About this condo rental
Our very spacious 4th floor condo has a newly furnished leather living room set, 55" flat screen smart TV, completely tiled floors, two bedrooms/ master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and second bedroom has 1 queen size bed, flat screen TV's in each bedroom, new tile and glass bathrooms, just remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and balcony over-looking the Gulf of Mexico. There are a large Jacuzzi® and pool downstairs. BR B Amenities: /B BR Jacuzzi and pool, air-conditioning,2 telephones, answering machine, 2 TV's , VCR, DVD Player, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ ice-maker, washer and dryer are located on the same floor, grill, shuffle board and bocce ball. Linens and towels are furnished. Umbrella/ cabana rental located on beach in front of condo. Ten minute walk to world famous John's Pass Village, restaurants, parasailing, jet ski, deep sea fishing, Casino Cruises, etc. Non-smoking please and no pets allowed. BR B Activities: /B BR Some area activities available are biking, hiking, golf, tennis, racquetball, miniature golf, fishing, horseback riding, museums, live theatre, swimming, snorkeling, diving, sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, jet skiing and shelling. BR B Area: /B BR We are only 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and 90 minutes from Disney and the Orlando area theme parks. International Mall is only 30 minutes away as is Tampa International Airport.

This property had great views and access of the gulf for the price listed. There were a bunch of codes for almost every door and the elevator but by the third day we figured it all out. Laundry facility was very clean. The condo was nice but needs a deep clean and mattress’s and pillows update. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay. The owner was also quick to respond to concerns.

The condo had everything a person could want or need. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. View from balcony was spectacular. Dolphins were seen every morning from the balcony. The owner was easy to communicate with. Will stay at this condo again. Michelle from Minnesota

The condo was exactly as advertised! The property, pool areas and beach were clean and well maintained. The views from the balcony were amazing and the condo itself was very comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the guest book with nearby restaurant/shopping info and menus! The view of the Gulf of Mexico from this unit was breathtaking from the moment I opened the door, straight through a beautifully appointed living area right to the ocean front balcony. The master bedroom has two huge ocean view windows The unit was clean an the beds were comfortable. I would have welcomed a few more bath towels for the weeks stay and adding beach towels would be as plus. Overall great vacation in a relaxing location on the beach with a relaxed vibe.
The beach and pool areas were clean and well maintained.

The condo was beautiful. Great balcony, pool & beach. But then the elevator broke and wasn’t fixed until the next afternoon. The tub in the hallway bathroom wouldn’t drain & when taking a 5 minute shower had to stand in ankle deep water. Lamp by living room couch didn’t work. Light bulb blew out in small bedroom so had to move bulbs around. One bed in the double room had a broken bed.

We had amazing beach views, the property was very close to John's Pass, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores. We enjoyed the laid back week by the beach which was a walk from the building past the pool and through the gate on to the white sand and blue Gulf waters. There was adequate parking for our party under cover and out in the open in the parking lot. The elevator was a bit slow and we did need to remember a code to use it, but we were grateful for the added security. The rooms were spacious, Kitchen fully equipped and everything worked! We would love to visit again! We will treasure the memories, sunsets and walks on the beach.

Our overall experience was phenomenal. The condo was exactly as described. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals in. Initally we were annoyed with all of the passcodes needed for the beach, pool, elevator and room, but we got used to it. We had a wonderful stay and would come back.

Property was beautiful and walking distance to so many places. This condo has beautiful oceanfront views and we saw dolphins several mornings. It was perfect for our family getaway. Pool and hot tub accommodated everyone well and the laundry was on our level. Great place to stay!

407 sea breeze condo was a great place to have a getaway with my adult daughters. Dolphin views every single day from the balcony, walking distance to Winn Dixie, cute shops and John’s Pass. Great places to eat all around, but plenty of kitchen supplies to eat in as well. Appreciated having access to a cooler and beach chairs in the condo closet.

The property was as described and served our purposes very nicely. The clean, open & airy kitchen with new appliances was a plus. We appreciate that the owner was communicative via text. It is unfortunate that the single elevator was periodically out of service.

Our stay was perfect, we had a great time. Sea Breeze is a great place to stay, with beautiful views, the beach, pool, and hot tub are awesome, and well kept.

My family and I have stayed in a number of units in this building over the years. The kitchen/living room area is much more open in this unit compared to many others in the building. We also cook frequently and have had bad experiences with poorly stocked kitchens (generally not particularly this building). This unit had all of the pans/utensils we wanted to use. Great experience overall.

We had a wonderful time at this condo in Madeira Beach. The location was excellent, the property was wonderful with everything we could possibly need. The pool was the best, the facilities were clean and what a view of the Gulf!!! We would definitely love to come back!! Paradise!!!!!

This was our third time visiting this VRBO. We always enjoy our stay. Condo is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops including John’s Pass. Conveniently located right on the gulf. Owner has notebook with local restaurant information. Owner has thought of everything visitors can think of. Also, love the new refrigerator.

Sea Breeze July 2022
The Condo was ok--but these units need their own washer and dryers--this was a pain to have to go to a "laundry room". I have never stayed in a condo without a personal washer and dryer in the unit--will be sure and check this out from now on. Also the elevator was terrible and so so slow. It really got to be a hassle to put in a code (esp going to the pool area--you know hands are usually full and then have to find a way to put in a code)--again never stayed in one where we had to do this and I have stayed in some nice condos and areas. Need more check in and check out carts and luggage bags. The unit itself was ok--needs more lighting in bathrooms--bulbs were out and one bedroom only had lamps and they were not very bright--hard to see in that room. Also this was the only condo I have ever stayed in that did not have a hair blow dryer--I didn't bring one since I have always had one in the unit--This was no biggie but I should have either read it didn't have one or ask the owner--this was my bad presumption. The owner however was very nice and helpful.

Property and location were great. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was just what we were looking for. Beach was clean, pool area was cleaned every day. Definitely recommend!

Sea Breeze 407
We really like this unit and have stayed more than once. It is usually our first choice if available. We love that the Sea Breeze is beachfront with balconies, has a pool, it is walking distance to Johns Pass and it is right across the street from the convenient store. We particularly like unit 407 because of its open layout and size. Owner is easy to work with and keeps the place nice.

I cried as soon as I opened the door and saw the view of the ocean!! The views could not be better. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved watching the dolphins from the balcony every morning and sunsets in the evening! We will be back for sure

The slider to the balcony is so easy to open. Most places it's a struggle. We highly recommend the nearby bird sanctuary. If you go, please make a donation as there is no admission fee.
We will definitely stay here again.

Condo had plenty of coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, kitchenware, bath towels, etc. There is also a towel rack on the balcony which is so convenient. Love the direct beach access from the pool area. The elevator is a little slow, but that is typical at every condo we've ever stayed at. The maintenance man is down at the pool area cleaning every morning and does a great job. The pool was the perfect temperature. Not freezing cold, but not bath water either. The slider to the balcony is so easy to open. Most places it's a struggle. We highly recommend the nearby bird sanctuary. If you go, please make a donation as there is no admission fee.

My family stayed here for a week and we loved the condo! It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The sunset views from the balcony were amazing. The location is great! We were able to walk to all the many restaurants and shops at John's Pass. We're definately looking forward to our next stay here!
