Nestled in Kawela Bay, this attractive villa for £699 per night is a great option for your next trip. ***This is the most luxurious stay you can get on the North Shore of Oahu! Our amazing Ocean Villa is one of the only two villas located in the whole Ocean Villa Complex that allows you to have Ocean Views from ALL BEDROOMS. Unlike most houses on the North Shore that were built in the 1970 or older… Our Villa was built only in 2005 with some of the most luxurious items. Built Strongly this Villa gives you the luxury to be steps from the Ocean yet you cannot hear anything with out double mounted Lanai Doors and concrete structure. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with our amazing master bedrooms having its own bath tub separated from the shower. We also have only the best in bed sheets and mattresses. We are one of the only two 3 bedrooms Villa that sleeps up to 8 adults - One bedroom has 2 queen size beds, another bedroom has 1 queen size bed, and the master has 1 king size bed. And we have a baby crib for your convenience. The Villa is exceptionally clean and well-stocked with all you should need for a great stay! We provide some beach equipment for you to enjoy- beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler! Most importantly, we also provide you with the local knowledge to make the most out of your time here!! Some of our favorite suggestions: -Spend the day away on a beautiful hike through nature -Zipline tour in Kahuku -Shopping and food in Haleiwa -Relax with a therapeutic massage -Enjoying a sunset horse-back ride -Snorkel in our calm Kuilima cove beach while receiving an excellent service of drinks and foods from Roys restaurant (located right on the sand) -Get to see more of Oahu with a helicopter ride! Guests have access to the Ocean Villa private swimming pool and hot tub, and all the amenities and restaurants at Turtle Bay Resort except for their swimming pool and hot tub. A small fee may apply to use the fitness center at hotel. Please check with Resort Concierge for prices and availability. Turtle Resort is packed with activities with for all ages! From land to sea we have horseback ride, tennis, golf, helicopter rides, surfing, world class snorkeling right (steps from your Villa), kayak, yoga classes, fitness center and many others… Come enjoy our amazing piece of paradise! This property is amazing! Emily and Diego provided absolutely everything you could possibly need, and the very detailed directions were much appreciated. I have stayed at high-end VRBOs for over 10 years, and this was the best experience I've ever had.

Great place and location. Looked exactly like the photos. So much to do and see nearby. I highly recommend the food trucks for a change of pace from the property restaurants (although they close early). Had an epic time overall! Mahalo!

Overall the place was OK. The main TV had a black line thru it and was not Smart. We asked for a late checkout but was not allowed. We then had to stay at the pool for 3 hours. There are no towels down there for our family of 5 and we could not use the towels from the condo.

This is a magnificent apartment. Spectacular views. Hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was beautifully equipped.

We loved our 2 night stay and all agreed we should have stayed more days here and less at Aulani! The condo is better than advertised with spacious rooms, easy to cook in kitchen, very clean and nice balcony with view of ocean while you enjoy a meal. Literally on the beach and very cool tidepools. Very comfortable beds and very quiet at night. We enjoyed dinner at Roys which was just steps away also. My husband loved the walking paths nearby and I loved the beach (and the Nespresso machine).
Definitely will stay again when we return next!

Our family stayed the second week of November. This condo was immaculate! Fantastic location on the property, we walked to the most northern point to watch sunrise and sunset in a single day. The pool was mostly exclusive to our group, and the beach was a two min walk. We saw turtles, fish and other sealife in the coral. The condo provided everything you need for kitchen, pool, beach chairs and beach toys. This was a wonderful choice for us that really enhanced our vacation. The resort which is a 8 min walk has coffee shop, bars, and restaurants that were amazing. We played pickleball and golf onsite. We visited some local restaurants and food trucks. All very good, seafood is fresh, and meals were delicious. Also enjoyed a great burger from Seven Brothers. Highly recommend this location!!!! We will be back!

Not enough good things to say about this property, the people and Turtle Bay! We did not want to come home. The beds were amazing, the view was unbelievable and we took a helicopter rode just outside our front door.

We had a very wonderful stay at the villas. The property is very well kept and worked perfectly for 8 adults. The kitchen is fully stocked and functional. The beds are comfortable. The villa is conveniently located near the pool and beach entrance. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was beautiful, the property, the decor, the view, the villa. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Any issues that we had were quickly addressed, and communication with the manager, who was very responsive, was easy. Everyone loved staying here, and didn't want to leave! Mahalo!

The resort is very clean and homey! Very close to the beach and hotel. We were there to attend a wedding and spend 5 nights there! Our unit are facing the pool so my 2 years old grandson were able to play with the water every day !

