Bon séjour, emplacement très bien.

l'appartement était spacieux Bonne qualité du couchage et environnement calme. La réactivité du propriétaire face à mes réclamations

Le manque d'entretien du logement. Lampadaire cassé, absence de certaines pièces de linge de maison, ampoule grillée à notre arrivée.

Laba lokācija, cena, jauki, ja plāno darīšanas pilsētas centrā un nepieciešams tikai izgulēties.

Bija auksti, nācās lietot gaisa sild'tiāju .Nebiju pamanījusi, ka numura aprakstā,nav minēts, ka nav TV. Tas bija jaunums jo iepriekš ar šādu lietu nebiju saskārusies.

I do not recomend this accomodation

The location is good

I do not recomend this accomodation, it is very cold flat, had to sleep with clothes, in the morning heating was even shut down! The floor are broken in the room, in the bathroom tiles are crashed and cold as ice, no towel to use as a carpet. The toilet is brown of rust. Bed is broken

Geräumig und günstig, dafür muss man beim Komfort Abstriche machen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen! Fußläufig ist der Domplatz in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Von der Wohnung aus genießt man einen tollen Blick über einen Park und über die Dächer der Altstadt. Das Apartment ist sehr nett möbliert. Man findet alles, was man zur Verpflegung so braucht.

In der Wohnung ist es kalt! Die vorhandenen Heizkörper sind völlig unterdimensioniert, die Fenster nicht gedämmt und alt. Bei unserer Ankunft standen zwei Heizstrahler bereit, damit bekommt man die Räume etwas wärmer, jedoch nicht ausreichend. Man muss also die Zeit in der Wohnung unter der Bettdecke verbringen. Der nächtliche Weg zur Toilette wird zum eiskalten Erlebnis. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin gestaltete sich als schwierig. Auf Anrufe und Nachrichten an die hinterlegte Telefonnummer reagierte sie zuerst nicht. Bis zum Tag der Ankunft war für uns nicht klar, wie der Check-In ablaufen wird. Pünktlich um 15 Uhr bekamen wir dann aber per Mail den Code für das Türschloss.

The host reacted quickly to messages but promised separate duvets which we didn’t get.

The location is great!!!! Very central. Clean. Coffee machine.

It was very sparsely equipped. Not enough cutlery and crockery. No bin in bathroom, no hooks for towels, etc

We like the location and the two storey flat. We also like how the host is super friendly and helpful - may also say he is good looking and we were both swooning over him ;) but not so important. The point is, everything is within reach and we really enjoyed walking in the big beautiful park.

Stairs! We wish the building has a lift... also the bedroom got mosquitos and I got bitten all night by it.

Bad bath - 2nd bed is broken - no contact to host possible

Very good location in the City of Riga

The bathroom (no pics in the description) smells bad and looks so. There is no Dolce Gusto Coffee machine (like on the pics). Badest point: The second bed fall apart as we arrived (3 legs of it are totally broken). We wrote the host but never got an answer, so we slept on the sofa.

appartment needs a serious renovation. mainly bathrooms and couch on the lover floor. beding is from feathers. not for alergic person.

I liked the location and the accomodation was as described. There were all the facilities as promised and plenty of room to dry laundry etc. Parking was easy near the door (but also had to be paid by ourselves).

There was a bad smell when we arrived and one of the chairs and other bed was broken. Staff provided as a scented candle and new chairs quickly. Kitchen was a bit dirty.

Great localization. Good Value. Working kitchen is alway appreciated.

I loved the localization of the place. It is literally in the old town. Despite being in the city center it wasn't loud at all. Great value for the price. Additionally there was plenty space for 5 people :)

no issues at all. When we arrived it was a little chilly inside but once we turned on the heaters it got fine so not really an issue.

Very good value for money, can be recommended to friends.

Very nice location, close to restaurants, shops or main square. Clean rooms, nice view from roof windows.

Some equipment was worn out, roof window couldn't be closed properly.

Location was good.

Parking was hard to find, windows were old and you can feel breeze in the winter inside a room, it was quite cold, especially the first floor of the apartment.

Perfect if want somewhere to stay & are out late at night

Central location that was quiet during the day. Clean with enough resources to cook. Good value and nice apartment.

Very noisy at night from nearby bars especially on a Saturday. Fire alarm system unfortunately caters for the whole block and one night it went off in the early hours. Whole street evacuated for 1 + hours at 2am. Some easily rectified negatives too - broken lamp, cracked sink, stained sofa, no proper blinds in upstairs bedroom.

Great location.

Host forgot sent us information how to get in apartment, when we came we had problems to take a keys. Room wasn't clean, there was no Soap, we found many trash near the bed, but we found vacum cleaner so we had possibility to clean an apartment. Also there was no free parking, we paid 18 euros for a day, and now we have problems to get back that money, owner refuses to communicate with us)

Amazing find in Riga! The space:cost ratio for a European capital is unbeatable!

The spaciousness, location, cleanliness and value were fantastic! 11/10 Comfy bed, good shower and good kitchen facilities! Split level meant you can shower comfortably when others are asleep. Real bonus! Everything you need nearby. Restaurants, shop, opposite city wall, very convenient for exploring the old town since you're in it! Decorated to a high specification, generally.

Nothing significant, but the lack of decent blinds in bedroom kept the kid awake. We knew from the info but if you need a microwave or TV, then you'll notice them missing! There's a washing machine though! Two flights of stairs, was fine but wouldn't want another set!

Excellent location in the old town. Shot Bar outside the room had great food very reasonabky priced with a good main costing only €6

Beds not made, stains on pillows, hairs in bed and traces of what looked like blood on one bed. My eldest son purchased a sleeping bag since he didn't fancy sleeping on it, whilst myself and my other son got bitten all over from bed bugs or some kind of fleas.
