The space was great and easily accessible. Close enough to the city so we did not have to travel far and secluded enough that it felt like a retreat. Check-in was simple and the overall property and experience was great. We hope to book it for future company meetings.

Our group of 12 enjoyed our stay. House was large enough we did not feel cramped or on top of each other. The house is very cozy and comfortable. Too cold for us to enjoy the outside. The check-in tour was awkward and a bit insulting. We felt scared to touch anything for a few hours

We stayed at the property for my daughter's Bachelorette party, it is an absolutely gorgeous home in a quiet neighborhood. House was decorated beautifully! Plenty of room for multiple people to stay without feeling crowded. Bed's were very comfortable. Host was welcoming and i actually appreciated the check-in tour, she pointed out all the things property had to offer and how to operate certain things in the home, which was nice. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't provided or stocked there. Regardless of it being close to 100 degrees the day we we stayed the girls loved the Hot tub and patio gathering area too!
I give the property and the experience of our stay 5 stars! Would definitely recommend!
Hope to return again sometime!

Great property! Nice outdoor living areas as well, including very private area for hot tub. All the amenities you might need - looks and feels like a mountain lodge / cabin. We would definitely stay again should the need arise in that area.

Kirsten was a great host. She met us at the property and walked through all the ins and outs of the lodge (I.e. hot tub, surround sound, cooktop etc.) The place is close to everything you need for entertainment, shopping and fishing, yet excluded from the city life. It’s a very peaceful stay!

The property was stunning. The outside landscaping and scenery is as breathtaking as the inside of the home. The owner was very accommodating with an early check in and with all of our questions, accessing the personal chef, etc. Additionally, the location is within easy driving distance of so many attractions and experiences that we took advantage of. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Wonderful and private property! Home is beautiful! We loved the screened in porch, as well as multiple other outside sitting areas! Just wish we would have had more days to stay at this home! Would certainly stay here again!

Ten of my closest friends and family and I stayed at this property for a weekend trip to celebrate my birthday. It’s a gorgeous home and property, definitely very relaxing and close to all the adventures we went on.

We enjoyed the property and had a fun weekend. The weather unfortunately limited our use of most of the outdoor spaces. Check-in instructions were thorough.

This home was beautiful and worked well for a girls weekend. The checkin process was a little challenging. We were originally told when we first booked that we may be able to check in a few hours early if no one had the property reserved leading up to our stay. Then when the trip got closer, we were told early check in wasn't an option, or at most, we could get in 30 minutes early. So we arrived around 5 pm (the checkin time listed on the house rules), and were told the property manager would meet us there then. The actual property owner showed up around 5:15, as the property manager couldn't make it. Then the property owner gave us a 45+ minute tutorial of the house, which wasn't really necessary. So by the time we actually got reign of the place, it was well after an hour after our check in time. The hot tub also was failing to get hot during our stay. The property owner was responsive to that and came out to check a few things and reset it, but it never ended up getting warm enough to use before our stay was over. Otherwise, beautiful and clean property and we enjoyed our stay!

While this property is amazing, and comfortable we were disappointed that the listing claims 5 bathrooms and only has 3.5. You have a beautiful place indoor and out. Please adjust the bathroom issue.

Great stay
We travelled here in May for our annual Mother's Day trip. What a great place. One room on the main floor, the rest are upstairs. It worked out good for us as my mother is older and needed the main floor room as the stairs would have been too much for her.
Great all around-kitchen is beautiful. Beds were comfortable and owner was there to walk us through any questions. A friend of mine who lived in the area didn't even know about this house and now is looking into it for a gathering next year! Really enjoyed the hot tub also, the outdoor area is wonderful.
Thank you for opening your place up to us to rent, it was lovey.

Were met by owner’s representative. She showed us how to operate the main gas fireplace. Toured master bath/bedroom. Toured upstairs. The rep pointed out that the stairs don’t have a normal rise and can be tricky and to be careful. Took us through the upstairs and out to the screened in porch. She unlocked big barn doors to open out into deck area and as she was sliding the doors one fell off its track and struck my husband. The rep apologized and we continued the tour. The representative asked the ages of our grands (4, 8, 11, 12) as they were arriving the following morning. Her response was that she had to show us the hot tub. She said the kids would love it.
First night, husband used the tub in the master bath. After finishing the bath, the hot water faucet had a steady drip. We texted the owner. Her texted response “Did it get twisted too tight and break the seal?” “Probably got used as a grab bar to get in and out.” I didn’t know twisting a faucet too tight to turn off water was a thing. Grab bar theory? My husband has Parkinson’s. I am his grab bar when getting in and out of places when grab bars are not available. I helped him in and out both times he used the tub.
I did inadvertently take two beach towels. Owner notified me. I had finished laundry. Those towels were in the final load and I packed them with our daughters’ beach towels. In mail and on their way back to the house.
Left note for the owner about stay. Mentioned barn doors. She responded in a text, “As far as the barn doors, I am sorry that occurred. I have it scheduled to redo a footing on one corner or the screen porch which has moved and has caused them to be off level. I just hated to have to cancel anyones reservation to get it done and trying to work around those and the handyman’s schedule. Glad to hear you weren’t hurt.”
I texted her a picture of my grandson’s pediatrician diagnosed hot tub folliculitis.
After picture her text concerning barn doors “The barn doors have a gap but they slide unless you pull them off the rails. They don’t just fall off. They all just sit on rails.” Important to note: we didn’t open the doors, her rep did.
A few final notes
The loft was unusable for us. Dangerous climb.
Stairs are tricky and slippery. We outlawed socks after 3 falls.
Our grands were given permission to use hot hot tub by owner representative.
I will now scrub the owner from my brain and bring forward our wonderful memories of KC with our family.