We had a wonderful stay with my elderly parents and 13 month old. Lots of space for everyone and it was so clean! We loved the pack n play for my baby to sleep every night. Would be helpful if there was also a highchair at this location but not a deal breaker. We loved the nearby elevator for our stroller and luggage.
The pictures don't do this place justice! You truly are steps away from the beach and the pool. There's even showers to wash off the sand in the grassy area. The owners were very responsive on the app and check in was smooth. The espresso machine was such a hit with the family as well. So many details are well thought out including new dish sponges and kitchen amenities. Highly recommend making reservations at Beach House. We made wonderful memories in this beautiful location and hope you can too!

After our family of six had been crammed into two hotel rooms in Honolulu, this villa was heaven sent. It is more spacious than the pictures show, the decor is more lovely in person, and the setting with the ocean views is breathtaking. The host is very generous with amenities, the kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and the storage locker is packed with beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, etc.
The villa is located in a good middle spot on the North Shore between Haliewa and Waimea a drive west of it, and the Polynesian Cultural Center and Kualoa Ranch in the east.
We had one issue - a glitch with the entry codes on day two - but when we reached out to the manager through the VRBO messaging, he was in contact in under a minute, and the problem was quickly solved.
My only complaint would be that other than the blue couch, the rest of the seating in the living room, although very stylish in appeal, was not comfortable to curl up on. (Oh, and the kitchen could use some oven mitts.)
Overall, I would highly recommend this villa. And I would recommend moving beyond the Turtle Bay beach to check out the other beaches on the North Shore: Waimea Beach has powdered sand and buoyant waves (of course we swam in August...a much different scene in the winter!). Pupukea/Shark's Cove is a great snorkeling spot where we swam with a sea turtle and colourful fish. Punaluu Beach was a great spot for the first time surfers in our party.

What an amazing stay at Turtle Bay. We went with our 3 kids (ages 5-10). They absolutely loved it since they each had their own bed. The Turtle Bay hotel is a 2 minute walk, and the restaurants there were very good.
The owners were very responsive, and their description of the condo/property and amenities are 100% accurate. The condo is in excellent shape and was very clean. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at this Ocean Villa at Turtle Bay. The Villa was spacious, clean and beautiful with a perfect location just steps from the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 5 with 3 teens. We loved the well stocked kitchen as we like to cook and enjoyed all the beach toys. The Villa was both quiet and central which made it ideal to enjoy the entire Turtle Bay resort. Everything was high quality and we would love to stay again!

The unit was exactly as described and pictured. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, well stocked, and great for families. The location is lovely, and it is a very short walk to the pool and beach. Beach towels were provided inside the unit and beach chairs and equipment were easily accessible in an outside storage room. The views are great, but be aware that the ocean views are indirect from 2 of the bedrooms and the balcony. The photos provided online are accurate, so I recommend reviewing those to set your expectations in terms of views. This was our first time staying on the North Shore, and it's an amazing part of the island. We would definitely book this unit again.

We spent 6 nights at the condo and could not have been more pleased. The location and views were wonderful. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked. There was even an instant pot! The pool was never crowded and the beach was good for a quick dip though we preferred to explore other beaches around the island. I highly recommend walking to Kuwela Bay (1.2 mile walk) for a swim. Turtle Bay Resort is next door and overall welcoming of non-guests. You cannot use the pool but are welcome just about everywhere else. I did inquire about access to they gym and was told they only sold monthly passes. This rental goes up there as one of the nicest we have stayed at!

Our extended family of 6 adults and 3 children under 16 were awed by this property. It was perfect inside and out. Great location (2nd floor end unit) looking out on the pool with short walk to the beach. Inside decor was modern yet comfortable for all and well stocked. We loved being on the north shore, away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoyed the food trucks and casual vibe of that area.

We had three generations staying in this property, and we all enjoyed it. Plenty of space to relax for those wanting to kick back, and plenty of activities for the younger kids and teenagers. Overall this property has it all in a beautiful location. Definitely planning to return!!!

Seven of us stayed at this property, ranging in age from 12 to 69, and this Ocean Villa accommodated us perfectly. Beach access, a pool on-site, multiple restaurants & bars within walking distance and of course gorgeous North Shore hiking trails made for a fantastic stay. We were also only a short drive to Waimea Beach/Waterfalls, Haleiwa, the PCC & other North Shore staples like Giovanni's. Our host also delivered clear & concise instructions on parking, gate access, unit access, etc. so all we had to do was show up. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved the property. Very well stocked, beach toys and misc were plentiful. Property was beautiful. Only minor complaint was noise from pool at night but it died down around 10. Also, pool was pretty small for all those units. Would definitely book again!
