We enjoyed our stay and had a good time. We were there for 3 nights.

Breakfast was okay A quit place out of town

Sauna world wasnt open! No water in the jacuzzi and No sauna was open or even hot? It didnt say that on booking.com when we ordered. It was because og the facilities we chose the place. From here we had to take a taxi to town. A 25 min. drive in wich we accepted because of the wellness in this hotel.

Most of the mentioned facilities listed in the booking.com advertisement were not available for use: e.g. the jacuzzi, sauna's, steam room, hammam, solarium.

Room full of ants, not clean and no privacy in bathroom.

Staff at the restaurant and breakfast were always welcoming and friendly. They took the time to talk yo my son, ask him about his experience from the F1 and made him feel valued.

1. When checking in I paid for parking at a cost of €75. After departing I received a phone call accusing me of checking out without settling my bill, ie the parking. The accusatory tone of the call was neither appreciated or welcomed. 2. The room when arriving was not adequately cleaned. On our first morning there I moved the bed to access the plug socket to find old crisps covered in literally hundreds of ants. On complaining to the reception I was advised the caretaker had left and the receptionist couldn't leave the desk until all arrivals had been checked in. We were left to wait a further hour before I gave up and went back to recepton. On my second complaint a member of staff arrived with a spray of ant killer. Sprayed the ants and then began to leave. When asked if he was not going to remove them he visibly complained and then went back to reception to pick up a dry mop which merely moved the ants around. Every day there was a new collection of hundreds of ants. Having already been told we would not be moved rooms and the incompetence of clearing the issue in the first place I was left to use wet bath towels to pick up most of the ants. The single worst hotel experience I have ever had and not one I would ever visit again due to been bitten throughout the night and constantly finding ants in my and my sons clothes. 3. The shower was unclean and had old grime around the tiling and grouting. The shelf in the bathroom above the sink was loose and unstable for use. 4. Bathroom door provides no privacy whatsoever.

The view on the cost of river from restaurant is nice. Big outdoor pool as well

No refreshement at outdoor pool. Old farniture in room. Really old and used matrace in the bad.

the hotel was out of the city, i booked it with sauna and pool and massage but unfortunately none of them was open , on booking its written that is already open from April , but it wasn't , the breakfast was amazing, the staff was really amazing and really helpful.

Quite hotel in an underrated area of Budapest.

Always a pleasure to stay in this nice area of Budapest. Directly at the Danube where you have a lot of spots to have a drink during the summer time. The gym is also great and the restaurant did never dissapoint.

Very beautiful place

Excellent position with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel is two minutes from the bus stop (n°34) and twenty from the train (H). Rooms are small, but very welcoming and comfortable and also very clean. Very friendly staff and always helpful.

Not recommended for those who want to visit Budapest beacuse it's one hour away from the city.

the rooms were old and worn out. a renovation is very much needed. the bed was old and had deep indents in it.

A pleasant enough stay in a nice hotel which is a little out of the way.

Staff generally helpful and friendly with the exception of the lady giving out towels in the gym who was not particulalrly friendly. Room was a good size with a separate bedroom for kids. The pool area was nice and the chap dealing with that area very friendly.

There was a massive issue with cold water in the room in that hot water came out of the cold taps! This was reported to reception on the first morning who advised that the tap had to be run for several minutes to get cold. This did work but was quite inconvenient and seemed rather wasteful. It might have been helpful to have been informed about this on arrival. Hotel itself is a little of the beaten track and quite a trek into Budapest centre.

Nice pool area but far away from Budapest city and Hungaoring race track.

The hotel is nice located at the Donau river. Everything is clean and pool area is nice. Breakfast OK nothing special. Hotel is perfect for a family with bike or canoe/kayaking interests.

It´s far off from central parts of Budapest and also Hungaoring race circuit which were we spent our time all weekend. You´ll need a car or travel by taxi. Otherwise it´s almost one hour to go to Budapest city with bus and train.

Not my best experience. Hotel requires some serious refurbishment.

Great portions of food, friendly staff.

The bed wasn't comfy, and the blanket had a bad smell. 4 stars prices for a 3 stars quality. No cafe or chill out section to relax at when it rains outside.

Not happy from the quality/price point of view

The position was good, out of the city cars but enough close (by car) to reach the center.

The room was not clean Human hairs overall the room Dust Ants Mini fridge unusable Shower leaking water everywhere Many other little details that could be avoided since it is a 4 stars structure and the price is not low.

Lovely hotel with good swimming pools, Gym and Sauna. Fantastic River side view from the Restaurant

The infrastructure layout of the facilities. Room view has River view, Fully equipped gym, Multi Swimming area with jacuzzi, Sauna. The hotel in the suburbs and quiet area.

I was surprised the hotel was going to charge me for water. First experience in an hotel that water was not complimentary. I didnt know until I was checking out. I received a twin bed instead of a double. The Receptionist assisted to change the room but the room offered has no River view so i rejected the offer.

Nice restaurant by the river, big room, comfortable bed, nice pool

Bathroom not cleaned up properly, yellow strains on the tiles. Key card did not work 4 times, had to walk to front desk to get it fixed.

Very nice location just bordering the Danube. Great staff, good amenities, including swimming pools & gym. Great breakfast. Good base for hiking and exploring the area.

It's a bit far from the center of the city, but it has a convenient bus stop nearby.

The worst hotel ever

The reception is not professional and all staff is not polite and kind to our team. Housekeeping is terrible and we cannot take a shower because there isn’t cold water in the morning and night. Vegetables for breakfast are not fresh and the food condition is not that good either. I’ve never seen such a dirty 4 stars hotel in my life! Shame on you!

I wouldn't book again

The Reception staff was great Jozsef and Zoltan. As well as the Head Housekeeper Teri. Benjamin and Peter and the restaurant Manager where nice as well.

Restaurant was awfull. Food was not good. Over priced. Ypu can not get a coffee in the early m9rning hours as they do not have a coffee making facility neither kettle. Spa - the jacuzzi system worked 50% only one of them. The other one was OOO. Breakfast was not nice at all.
