Rooms are very small and you have to go through one room to get to the next room.

Central apartment in Buda with view to the Parliament

Nice, clean comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Breathtaking view of the Parliament from the balcony. Excellent location, close to shops, ATM and restaurants. Walking distance to main tourist attractions in Buda. Underground station around the corner. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately, there was a very strong sewage smell, in the bathroom and in the toilet. Paying parking facilities outside the apartment from 8 to 22 hs allowed for a maximum of 3 hours. It was quite difficult to get coins to put in.

The perfect upscale apartment for 3 friends to stay at while exploring Buda and Pest. Local restaurants, supermarket and

Beautifully appointed, excellent location in a nice clean building. Great transit options nearby and within walking distance to the castle district.

The two adjoining bedrooms were a little awkward. Inner bedroom could use a bedside reading lamp. Tea towels would have been appreciated as well as a teapot. Sleeps 6 but only 4 plates and some cutlery were provided. A basic welcome brochure with maps and tips on local restaurants, sites and shops was not made available. Otherwise well equipped and in nice condition!

Exceptional

Smooth self check-in, they provided all info before i arrived to the apartment. If you have any question, the host will answer really fast trough booking`s messaging system. Spacious, fully equipped apartment. Near to public transportation: metro, tram and bus. For parking i recommend Parkl application, cost is around 1euro/hour (in the hearth of Budapest) . Near to many tourist attractions , restaurants. All this compared to price my rating is Exceptional.

Great apartment and stay

The apartment is great, and the location is right across the river with parliament views.

The only minor thing was that the entry to the building/apartment felt a bit shady.

Beautiful remodeled apartment with parlement view. 3 comfortable beds. Well equiped kitchen.

Amazing location on the Buda side. Lots of restaurants around and right next to the metro line.

They are renovating the hallway and stairs of the building. There were no hallway or stair lights up to our apartment.

The most wonderful balcony view!

The apartment is perfect for a family, everything is beautifully finished. The location on Buda was superb easy to get to Fisherman's Bastion. Spar shop around the corner. Transport really easy, fast and barely any waiting times. It is a quite a distance to get to each tourist location wherever you stay in Budapest and so transport is essential and very quick and easy. There was space and fresh air in this location. The tram and buses were a 30 second walk away. Margit Hid, a gem, Buda castle and the New York Cafe are just beautiful! The Apartment has the most amazing view, really special.

Would recommend it.

The location was great. The flat layout was perfect for us. The balcony with the view was a great benefit for relaxing It was very nicely decorated

The main items (decorative pillow covers, table runner, seat covers) as well as daily used items (cutlery, glasses) could have been more clean.

Ideal place to stay for a city break

It is a very central location, with many touristic sights within walking distance. There are a lot of pubs around and also a supermaket in front of the building. The host was very nice, we had everything needed in the apartment, including coffee, tea and some snacks. The apartment was very big and the view from the balcony is superb.

It could be a little bit cleaner. The important things like the bed sheets, pillows, towels were very clean. But the light appliances were full of dust and the bathrooms were cleaned in a hurry.

could have been better ,pleased it was only 4 of us layout of bedrooms wouldn’t work for 6 adults

some of the interior was nice

entrance to property was awful dusty dirty builders putting in new tiled floor . Very dusty stairs with exposed electrical cable . No lighting at all had to use a torch . Couldn’t have a bath it leaked so badly . shower leaked all over bathroom floor , we were forever mopping so it didn’t flood

Good

The apartment was very well furnished and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well supplied.

To access the 3rd bedroom, you had to go through the 2nd bedroom. All bedrooms were a bit cramped, and bedroom 2 had nowhere to hang your clothes. None of the bedrooms had useful mirrors for getting ready to go out, drying hair etc but the bathrooms were well serviced for this.

It could be perfect but one “no”

Cleanness, location, design, equipment.

No WiFi at all. No TV working, no radiators at the bedrooms working. We reported this issue at once but no assistance. At first, the owner replied our messages and complains but after a third request no respond.

Best value, great location, fancy and stylish apartment

Great location with nice view of Parliament and Danube river, close to Metro, Bus and tram station. Across the street big grocery store Interspar with all necessary food and other items. Downstairs in the building nice Caffe and restaurant.

Great view, but very dirty and not luxury at all

Location is great. Balcony view is also very nice

Apartment was dirty, dust everywhere. One bedroom doesn't have windows and is walk through. We have been asking to check in on 15:00 instead of 16:00, but apparent was not ready even on 16:00. I received email with check in instructions on 16:13. They say, cleaning is in progress, so I expected clean apartment, but it was not clean at all:( Also we didn't know where to park, as it was our first time in Budapest. We parked in front of apparent and went to change money. After we came back in 10 minutes, we already got parking fine. We didn't understand neither how to pay for parking nor how to pay the fine. Matthew from apparent also couldn't help. So we spent 1 hour to figure out everything

Perfect apartment

I was a little worried walking into the building as it looked a little run down, however walking into the apartment was a differant story. The location was perfect, beautiful views of Parliament and the river. comfortable beds. Modern but cosy tasteful decor. Facilities were great too. Close to public transport and large Spa supermarket opposite.

We would have liked two sets of keys, we were two couples and found having one set of keys was difficult when going out separately.
