Zimmer: wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer im Dachgeschoß. Es war so klein, daß es kein Platz für ein Tisch, ein Sessel und Kleiderschrank gab. Wir hatten lediglich eine kleine offene Garderobe in der Ecke. Das ist für uns aber kein Problem, da der Zimmer nur zur Übernachtung genutzt werden soll. Dafür gab es aber eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeekapseln, die man einfach kostenlos nachholen kann; Tee gab es auch. Das Zimmer war sauber, wird aber nicht täglich gereinigt - nur bei Bedarf gegen Gebühr. Ist für uns auch kein Problem, da wir sehr wenig Dreck produzieren. Shampoo und Duschgel gab es auch, wenn es ausgeht holt man sich Nachschub an der Rezeption.
Frühstück: nicht grade abwechslungsreich, dafür aber sehr lecker - besonders die Berliner fand ich am leckersten, die nicht so süß wie in Deutschland sind und mit reichlich Füllung. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit verschiedenen Sorten Tabs und verschiedenen Getränkearten; die war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig in der Handhabung.
Lage: bis zur nächster Bushaltestelle/U-Bahn sind das 5-15 Gehminuten je nach dem welche Richtung und Ziel, bis zum Hyde Park waren es 30-45 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist einigermaßen ruhige Gegend. In der (nicht unmittelbarer) Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants und Pubs.
Personal: immer freundlich, geduldig und hilfsbereit.
Sonder App: Zugang zum Hotel und Zimmer ist damit genial gelöst (MobileKey), Check-in/Check-out, Chat mit Management ohne Bot-Antworten - sogar um 4:00 Uhr morgens.
Problem Management: wir sind beeindruckt, wie flexibel und unkompliziert es sein kann! Andere Hotels können sich ein Stück davon abschneiden. Nur kurz gefasst: wir hatten mehrere Probleme mit Wasser gehabt, es war immer schnell und unkompliziert eine Lösung gefunden und anschließend haben wir eine gute Erstattung angeboten bekommen, die innerhalb von einem Tag auf unser Konto ankam.
Zimmer: Reinigung gegen Gebühr (hatten wir eh kein Bedarf).
Frühstück: eine kleine Abwechslung in der Auswahl wäre nicht verkehrt.
Das sind für uns persönlich keine Kritikpunkte für ein Aufenthalt weniger als eine Woche.

Located just a few minutes from "South Kensington" station, the hotel is really cute, and cleaned at perfection ! The room has enough place for two persons, and we really had a great time there.
If you need anything, don't hesitate asking the management, they're really quick to answer and help :)

Nice Hotel and the breakfast was good although the Nespresso coffee is not acceptable. The location is good. The room we got was very small and no table or chair in it. And no closet for the clothes. It is also strange that guests have to pay extra if they want the room to be cleaned during the stay.
Better coffee would have been nice. Small table and a chair in the room and a closet would have been nice.

Es muy pequeño. No se corresponde con las fotos. El baño de la habitación es horrible le, puerta de cristal y se ve absolutamente todo. Si vas en pareja es inadmisible. Mal
Servicio. No nos hicieron la habitación a pesar de haberlo pedido.
No tiene ni mi niño bar ni nada para tomar. El bar no tiene nada de nada porque no tienen autorización. Solo un desayuno por la mañana muy corriente.

Quartier résidentiel très calme mais la proximité du bus et métro rendent l'hôtel "à portée" de tout.
Seul bémol, si on veut manger pas trop loin, le choix sera limité.

Le petit déjeuner n'avait rien d'extraordinaire. La partie salée n'est pas assez développée.

J’avais déjà séjourné la bas et aimé le principe, la chambre au rez de chaussée ,le confort, la situation d’où mon envie d’y retourner
Je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre au sous-sol - B01-, très désagréable !
Fenêtre fermée donnant sur un balcon en sous-sol fermé avec des planches… il ne faut pas être claustrophobe !
La chambre avec tous ces points lumineux ( anti incendie, point lumineux tv,point lumineux miroir salle de bains) n’est jamais sombre .
Le bruit de la climatisation est très forte et laisse un son constant… désagréable .
Et pour finir la salle de bains, un lavabo petit et trop bas. Pas une tablette pour poser sa trousse de toilette, un miroir lumineux qui n’éclaire rien à par varier une lumière blanche ou chaude… un pommeau de douche poser trop haut… bref problème de conception dans cette chambre assurément mais ce qui m’a le plus contrarié c’est de ne pas prévenir de donner des chambres en sous sol sans prévenir le client.j’ai demandé à changer, ils m’ont proposé un autre hôtel car celui ci était complet.

Το επίπεδο καθαριότητας δεν με κάλυψε εντελώς, το μέγεθος των δωματίων και το πρωινό. Γιατί όταν παρέχουμε πρωινό είναι καλό να μην υπάρχει μόνο υδατάνθρακας με ψωμιά και κρουασάν, καθώς εμείς που μείναμε 6 ημέρες δεν υπήρχε επιλογή στην πραγματικότητα.

