Nestled in Sanibel Island, this attractive house for £662 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Casablanca del Sol…new and luxurious, and in a perfect location. Situated just steps from the beach on quiet Wightman Lane in the desirable Captiva Village area, the 2492 square foot house was completed in 2012, then beautifully decorated and furnished for your comfort. Everything about Casablanca del Sol is state-of-the-art. You’ll love the gorgeous stone and wood floors, the granite and marble, and the 10-foot ceilings. The home is arranged on three levels: pool & patio, main level (living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and one bedroom), and upper level ( primary suite, plus guest bathroom and two bedrooms). In addition to the pool sun patio and shaded area under the house, Casablanca del Sol offers four full-length porches. Two are on the south and two are on the north. The main level south porch (shown left and right) is furnished and makes an excellent place to have morning coffee, read a book, or share a game in the fine Captiva weather. The primary suite has its own private porch overlooking the pool and back yard. All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms. Policies include but are not limited to credit card/debit card convenience fees and cancellation fees.

This was a great house for our family vacation. It is clean and comfortable and in a great location for the beach, shops and restaurants as the island continues to recover from the hurricane. The heated pool was immensely enjoyed by my grandchildren.On the somewhat negative side, I booked this house in 2022 for a January 2023 vacation to celebrate by daughter's tenth wedding anniversary with her family as she had gotten married on Sanibel and wanted to return to the area. I booked the property thru VRBO with a 60 day full cancellation clearly stated on the listing. When Hurricane Ian can through, I tried to cancel the reservation well within the 60 day time frame so I could arrange an alternative trip for the family. However, hidden in the fine print that once booked I was subject to American Realty Group of Captiva cancellation policy of 90 days and despite the clearly displayed 60 day cancellation policy on VRBO they would not cancel or refund my money, They did allow me to rebook the house a year later at not additional cost and we had a great time. My point is to read the fine print and watch out for these deceptive practices.

The house was very clean and within walking distance to everything we needed in Captiva. Maintenance requests were followed up promptly. We were very glad that the house came with beach chairs and towels. The Keurig was not working, but we made pots of coffee. Great stay and will come again!

Planet, sun, & stars aligned for a perfect week in Captiva!
The house was appointed and well-equipped with everything you need for time away with loved ones. Lots of hidden extras not mentioned on the listing (H20 spa products, hair dryers in every bathroom, etc...). Private and quiet neighborhood - close to everything. Nice, large pantry provide great storage for the essentials. If baking brings you joy, you will have everything you need.

Casablanca del Sol is a large house with plenty of room for a family. The pool is great and the location is perfect. That bein said the showers were covered in black mold. The sheets had holes and the downstairs king mattress is lumpy. The area rug in the upstairs main bedroom looked very dirty. I think the house just needs either a good cleaning or some money put into it to justify the nightly fee.

The house was great and it was exactly like the pictures! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and all the nearby restaurants. There were beach chairs/umbrellas/sand buckets provided, as well as beach towels which was great. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blanca del Sol for our family of 6! The house was just as the pictures portray! Impeccably clean, and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook at home. All restaurants within walking distance as were shops or ice cream. Quiet neighborhood with 5 minute walk to the beach. Private pool was a must for our kids! We would stay again. The only thing is you have to be mindful with different levels and small children. There were 2 nice gates provided, but I never got them to work.

This was our fourth stay at Casablanca del Sol. The house is perfectly set up for a vacation with our three children and one set of grandparents. The house is always spotlessly clean and in impeccable condition. American Realty is extremely responsive. We one minor maintenance issue during our stay which was fixed immediately. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

Upon arriving we were extremely happy with our vacation house. The house was beautiful, perfect location, close to the beach and in the center of Captiva shopping and restaurants. Our only problem was that the stove was not plugged in and the hot water tank needed to be replaced. The stove was fixed immediately and the hot water tank 24 hours later due to a poor, unprofessional, management company. It took several phone calls and eight emails to resolve the issue of not having hot for water for an entire day. We were eventually refunded for the inconvenience.
