good for a calm vacation

comfortable place near the centre, pleasant stuff, prepare a wine evening for us in the first day, there was check in earlier that check in time without questions, wonderful view from the room

If you want wake up with a view to mountains

Pretty nice place with a parking place (outside). Amazing view from the balcony.

There is no tea pot in the room. if you want a hot water - you should ask the administrator. There is not clean bathroom (with a mold in the corners). There is not a good signal of WiFi in a room (I stayed in a Deluxe room). And yes, breakfast is not a strong point of this place.

Beautiful, friendly hotel, amazing location

Super friendly staff. Ready to help with all the questions. The hotel itself is very well situated right out of the city center, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Mestia. There are semidetached wooden buildings, rooms equipped with all necessities. And there is a balcony to enjoy the views. The hotel has a nice yard, even though there was snow during my stay, I think it will be a big plus for warmer weather. Delicious reakfast was served in the restaurant area, which has breathtaking views. Also, tried local dishes in the evening in the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good

The hotel staff is amazing. Throughout our stay, they were very accommodating and were more than helpful in solving the problems of our entire trip. Their hospitality is exceptional.

Our stay was marred by power outages throughout Mestia, but the staff tried very hard to solve everything.

The hotel is unique and comfortable as it made from wood, and the view from balcony was very amazing heading to the mountain, the staff were very helpful and kind, breakfast also good..

Very good location New staff Arti was wonderful with kids and he helped us a lot in translation and making our plans for 5 days stay in Mestia

They were not cleaning the room everyday.You have to remind them multiple times. Furniture needs improvement

Needs a huge improvement

The staff were helpful and offered me a small Internet router that works with a sim card but didn't work well. It has beautiful view and we were upgraded.

I understand that because of corona the hotel wouldn't be working at a full regimen. But at least the prices should be reduced. The beds were awful. The mattress would fold once you sit in it and you can feel the springs on your ribs, the bedsheets were bad and did not stay on the mattress. The rooms had no proper curtains, and a bulb on at the balcony for the whole night. The food was not good at all. We would find our breakfast at the table but no one around to ask if we needed anything. No Internet available at the property. So much to say. I even got locked in the toilets, luckily my husband was around and called the management, no telephone there or in the room... the hotel needs a huge improvement!

The great stay

Very approachable, polite and helpful staff, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is a great location. Breakfast was excellent and the panoramic restaurant was wonderful with its views. We highly recommend a stay in this hotel.
