Average - stay next door at the Argyle!

Location is good with lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby (def go out for food - don’t eat in the hotel)

Plastic sheet on bed made for a very hot and sweaty night! Reception desk was manned by young lads who were very pleasant but didn’t know what they were doing. No managers to be seen! Would recommend spending an extra tenner and staying next door at the Argyle Hotel.

Good location, fab staff. lovely rooms.

The room was lovely, very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were lovely, also the Breakfast was great, good amount of choice.

we went downstairs for food at 5:30 as we had an hour till we have to leave for a concert. unfortunately we had to wait 50mins for our food. the staff were lovely, and helped to get it out. but the food was mediocre. The chips were cold, lasagne was bland with way too much cheese. we were compensated for our drinks and lasagne. I'm thankful that the staff were great.

Basically a cheap, dirty, sleazy, run down money grab

Hardly anything at all! Would not recommend this sleazy hotel!

For starters they gave us the key to the wrong room, we found this out due to walking into the room with the couple staring at me! So embarrassing!! The shower and bed had hairs all over it! The cups in our room were dirty with tea stains still inside and around the rim. Breakfast was one of the most depressing experiences of my life and the corridors smelled of rodent crap. Walls are incredibly thin, this entire place felt like a cheap brothel, especially when they request a £100 temporary deposit!?? 'to ensure there are no damages.' Pay the extra £20 for a better hotel, believe me you don't want to stay here, it isn't worth the price!!

Looked nice

Woke up at 8am with building works right outside my window We didn’t arrive until very late So we did not get a good sleep Online breakfast says 7-9 am Got up early to find it’s on until 10am I’d have preferred to know that so I didn’t get up at 8,30am Noise out the window is horrendous Drilling or building works far too noisy Continental breakfast is rubbish I paid extra thinking it was a cooked breakfast Very limited choice Boiled eggs Bread Fruit Juice Chocolate croissant That’s it Very dissatisfied

Would recommend this hotel & definitely stay there again.

Location was excellent for us as we were going to a concert at The Hydro. Staff were really friendly & helpful.

Our rooms were at the front of the hotel so there was a lot of traffic noise. If we stayed there again we would ask for rooms at the back of the hotel.

Good hotel in city centre

The hotel is very near the town centre, the art gallery and the west end. Well served by public transport with a bus stop just outside. The room was huge, bed comfortable and smart bathroom - shower was excellent. Very friendly staff - all in all we had a great experience.

Good for a spot in the centre of Glasgow. However, they could do more of an inclusive breakfast.

Location to the centre was brilliant, and to the attractions eg. Science Museum and the Riverside Museum.

Patch on the wall of loose wallpaper covering over a spot badly, only place where full Scottish/ English wasn't included in price.

Very Disappointing

The location, bed was comfy, that was it.

I left my limited edition RAF water bottle that my son gave me, at the reception desk when we checked out, didn't realise till I was halfway home, I called the hotel and they said they would look and phone me back... I waited a week without a word, I called back and whoever I spoke to said they thought they had seen it and would check with housekeeping, I reiterated I left it at reception, not in the room, was told he'd call me back.... Waited another week, then sent 2x emails that were ignored, so called again asking to speak to a manager, low and behold, there wasn't one available, this guy said he'd check and get back to me, so I said absolutely not that I was very frustrated at being ignored and that after 3 weeks, my bottle was probably thrown out! It never made it to "lost and found" either, very very disappointed in the service, won't be back.

Nice hotel and handy for the OVO.

Cooked Breakfast was really nice.

Bar not open when you got back at 10.45pm and smoking area also locked.

Apart from that it was ok

The sink had cracks in it . The shower took 5/10 minutes to get hot.

Check facilities rooms ect we could hear next door as if they was in our room very noisy big let down

Mixed - bed good everything eles could be looked at just a little more attention to detail

As a realy bad insomniac i dont really get much sleep and sleeping in hotels seem to be my worse nights not my uaual bed But i found this bed excellent and realy comfy was shocked at how much i enjoyed the stay that i mentioned it when checking out

Bein an asthmatic i found the lamps etc really dusty Fri 9th February room 219 Also being told to check in at 3 took them till 4.45 to be bioked in alot of people waited and where disappointed about it

Worst hotel stay ever

Nothing at all the place was dirty staff weren't nice there were very rude

Everything the whole place is run down, smells bad, rooms are bad and dirty and broken I didn't expect to have to pay 100 on top of what's been paid when the place is that dirty they shouldn't be doing a holding fee because they can just blame you for anything that's already dirty

Didn’t have breakfast,but it looked delicious.we had dinner which was delicious.the staff were very friendly and helpful, will definitely be booking it again next time we are in Glasgow.

Clean and well serviced. Breakfast was good. Wifi good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Some of the facilities in the room were in need of refresh - the shower head was very loosely attached to the wall; the washbasin was cracked; there was no surface to put one’s own toiletries down on.

The beds and room was good

Breakfast could have been better, got a full breakfast to be given microwave reheated food. Then have to pay extra 😤

Really enjoyed staying here. Excellent location for the park, the West end and the city centre.

Está a unos 15 minutos del centro andando. La habitación está limpia y la cama es cómoda.

Durante la noche se escucha mucho jaleo de los demás huéspedes, entran y salen gritando y no se respeta el descanso de los demás. Además cuando llegas te cobran 100 libras de fianza, que son 118 eur aproximadamente y cuando te las devuelven el banco te cobra una comisión de unos 6 eur por el cambio de moneda. Eso hay que tenerlo en cuenta.