La ubicación está muy bien, si bien no es céntrica, podes llegar a todas partes de la ciudad en subte o bus, y el barrio donde nos hospedamos realmente es muy lindo y tranquilo.
El desayuno era rico pero el problema es que no reponen y si llegas cerca del cierre no encontras casi nada para desayunar, incluso el personal te recomienda llegar temprano al desayuno, creo que es algo que deberían mejorar porque uno paga por el desayuno y no lo disfrutas.

Top Lage nicht mittendrin aber alles notwendige in direkter Nähe. Über die Bahnstation South Kensington sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Londons sehr schnell erreichbar.
Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet überschaubar. Geschmacklich top, leider nur Brot und süße Stückchen. Wenig Optionen an Wurst und Käse. Man findet auf jeden Fall etwas, man darf aber kein großes Buffet erwarten.

The room was stylish and clean. Great TV with Netflix. Lovely rainfall shower. Breakfast was abundant!!! The location was great, close to South Kensington and the Kings Road area. Quiet area too, so no traffic noise. The staff were so helpful and relaxed.
Reception hall was very cramped. Did not give the best first impression. Also the sink in our room drained very slowly.

Lovely building, room, breakfast and staff.
The property was fine- I had a blocked sink but someone agreed to mend it. The check-in was new to me and I had some worries about data collection but once I arrived everything was fine.

النظافة و الاهتمام و الهدوء و تعامل الموظفين اللطيف الفطور اللذيذ و الرائع و فكرة إتاحة المخبوزات و القهوه لطوال اليوم لكافة السُكان ، ايضاً لفت نظري مدى التطور التقني الذي يعمل به الفندق حيث ان كان التشيك ان و التشيك اوت و كافة الخدمات التي قد نحتاجها اثناء اقامتها هي الكترونية بالكامل و عن طريق البرنامج الخاص بهم و هذا أمر رائع جداً.
إضافة إلى إنني إضطررت إلى تسجيل الوصول بشكل مُبكر و قد أبدى طاقم العمل كامل تعاونه حيث تم تخزين امتعتي لديهم و خرجنا لإستكشاف الاماكن بالجوار و من ثم تم تسجيل وصولي بشكل مُبكر إلكترونياً و وصلتني رسالة بذلك ، حظيت بإقامة رائعة مُريحة و هادئة و لطيفة :) ♥️♥️
كُل شي كان رائع يُشكر عليها القائمين و العاملين في الفندق ♥️

Das Zimmer und generell das Hotel war wirklich stilvoll & modern eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage war top. 10 min zur U-Bahn, 5 min zur Bushaltestelle. Auch günstige gute Lokals rund um das Hotel. Supermarkt gleich um‘s Eck. Würde wieder kommen.
Frühstück war sehr lecker, könnte aber mehr Abwechslung gebrauchen oder mehr Auswahl.

The apartment was comfortable, although it was not the cheapest from the options.
The location is the main advantage.
The bed was too small, I’m not sure if it was even 150 cm. We were almost one week there, not once they came even just to pick up the garbage. Of course, after couple of days the apartment was dirty and full of dust. So they don’t clean, they don’t change the towels, thet don’t even refill toilet paper. Basically they don’t do nothing. 0.
They had a ashtray outside the building for those who smoke, it was full of cigarettes for 5 days and nobody even bothered to clean it up.
Worth to mention, one day they had some kind of fire alarm testing and we had to hear the fire alarm for about half an hour which was pretty annoying.
The breakfast is to say at least - modest. Really restricted options and no refill (or after half an hour).

Le petit déjeuner était super : de la qualité ! Nous avions le choix entre plusieurs viennoiseries (croissant aux amandes, cinnamon Rolls, brownies, pain au chocolat, muffins etc) de la charcuterie, du fromage, des yaourts excellents, des fruits, du jus d'orange pressé, une machine à café (avec cappuccino, latte, iced latte et café classiques biensur). Café et Thé à volonté toute la journée !!
La chambre était fabuleuse : grande, propre, moderne (nous avions pris la Queen Size celle de 20m2). Le lit était très confortable.
L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, les nuits étaient agréables.
La station de South Kensington est à 8 min à pied !
Les agents sont toujours disponible et par ailleurs sont aussi très discrets.
L'hôtel est sinon très beau, c'était très agréable.
Nous aurions aimé avoir du choix en petit déjeuner traditionnel anglais.
Dommage que le ménage ne soit pas encore disponible dans la chambre, il fallait aller chercher nous même les serviettes, le gel douche à l'accueil.

Geweldig hotel, toplocatie, vriendelijk personeel, tokamer en een super ontbijt. Geen englush breakfast, maar echt allemaal heerlijk spullen van topkwaliteit. Fruit, yoghurt, rauwkost, ham, kaas, geweldig brood. Kom zeker terug.

Beliggenheden er fremragende 🤩. Tæt ved the tube. Morgenmaden er rigtig god.
Værelset lever ikke op til prisen. Toilettet havde svært ved at trække ud, vores radiator kunne ikke skrues ned og der kom ingen og fixede det - selvom vi blev lovet det flere gange. Vi havde 3 overnatninger, men der blev ikke gjort rent - skiftet sengetøj eller skiftet håndklæder en eneste gang.
