Here is the slice of paradise you have been looking for! Welcome to our fabulous 3 bedroom, 2 bath, heated pool house with the Tiki Bar and jetted tub (this is not a hot tub). Its conveniently located in South Venice Florida- 5 miles to Historic Venice Downtown. As you walk in you are greeted with a vaulted ceiling and an open floor plan. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a home cooked meal. Both bathrooms have also been beautifully updated as well. The outdoor living space makes you feel like you are at a resort and the covered lanai has a built in tiki bar. Beach chairs available for your use. The home sleeps 6. You will want to return to this pristine resort-like and comfortable home year after year. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. More information The dining space overlooks the beautiful pool with comfortable seating for 6. There is an equipped kitchen with a stove/oven combo, a microwave, dishwasher and tile floors, with dining right off the kitchen or comfortable dining off the lanai. Whip up a home-cooked meal anytime you please. You're 5 minutes to Detwiler's Farm Market - your go-to for fresh fruits and veggies, a butcher and a seafood market. For fresh food, nothing beats it. Just outside the enclosed lanai, is a patio with additional seating and has plenty of space for both lounging and dining as well as the sparkling clean heated pool. Also, there's a propane grill and newly fenced yard to keep your kids and pets safe. ***We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection. If you are prevented from taking your trip because of a covered reason, such as a sickness or injury of yourself or a family member, Travel Protection can help reimburse 100% of your prepaid, nonrefundable trip costs that you would otherwise lose when you cancel.*** ****House is on septic/well - please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the drain Trash pick up is Friday . If your stay falls on a Thursday night , please leave the trash and recycle bin on the edge of the driveway for Friday morning pick up.Any excess trash; please wrap any food well so it doesn’t attract animals to the trash and do not leave trash/recycling in the garage where it may leak onto the floor. Dont mix regular garbage with plastic and paper. Sanitation will not pick it up. Any evidence of mixed trash will result in an additional fee of 125$ to cover sorting out through the trash or taking it to the recycling station. You must shower/hose off before entering our pool. This helps maintain the cleanliness of the pool. Any sign of excess sand in our pool will result in an extra charge of the pool cleaning fee of $125 Please understand that if a home is left in an extremely unsanitary state we may need to proceed with a deep clean . Food burned onto the cooktop or oven, excess mess, moved furniture, stained towels or sheets may constitute a double cleaning charge. This would result in an added cost to the original cleaning fee . No events or parties - max of 6 guests Maximum of 3 cars on property (garage or driveway only) at any time. Please keep the car in the garage if possible. Please keep the garage doors closed at all times when not in use. Any pets/Animals are subject to owner approval and pet fee of 245$ per dog applies. If approved , please note that we don’t allow dogs on the furniture. If your pet damages any of the furnitures you will be charged to replace it. Please be extra careful when allowing pets on the leather sofas (use designated blankets so there are no rips to the leather). Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am, please be respectful of our neighbors. Please respect the neighborhood regarding noise as you would in your own house. No unregistered day guests on the property without owners permission.

The house was very clean, bright, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware to make a nice meal and our boys definitely enjoyed the heated pool!

Definitely super host !!!! Host are very attentive to detail before during and after the stay. Hosts are always available even though nothing was required. House is super clean and decorated wonderfully in tropical theme. House had everything needed to make our stay a memorable experience. The heated saltwater pool and tiki bar added to the tropical ambience. The location was excellent, close to the beach, walking distance to park and intercoastal and short drive to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again !!!

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was awesome for family. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many beautiful beaches and wonderful restaurants. Plus the salt water pool and beautiful backyard. Best family vacation rental in the area

We had a great time at this house. It was so well stocked with even some seasonings and few treats! The property manager was very prompt and friendly. The back screened-in patio with the pool and tiki hut was so cute and a fun hangout. It also kept the bugs to a minimum. The house was clean and the decor was very updated with a beach theme. The house is only about a 14-18min drive to 3 beaches and a couple minutes from the grocery store. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife, two early 20s daughters and I (and our pups) had a wonderful two-week stay in this great home. A big plus: The property managers own the home and are a local family. They were responsive within minutes to our messages. They fixed one minor problem within hours of my message, offered great local guide advice and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The house has everything you need, and everything worked perfectly. The location is great for convenient access to everything you’ll need. And it’s just a short drive to some truly amazing beaches and the Venice downtown and pier. Also was a great base to explore into Sarasota to the north and through Manasota Key toward Fort Myers to the south. We had as close to a perfect experience here as is possible, but we wouldn’t have taken the time to review if it weren’t for how great the home owners were to work with. We love to support local family businesses, and this one did not disappoint!

Our stay was fantastic. The host was very responsive at all times. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a very nice and quaint neighborhood, just minutes from the surrounding beaches. I have nothing negative to say about our experience. We would definitely stay again!

First of all this place is not just clean, it is spotless. Everything we could ask for was at our fingertips. House is very comfortable. Kitchen has everything. Pool and lanai is wonderful. Very clean property that was great for family and pets.
The house was awesome. We liked the exterior space, pool, hot tub. The fenced yard worked well with our small dog. Kitchen was well stocked and endless cleaning supplies. Also enjoyed having a garage to store bikes and extra travel items.

Girls Weekend
My friends and I (group of 6) had a lovely stay at the 3 Palms Inn. The home is beautiful, clean, and truly the perfect size for what we needed. The patio was our favorite place to be. We enjoyed the pool and eating dinner outside. The home is not too far from restaurants and grocery stores. The private beach was closed due to red tide which is understandable. We did however manage to catch the sunset on Saturday night at one of the beaches and it was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you such an easy check in and out process. This home will definitely be considered again.

The property was great. Screened in pool and patio was perfect for our young children. I would vacation here again. One comment for future vacationers: beaches are a less than 10 minute drive from the house but beach excursions like boat tours or jet ski rentals are located 25-45 minutes north of the property.

This house is truly One of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed at through VRBO. The cleanliness was superb and the pool area was to die for. The only downside was the ferry situation to the private beach. It is truly a primitive kind of beach with branches and seaweed everywhere. We preferred to drive a short drive to Manasota beach which we much preferred. The house was amazing and was worth every penny. Would rent again if we are back in the area!

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in, extremely clean and very well stocked with everything you could possible need during your stay, we had everything we needed for cooking, eating, laundry and cleaning. . Location is good in a very nice neighborhood about 15 minutes from the beach depending on which one you go to. Communication with the host was perfect and we had no issues during our stay. Everything for the beach and pool is provided, floats, beach towels, coolers, beach tent and umbrella and several types of beach chairs. We will definitely stay here again!
