The whole experience was excellent! Everyone who works there is so lovely, the garden is beautiful, rooms are very comfortable and well apppointed. Breakfast is delicious!
It was all wonderful

The staff was incredible and helped us in every way. Paula (I think was her name) was extremely patient with our lack of Spanish and spent considerable time working through our language barrier to help us book shuttles, find restaurants, etc. The location of the property was central and just perfect. We loved the breakfasts which were held in the garden area in back and which featured almost 100% homemade foods!

It felt really like a home. It’s small and intimate. The design and layout felt like I was in Mexico somewhere. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Although we only stayed a night, truly wish I could have stayed longer.

Excellent attention and service. Hotel hosts made us feel comfortable and taken care of the entire time we stayed. Always kind and greeting us with a smile whether while taking our breakfast or when returning in the afternoon after one of our trip in the town. The client service was amazing during our stay and I would recommend to anyone traveling to Copan Ruinas to stay here.
The pictures of the room shown in Bookings app and website differed slightly from the one we were given at the hotel. (Booking showed bath tub and hammocks in the outside deck, while the actual room had a regular shower with a very small deck with no room to actually spend time there).

Let me preface this by saying my trip to Copan was objectively a disaster, I broke my leg on day two of four. To say the hotel went above and beyond to help me would be an understatement.
The staff magically knew exactly what you want a moment before you actually need/want something. They are thoughtful and attentive but they melt into the background. I've been about and stayed at many hotels during my 43 years and this little hotel in the mountains of Honduras is probably the best service I have ever received.
I would love to come back and if you're on the fence about staying here as there are numerous other beautiful places in Copan, then I would not for a second hesitate to book this one. Everyone that works for the hotel is genuine, the hotel itself gives you a sense of calm, the views are beautiful and your trip will be memorable.
The WiFi had a few spots that struggled with the signal. I put this down to the walls being really thick.

Excellent place. From the owner to the staff I felt looked after. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast very good.
Front door buzzer very loud sometimes well into the night.

It’s probably one of the best, if not the top one, accomodation option in Copan Ruinas. They offer spacious but cosy, clean and stylish rooms, beautiful open terrace with a nice garden-view, where you can have your breakfast. What’s worth to mention is very friendly and helpful staff, even if they barely speak English, what can be quite common in Honduras, they are easy to communicate with and ready to assist you, when you need.
Absolutely nothing

The room was bright, airy, clean and comfortable. There were pretty gardens out the back where you could have breakfast and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Wished we could have stayed longer.
Only minor thing is the bathroom is not completely separate from the main room as the wall doesn't go all the up. Otherwise, just wonderful!

Beautiful furnishings and views, lovely staff, fresh delicious breakfast, shelves of guidebooks.
Not easy to walk downtown, but this also made it delightfully quiet

Really friendly and helpful staff, hammock with a view (rooms 5 & 6), great breakfast each morning.
Note: You do need some Spanish with the staff although the owners speak perfect English
Get exercising the hotel is up a steep hill (but the views make up for it)

Very nice hotel close the central area of Copán. Clean, comfortable, breakfast was good - fruit plates as well as another plate depending on the day. I had a great view, a private balcony with a hammock and made use of the on site masseuse.

What a sweet, peaceful place! The staff members were so helpful and friendly, and the common spaces (porch for the delicious breakfast, garden, reception area) were really pleasant. I had an upper-floor room facing the street. I enjoyed sitting on a chair on the small balcony with a Salva Vida beer, looking down into town and over toward the end of the valley and the mountains in Guatemala. Rooms on the other side have an expansive view over the valley. You can't go wrong.
Everything was great here. Although the walk into town isn't far, it is really steep on the return. The tuk-tuks are cheap, though, and I got used to taking the steps (C. Las Gradas) up after passing by the Despensa Familiar grocery store -- which is where the Salva Vidas and their friends live. (Fresh German-style draft beers live just a block or so away at Sol de Copán. Also close by is the wonderful Los Asados Copán restaurant.)

Excellent room! It was incredibly clean and comfortable. I spent HOURS in the hammock on the balcony. You get an incredible view of the sunrise from that "Hammock Room" and it's delightful to hear the sounds of nature and the town waking up and starting their day. Definitely staying here again!
There could have been a bit more variety offered for breakfast. The food was good! But a limited menu or at least a few options would be nice to choose from.

Love the staff and warm welcoming! The property is beautiful and within walking distance of so much - especially the central park.
The room we had was lovely and very clean. It did, however, face the street , which had much traffic throughout the night. Next time we would ask for a room on the back of the hotel.

Modern facilities and excellent customer service
The toiletry amenities could have been better. There was no conditioner or body lotion.
