A comfortable, cozy B&B with personal attention to your needs -- 100% recommend staying here!

From reservation to departure, everything was wonderful! We arrived early that day (stayed two nights) but we were immediately greeted by the staff and given the key to our room, which was beautiful as was the whole house. The bathroom was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and thoughtful. Check in took about one minute and she opened our room for us. The beds were great, and the breakfast was hot, delicious, made to order, and fast. Such careful, personal attention to detail. The house was a 15-minute walk to attractions downtown, but was in a quiet, secluded, safe neighborhood. Free off-street parking. 100% recommend a stay here!

I enjoyed the meals and especially the spa. The grounds are lovely to walk.

The facilities were clean and top level

I was put in a room on the first floor near the lobby because I was single and used credit card points. That seems unfair and somewhat rude. I was not put by a window seat for breakfast when there were plenty because I was single.

So clean and comfortable. I had a small single room and I found it spotless and really cozy. Bathroom is immaculate. Very welcoming hosts!

would have loved if yogurt and fruit were part of the breakfast rather than one of the options. But that’s a very small issue The tiles in the en suite are legal when wet. could be an issue if unaware of this

wechadca great time in Dublin and would love to return

very charming and the staff was great. The breakfasts were wonderful and it was a good location. we loved walking around the town and out by the bay.

Great stuff

Location was within a very short walk to everywhere. Staff super friendly and helpful with lo al re recommendations. Room was quiet, spotless and very comfortable.

my stay was okay. the lady ( english lady) was rude on the phone

property was okay, very expensive however for what it offered

I called to get an official receipt for my previous stat and the lady who answered the phone was a bit rude and unaccommodating, her tone wasn’t helpful at all, very disappointing considering shes in a hospital’s business.

The parking was uncertain at time of arrival. remains a bit unclear at this time but seemed to be safe enough on street, although people there weee sitting in their cars for a long while.

Comfortable & friendly

I was given a beautiful room and had all the usual amenities shampoo shower gel hairdryer coffee and tea making etc. the shower was amazing great pressure and plenty of hot water. This isn’t my first time at this b&b and the host was friendly as usual. There is a great menu for breakfast and was I filled up for the day. I will most likely be back. It is a great wee place when you have to visit the hospital and a short walk from the cathedral where my bus left me off.

I couldn’t find anything that I didn’t like.

Breakfast was lovely with multiple options to choose from. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hosts accomodated our special check-in needs, which made our stay very pleasant.

There is no ''check-in'' desk, thus late check-in is problematic (e.g. if you're a business traveler). However, if you contact the owners in advance (like I did), it seems that things can be worked out.

Hit the spot

This was a lovely guests house, nice and clean, well presented rooms with a large bathroom that was great for getting ready in for evening time as it was bright. We stayed in the attic room and the skylight Windows were a nice feature. We had free parking right outside on the driveway and the location of the house was great for accessing town as you could reach all the fun within 15 minutes of walking. They're are convenient just around the corner from the guesthouse and a late night store. We would highly recommend this guests house and the staff there are really nice people.

Bedroom lighting could be better as it was dull but that's it.
