Wont be back

The breakfast was very overpriced. Poor variety of food and mostly over cooked.

some person calling and pestering us everyday about vouchers. eventually i told them to bugger off. The room was not cleaned properly. The baby cots are not acceptable.

loved every bit of our stay

Loved pretty much everything, games room for kids was excellent and loved the snorkelling pool. We will definitely be back and bring friends along too.

Was a little disheartened by having to pay for parking each day after paying alot for accomodation and thought the buffet prices were a little high for little kids who hardly eat anything.

Main pool that we booked the accommodation for with the snorkelling with the fish was closed.

We felt warm and welcome during our stay,

Staff were delightful. Welcome was lovely. Beds super comfy. Bathroom luxurious. Pool and bar area absolutely fantastic.

The air conditioning seemed to only work for the first 30 minutes of our stay and then would not turn on again. This caused us all to sleep absolutely terribly despite our otherwise lovely room, comfy bed and sofa bed. If there was a fan supplied that would have been suffice, as long as the room had air flow. As we didn’t arrive back in our apartment til quite late in the evening, we didn’t feel comfortable attempting to find an available staff member.

Amazing. This study was a first ever experience for us. Not having the luxury of excess funds to ever able to stay here.

EVERYONE and EVERYTHING was perfect. Welcoming, accommodating, extremely generous staff. I coulask for anything more. I could go on. Just perfect.

The beach style surroundings and tge pool bar so close by. The staff are absolutely amazing. So so kind and helpful.

Great pool for kids

Quiet room, lovely view of beach and mountains. Pool was great fun for kids.

Check in was 4pm and check out 10am. Doesn't really give you much time to relax and enjoy the room

The staff were amazing, I felt the room wasn’t good value for money, the rest of the downstairs was lovely but the rooms

Good location, lovely reception, bars, pool areas. Brilliant staff.

The lampshades were stained in one of our rooms. There was a badly repaired hole in the wall. For the cost of the stay, I was disappointed barista coffee was an extra charge on top of breakfast.

Great place to see Gold Coast and a way to avoid some of the noise from Surfers.

Buffet breaky was great. fresh and variety. Pool was fantastic - appeared to be highlight of nearly every kid there. Close to trams to be able to get in and out of Surfers paradise. Close to main beach for better restaurants. We used as base for gold coast marathon - great choice.

Pull out bed was pretty uncomfortable. Also on check-in the room wasn't fully cleaned (towels not changed) This was rectified quickly.

the welcome drink on arrival is bliss. the facilities, the people, the view, we just love it

we stayed in an older style room and it’s small with the fold out couch in use. you can get a two bedroom unit for the same price.

Wonderful! Saving up for our next stay.

Breakfast was really good. Staff at the breakfast were very helpful. Food for the whole stay was amazing. The rooms are amazing, pillows were awful, but there were great pillows in the cupboard, so that made up for it! The bathrooms are lovely and big. The pool is lovely, best time to go to the Marriott is during the week. Not so crowded.

The bathroom was quite dingy, gross silicone and grout in lots of parts that should be replaced and a hair in my birthday daughters in room dining breakfast pancakes which was a turn off

A fun family get away. With everything you need within the hotel.

Staff were amazing- really helpful- the room was dirty when we arrived but they quickly moved us to another room. Pool and food is great! Cocktails are a must!!

A lot of people. A bit too busy.. the rooms was dirty when we arrived but they were able to fix that. And gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience.

Had a fabulous time, all you need, we hung by the fabulous pool all day. We did buy things for lunch and went up to the

location, room size, pool and outside amenities. Staff were great.

pillows, even though there was a selection, they ended up like pancakes. No floor length mirror in our room. Also bathrooms were pretty tired. There wasn’t a store for bits and pieces

Woke at 2am on night 1 to a flooding bedroom. no leaks in our room and had to move at 2:30am. No explanation from management or follow up. very disappointed

A nice hotel in a quite spot on the Gold Coast.

The rooms have been recently updated and are modern and clean. Beautiful view facing North over Narrowneck Beach on the Gold Coast.

The fire alarm went off just as we went to sleep, we were told not to evacuate but it went off for 15 mins. Parking was very limited the night we were staying

Location good, Facilities good, staff excellent, Room cleaning and standard poor.

No breakfast too expensive $100 for two people can eat at the best restaurants for dinner

Was very disappointed with the cleaning. Was not told at any time that it was not part of the hotel and that cleaning involves minimum service. Had to get the cleaner back to wipe the bench top and left the rubbish bin out to be collected otherwise it was left in the cupboard. Shower was leaking for 3 days, dishwasher not working, finally moved to another room and compensated with a cheap bottle of wine. For someone who stayed 14 nights and paid a lot of money, was very disappointing.
