The location is central, clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool the kids loved, good Air Condition
Very poor choice for breakfast. Just coffee or bottle water as a choice (no orange juice, no milk, no cola, no other fruit juice). No bread, no fruits, no yoghurt or granola, just egg and beans.
Next time would not book „breakfast included“

We like it all around.

Room was great...food was great

Facility was very nice and acceptable
However i believe the price could be more reasonable as this is a very clean but simple and modest stay. And not the most centric location.

The rooms were in 3rd floor. No elevator.
In the middle of the night started very loud noise that didn't let you sleep.
The bed very small.

Property location is good and it is 2 blocks walk to the lake Peten. Also near to fruits, vegetable shops and a pharmacy. the staff were really helpful. One of my family member was I’ll and hotel staff helped to get medicine for us from the near by pharmacy.
There is no place to keep keep even a small makeup or toiletries near the sink area in the bathroom. also the curtains to the shower is very thin and definitely needs a magnetic or heavy down to keep the curtain attached to the sides. both the days, after shower water came out and made the whole bathroom messy.

it wasn’t in Flores and they put us on the third floor in an apartment instead of a regular hotel room.

Good looking hotel, price was really nice compared to similar options, room was excellent for the group (3).
No restaurant service past 11:00am to 5:00pm.

Very clean. Friendly staff
it’s an old property with old styling but really overpriced for what you got…small old room. Would have more people staying if better/fair pricing.

This hotel was only a few block's walk away from the island of Flores. Very close to restaurants and shopping. We were in a room for up to 6 people so although it was tight quarters, it was comfortable. Plenty of space to sit, relax, and eat around the hotel grounds. Front desk very helpful in booking a Tikal all day tour.
If you're room faces the main street (like our up to 6 person room), you will hear the noise of traffic from the main street. Perhaps I made a mistake, but I feel like breakfast should be included in the price (based on experiences with other hotels throughout Guatemala).

The service was excellent, the people working there take care, but only speak spanish.
The hotel was under construction while we were there - smells bad and noisy

Confortable rooms, clean, hot water, good customer service. Nicely decorated, lots of greenery and a small pool for the hot summer days.
A bit dark at night, from the outside, seemed closed when we arrived.

I wasn’t clean enough.

The property is clean and had good facilities. The staff was so friendly and accommodating.
Nothing.

The location was great and the rooms and hotel was "Spanish Colonial Cute."
The walls were very, very thin. And the acoustics of the place were terrible. You could hear every word of conversations being had all over the hotel. It was like there were multiple people in our hotel room. Also, the hot water was very sparse. The wifi was terrible.
