We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home on the northern end of Lake George. It’s on a beautiful, quieter section of the lake and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house has just about any amenity you can think of and it is very spacious. The gourmet kitchen with window seat, the huge master suite and the three season porch overlooking the lake were favorite spaces. We also got a lot of use out of the fire pit. It was a lovely spot to watch the sun set and then enjoy the moonlit view of the lake. Tom is a wonderful host. We would love to come back again.

Our three families, consisting of ages 8 to 92 thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at Tom's beautiful home in Ticonderoga NY. There was more than enough space inside and out to accommodate our group of six. We cooked most meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner at home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary utensils. We bbq'd as well. There is an absolutely stunning enclosed/screen sun porch for an afternoon nap!! The air conditioning worked well. Now to the fun part, we swam from the dock at Tom's home - there is easy access into the lake, bring your water shoes. There is also a really beautiful beach within walking distance from Tom's home. We kayay'd (brought our own) to a little island and swam from the rocks. We rented a pontoon boat for the day in Ticonderoga and explored the lake. We shopped in Bolton and LG Village. Tom was a fantastic host and pleasure to meet. We eagerly look forward to a return visit thanks to our gracious host!

Spent a fun week with daughter and grandkids.The house w as large and well appointed with everything necessary for our stay. Kid liked the nearby putt puttt golf and ice cream store as well as fishing from the dock.(all the big one s got away) Would consider a revisit next year

Absolutely stupendous. Lots of private places and yet kitchen and living space for gatherings was abundant! Beautiful view and access to water.

We rented this house in Ti to be close to family. In total, our extended family rented 4 houses, and it was decided that ours was hands down the best. The house is spacious - much larger than is shown in the pictures. The views onto the water are spectacular. If you like to fish, there's an abundance of bluegill, some perch, and even a few bass right off the dock. The central air is amazing, even in 90+ temps. The only hiccup I will note is the size of the beds. In the "Rooms & Beds" section of the listing, the Mountain Room icon shows that it has a King bed even thought the text accurately describes the bed in that room as a Queen. Overall the house served our needs well!

Excellent Choice
Beautiful and spacious home. The most well-stocked vacation property that we’ve stayed at. Tom was very responsive whenever we had questions. The property was perfect for us and our daughter’s family of five. The large and varied library was wonderful on our rainy day! Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Time with Family
The property was just as advertised. Tom was wonderful. His house is spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake. The boat dock worked perfectly for our boat. My family had a relaxing family vacation. We look forward to visiting again.

We rented a boat for a day down the street from Snug Harbor and also rented a SUP for the week (lakegeorgewatersports.com) which was delivered to the home. This was a good location for day trips to Lake George Village, Burlington, Lake Placid & Ausable Chasm. Highly recommend!

We used all the amenities the house offered…fishing and swimming off the dock, touring the lake by canoe, docking kayaks and boat rental, nightly fire pits, lawn games and just taking in the view and sunsets. Tom was gracious and accommodating and made sure we were all set up. So grateful he has opened up this treasured home for our benefit!

We used all the amenities the house offered…fishing and swimming off the dock, touring the lake by canoe, docking kayaks and boat rental, nightly fire pits, lawn games and just taking in the view and sunsets. We had such a wonderful week in Ticonderoga in this absolutely beautiful home. It came fully equipped with everything we needed, had a ton of space, plenty of room at the dock for our pontoon boat rental, and Tom the owner was so nice and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable and the grounds were amazing! We'd love to stay here again. Thank you, Tom, for sharing this lovely property!

Gorgeous Property
The experience was beyond our expectations. The house is magnificent, the view unbelievable and the nicest host you will ever meet. Not much of a neighborhood but you can walk to the public beach. We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect Family Vacation
The house is most beautiful and attention has been paid to every detail in it. It was very clean, very comfortable with an incredible view of Lake George. The spacious beautiful kitchen provided every possible cooking utensil . There is a large yard for the children to play. The well equipped dock was perfect for our two boats. The owner , Tom , is very friendly and makes it very clear he is a phone call away if any issue arises, fortunately none did in our case.. We hope we have the good fortune to return to this truly special place..

Nice relaxing experience.
Tom is the nicest guy you will ever meet. He tries hard to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. The house is clean on the northern part of Lake George, right on the water which allowed us to dock our rental boat overnight. You are very much far from big city life.
One drawback is lack of cell service, whoever the WiFi is working just fine, but you can not make tel call on your cell phone except if you drive 10 minutes away. There is a landline. Also, not many options for groceries shopping in the area. It is only Walmart.
We had such a great time on the lake, fishing, in the house around the fire pit and our family connected in a way that we did not do for a long time.

A Great Escape
Owner, Tom is a very good host. His lovely home on the northern end of Lake George offers an opportunity to truly relax. Located close to shopping, restaurants and activities, the spacious house (and dock) sits in a quiet cove on the north side of Black Point. Our family enjoyed everything Tom's home offers: swimming (dock & beach), fishing, boating, canoeing, games on the large backyard overlooking the lake, sunsets, stargazing just to name a few. A beautiful, well maintained home we'll remember for ever. Thank you Tom.

Home was great and inviting. The entire house possessed character - books, piano, record selection, view, yard to have a catch, views of the lake, etc... My entire family looks forward to coming back next year. The owner (Tom) was a welcoming host and very attentive throughout the week if needed. We'll be back!
