Dubrovnik is a lovely city with so much to do. The people are very friendly, the service excellent.

Apartment was clean and tidy and a good size. Views were very nice.

Instructions to find the apartment could have been better. I had a lot of trouble finding it. I was not met at the apartment and had trouble contacting the agent due to language difficulties with the recorded message. There were no instructions on how to use the safe or the washing machine. I could not load the washing machine so had to use a laundry. The air conditioning stopped working and I had to buy batteries for the remote control. Signs stating what would happen in the event of any damage were not very friendly or welcoming.

We are a family of 5 and had an amazing stay in Dubrovnik

The property is not well equipped/furnished. The bed in the main bedroom was lumpy with large collapsed parts in the mattress. The hot water tank is only big enough for two people to shower before it needs to reheat. There was broken glassware in the cupboards and no instructions about what to do with the rubbish. There was no hot water to the kitchen sink and no dishwasher so you have to boil the kettle to wash up. There is no oven or microwave. It is priced high for the view which is amazing but don’t expect comfort. The other price for the view is the many stairs up from the old city!!!

Enjoyable stay with an amazing view

The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our morning coffee and drinks in the evening while looking at the beautiful view of Dubrovnik old town. The apartment was comfortable and peaceful, short walk to the old town.

Lots of steep stairs to the apartment, difficult to carry the luggage to the apartment and when leaving the apartment. There is no road for taxis/cars to go right to the apartment.

The location of the apartment differed a bit from what we expected - it would be nice to adapt this so it is easier to find and guests better know what to expect.

very unhappy with the way booking.com and the rental agency treated the complaint.

we made it there and the city was great the apartment was poor.

The apartment was in the correct location on the road but on ground floor. They sent us a picture of the view from a balcony room with a view. When I called they told me to get over it and just enjoy the trip. the air condition would not bring the temp to a comfortable sleeping temp of mid 70s. there was a washer/dryer one piece unit with no instructions and we could not get it to do anything so we could not use that. The instructions in teh room gave us full directions on how to clean the entire unit with a $150.00 penalty if you did not do it. One item that was specifically troublesome is it had us wash the dishes and put them away. I have no problem with that but it means the dishes are washed as good as the prior occupant wants to clean. (A quick rinse and that good enough?). This was a once in a life trip for us and we ended up in a street level unit with a gate that looked like a jail cell and porch that was so small that you could not open the gate if 2 people were sitting trying to enjoy the view through the jail bars.

Amazing view, good services, lovely host, right position. Great!

The Apartment was really fine, the view was amazing, like in a fairy tale. All services were ok, and the host really lovely. The shower was big and comfortable. We lived our best life there.

Terraces were shared.

i would highly recommend !

It was modern, clean and in a great location. Bathroom facilities were excellent, 2 bathrooms which was ideal for us as a group! Lovely balcony area at the top of the apartment with 2 sun loungers with beautiful views of Dubrovnik walls/ old town. aircon in every room which was the dream.

Location

When we arrived at the apartment our expectation was that someone would check in us, but despite all the warnings regarding the arrival time, there was no one, it was self check in. We had to call the agency to get the code for the keys and realized that our apartment have no views as almost photos suggested - the apartment was sided by the main road. While inside the apartment we find a lot of rules. To end, the amount charged wasn’t the same as booking showed.

Goog Location. 10 min to City center and 5 min to Banjo Beach. Very beautiful view. Cleen.

Es gab mehrere Ploce Apartments in the city, so we firstly go to an another one, which showed in Google Map in Booking. But our apartman was an another. Check your messages to see the correct Adress.

View on the balcony is amazing to see whole Old Town.

Internet was quite bad. 1Mbps upstream made video calls basically impossible. Internet broke completely on the last day.

Very good

Situated on the hill above the city with a very beautiful view of the old city and the Lokrum island. That comes with a drawback: there are 134 stairs from the street to the villa. And to get to the old city level, there are another 337 stairs by the shortest pedestrian route.

It could and should be a little bit cleaner.

BEWARE as booking.com won’t tell you exactly and show in the pictures re: apartment

I booked what is shown in the pictures. Hence, I was amazed of the overviewing sea and town. However, when we arrived in Dubrovnik we waited for how many minutes waiting for the house key . I and my family expecting what we expected to see from the commercial pictures of booking. com . it was a different apartment they gave us. Booking. com did not even inform or email me. They won’t tell and show you exactly which apartment you will have for your holiday. We were all disappointed but we just had to accept it as we were no where to go and we already paid for it. So, holidaymakers BEWARE. Ensure you ask booking. com first before you pay. For the apartment 34 Ploce apartment, the place has shinny tile floor but the toilet is dirty . Hot water is on and off, it won’t let continue use. After 3 persons took slower, next will be cold water. I suffered to shower in cold water. Otherwise, thank you as we were sheltered with this accomodation.

Amazing view to wake up in the morning to ...

Amazing view , clean apartment , plenty of space and I even liked the stairs that I needed to climb every day to this proprety 😄. By the way ... there are about 545 steps from the entrance in the old town up to the apartment 😁😁👍

I didn't like that I have to leave this wonderfull place after 3 nights 😄... at least one or 2 more nights longer was better 😁

Great view and good access to old town

Very good location to explole Dubrovik old town: Very close to old town and all the related activities. The view over the old town and sea is fantastic! You can't ask more! Clean and nice room.

This apartment was very clean with an amazing view😁😁!! Thank you so much for the early check in and late check out

So so so many steps !!! Honestly just too many even for the view !! The walk from the main road is two flights of steep steps …which we all found Horrific !! Once we left the apartment in the morning just didn’t return to it until much later couldn’t just pop in during the day the steps were a killer !!!older people and children may find them too difficult to climb Also the kettle doesn’t turn off automatically the lid flys up and will just keep boiling until manually turned off which could be quite dangerous and we couldn’t get the toaster too work

Amazing view, but lots of things to improve

The view is what gives value to this apartment, it is truly stunning; you can see the Old City and the nearby Island, and it is truly peaceful at night. The house was overall well-presented, despite lacking basic stuff in the kitchen and being old. The shower has a very good pressure. Kind host.

Too many stairs, both to go to the house and to the Old City/beach. I understand that this is how the city is made, but it's good to give a heads up for people who might have mobility impairments/are out of shape. Everything we touched in the kitchen, from the glasses to the forks, were greasy. Could have used more facilities, there's no point in buying salt, sugar or coffee for a short stay - please be aware of this. The double bed (which was really a sofa bed) and the two beds were extremely uncomfortable, none of us slept well.

Overall had a great stay and absolutely loved the terrace and the view of Old Town!

Super convenient location, beautiful view, well equipped apartment, thoughtful host that met us right on time and was very helpful.

Beds were a little hard. The cabinets were a little tall for those of us who are on the shorter side. A small step stool would be helpful.
