Close to Seoul Station, subway and main shopping district. Hotel has cafe and restaurant at base of building. Very efficient, clean and well managed

Location convenient, there was a Namane pass machine right at the reception floor. Can walk to subway station in 10 mins.

You could hear noise from corridor, room is on small side (i.e., 2 people cannot open their suitcase at the same time), air conditioning was very strong at desk area.

Great location near Seoul Station and Namdaemun Station, the room is big, comfy, and clean.

The location is superb, near both Seoul Station and Namdaemun Station which really nice for tourists mobility. The size of the room is excellent, it is a big room for 3 person, really convenient when you just back from heavy stairs of Seoul. They clean your room every day, just make sure you ask them to.

Room was spacious and clean

Counter staff looks intimidating and not very friendly.. I reached around 1pm and room was empty but she insist me to pay for early check in. I had travelled from ktx Busan and many heavy luggage through the linkway, but she was not sympathetic enough.

It was comfortable and clean!

The location made it very easy to get to and travel around the city.

The lack of temperature control. The room was too warm and the air con was off for the season.

Superb

The location is very good; walking distance to Seoul station, where you could catch a train to the airport. I have stayed here before, so I came back since I like the place.

A little bit more expensive compared to usual price in Seoul. WiFi was not very good.

Extremely central location, making multi-modal connectivity extremely easy. Hotel reception is great

The Manu Hotel is connected to the Seoullo7017 - making it extremely easy to reach Seoul Station for the KTX, AREX and Subway. The room is cleaned everyday - even when we put up a do not disturb sign to lighten the workload of the cleaning lady. Dining and shopping wise the hotel is within walking distance to the Namdaemun Market and the Hoehyeon Subway station. The pickup point for most day trip starts from the Myeongdong Subway - which is 1 station away from Hoehyeon Stn.

Finding the shortest way from the KTX Line to the hotel and seeking for exits with lifts or escalator, particularly when you have heavy luggage to tow along.

Good

I chose this hotel because of its close proximity to Seoul train station (5 min walk), but I did not enjoy the area very much. I only stayed for one night there. I would probably have chosen a different location if I were staying longer. Other than this, I have no complaints. The hotel itself met all my needs.

Great location right next to Seoul station, but still quiet.

Great location, within walking distance from Seoul station. Best to take the skywalk to the hotel, not try to cross the street like we did first when we came. Room was perfect and staff helpful. They stored our luggage for the day since our flight wasn't until after midnight.

The gym was full of chairs so not usable which was a disappointment. One of the receptionists helped me find a PCR testing place for the following day, but in the morning I asked the reception staff to call and make an appointment, but they didn't. Instead they went online and said it was open. We took a taxi there but it was closed. If she had called she could have saved us the trip up there.
