf ball drive away from the property, it is an incredible restaurant! Located within the Turtle Bay Resort area, this condo is next to the world famous Turtle Bay Arnold Palmer golf course as well as the George Fazio course, both of which will delight any golf enthusiast. This beautiful condo is located on the 2nd floor, and it is extremely unique because it is comprised of two separate townhomes which were tastefully combined into one large home. The master bedroom on the main floor has a comfortable king bed, smart TV and window AC as well as a master bathroom separated from the shower. The massive living room features a large flat screen tv, split AC and ample seating for family and friends. The large fully equipped kitchen is perfect for dining or BBQing while taking in the spectacular golf course view. The second downstairs bedroom features a king bed with a flatscreen tv and window ac. Next to this bedroom there is a conveniently located guest bathroom. The upstairs loft features 2 bedrooms that are not separated with a door nevertheless they still offer wonderful privacy thanks to their clever layout, 1 side of the loft has a Queen bed as well as a conveniently located washer/dryer, flatscreen TV, and a split AC. On the other side of the loft there are 2 single beds and a full bathroom. Our lofts have AC! Having an AC in the loft is important because these Kuilima lofts can get very warm and most of them don’t have their own AC like this home does. If you do decide to venture out of this amazing oasis many dining options await you! Turtle Bay Resort is a short walk away where you can find chef Roy Yamaguchi's Beach House restaurant, Lei Lei's Bar and Grill, The Point Sunset and Pool Bar (arguably the best place on the island for a sunset cocktail), and Off The Lip. Nearby there are tons of delicious food truck options in Kahuku, which is known for its incredible shrimp farms, where you can eat delicious farm to table shrimp plates. If you prefer staying home to cook your meals, there are 2 different Foodland markets in either direction from the hotel. The North Shore is commonly referred to as a Mecca for the world's best surfers who make their annual pilgrimage to it's pristine, awe inspiring beaches. The most famous wave on earth, the absolutely mesmerizing Banzai Pipeline is less than 5 miles away and warrants spending a day at the beach taking in its awe inspiring power. If your timing is impeccable, nearby Waimea Bay may be breaking if the swell is large enough. Having a picnic on the beach and watching some of the biggest waves on earth break nearby is an absolute must during the winter months! In the summer months, the waves are generally smaller which makes it perfect for snorkeling or other exciting ocean activities. If you are in the mood to shop or explore more, Hale'iwa town is a mere 12 miles away and has countless shops and dining options.

If you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place to stay while in Hawaii I highly recommend Turtle bay. It’s off the beaten path. I had plenty of room to run, walk, and hike. Our families really enjoyed the spacious condo. 15 and 17 year olds slept upstairs which was great. Private beach time was only a 10 minute walk from the condo. I felt safe to do all of these things alone. We have stayed in Hawaii two times before in Waikiki. I will never stay anywhere else than turtle Bay. Food trucks were within a 5 minute drive. We loved meals at Ted’s Bakery, 7 Brothers, and the corn dog truck (fried pineapple = amazing). The grocery store is close enough that you don’t need to buy any extras. There are beaches everywhere! Beautiful! My only suggestions to make this property better would be a broom and operating directions for appliances. Also, please leave out an experience book for guests! This is a great opportunity for guests to share what they love about the area! ❤️

This condo was by far the roomiest, cleanest and most comfortable we’ve seen. The renovations are really well done and the 8 of us had an amazing time. Definitely recommend for comfort, value & location of course !!

It was easy for the six of us to enjoy our time together and have space for time alone.The master bathroom shower does need some work but he others were great. We would recommend this to others.The grill has been replaced with a small electric grill, so bbqing was a bit hard.Had a great time and would go again!

Great place for family or friends to stay. We were 3 couples, everyone had their space and the place was very comfortable, especially with the AC units. Nice screened in Lanai overlooking the golf course. Everyone enjoyed the place, would definitely use again.

This home was perfect for our family of 8! The location is conveniently located just steps from Turtle Bay Beach. The condo was easy to access, clean and ample space. We loved the split AC unit because half of us like a cooler space than the rest! Easy access to a lot of great beaches on the North Shore and the pool is right next door. The kitchen has everything you need and we took advantage of using the beach and pool toys provided. We wish we would have spent more time here, would definitely return and use this home for our next vacation. Highly recommend this place for a group or family vacation.

This is by far the nicest unit that we have rented out at the Kuilima West Turtle Bay condo complex! It is clean, spacious, cool (thanks to the split unit aircondition units in the loft, living room and kitchen/dining room and wall units in the 2 bedrooms), beautifully decorated, super well stocked kitchen (even has a food processor!)... I could continue on and on with our delight with this unit! This is the first time that I rented through the Ali'i management company. They were fantastic-responded to every question/request that I had super quickly-very, very helpful! My family is already looking at our schedule to figure out when we can return for another staycation to get out of the hustle and bustle of Honolulu.

This place was EXCELLENT. From the very beginning the communication and facilities were GREAT! The kitchen setup was a cooks dream. The location is great if you want to relax and avoid the craziness of Waikiki. I cannot say enough good things about the unit. We will definitely use them again!
