Bonne étape à Nassau avant d'explorer les iles des Bahamas

Bonne situation centrale à Nassau, la plage est quasiment en face et le centre Vill est à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Service de restauration correcte au bar.

l'hôtel est en rénovation, donc il y avait des travaux en cours sur une aile du bâtiment. Du coup je n'ai pas testé la piscine. ment.

Wonderful Hotel, staff and location in Nassau

They are busy with renovations so the Hotel is already looking beautiful

The bar prices are sky high, $34.50 for two drinks on the rocks

A éviter - Erreur sur le nombre réel d'étoile

L'emplacement.

Je mets 2 étoiles pour l'emplacement, la piscine est très sale jamais nettoyé, il y avait des os de poulet dans la piscine, on a prévenu les employés mais aucune réaction. Sur booking il apparaît comme un 4 étoiles, mais en réalité il s'agit d'un 3 étoiles. Personnel peu souriant et désagréable hormis les dames de ménage. Très forte odeur de friture. L'hôtel n'est pas propre et sur 2 piscines une était fermée. Un conseil vous trouverez un très bon hôtel au même prix et un vrai 4 étoiles le british..... l'emplacement cependant est bien mais tous les commerces ferment à 17h donc L'hôtel que vous choisirez aura son importance. Nous sommes partis à 8 avec des enfants et nous avons été obligé de mettre des chaussons de piscine tellement c'était sale, nous nous sommes pas baigné le dernier jour et nous adultes nous sommes pas baigné du tout. Une honte à ce prix là et le personnel n'accorde aucune importance à l'avis du client, pas de plage privé. Donc vérifier bien et comparez les autres prix. Pour notre part bon séjour de 4 jours, l'hôteL reste notre seul regret. Par contre l'homme qui nous accueille est juste top toujours souriant Les photos sur le site booking ne correspondent pas à la réalité. L'hôtel donne plus envie sur le site qu'en vrai.

I had a nice experience but we went during construction so I hope it gets resolved but I had amazing

Unknown I didn’t eat at the hotel but it look good from other people who stayed

My AC unit keep shutting off it was broke

Location and accessibility. Breakfast was tasty.

apart from room service not doing they job i really would return

staff at front desk and atbar was so amazing really helpful

i had to keep traveling back and forth for fresh towels and to get room clean i can remember i went away for the entire day came back mins to 4 and room was still a mess rom service was a mess i slept on the same sheet for 3 days withot a pillow case i was told to wait for pillow case still havent received any my only problem is room service

The obvious water damage to various areas, the active restoration work underway in the lobby, pool area, etc. . dirty carpets in common areas, exhorbitant prices in the sundries shop (example: Snickers Bar - $8.50 USD , noisy AC, inop. room safe

I enjoyed our stay. Very close to downtown and fish fry can't beat this location.

I love, love the location just to wake up facing the ocean was wonderful.

I know that things are hard for everyone, but to pay $3.00 for hot water and a tea bag, now that was beyond crazy

I won’t stay there again

location but was unsafe to leave for a walk to the beach sidewalk was busted up

Great location, not a great hotel experience.@

Very nice location across street from Junkanoo Beach and a ten minute walk from downtown. Hotel is under renovation, so lots of work going and not very pleasant currently.

Facilities weren’t up to my expectations for the price. The room was old, worn and not very comfortable.

Passable

Not a quiet place. The property was well-maintained and the staff was excellent. The value was good taking everything into consideration, the staff made it an enjoyable stay.

This property is in the heart of an extremely busy area. Sitting by the pool I could hear all the street noise and smell the fumes from vehicles just feet away. The Department of State has a travel advisory and the neighborhood behind the property has a "high homicide rate" so I didn't feel safe leaving the property while my husband was in his conference every morning.

Close to a beach but still not worth the horrible property and high cost

Extremely outdated, dirty and horrible for the price. Dont book this place. We were trapped in the elevator twice in three days. The property is ugly.

great location and service, great food and drinks

staff were very friendly and very helpful. great location for downtown

the exterior didn’t look too good but understand they are working on it. also the trucks are noisy driving past but this is only noticeable around the pool.

I won’t recommend the hotel to my friends and colleagues; sometimes a smiling face is not enough.

The staff was friendly and very well mannered.

My husband and I paid specifically for the island view room but instead received a room with no view (a weathered rooftop). I addressed this issue with the front desk staff but was told that they didn’t have anything available at the moment to suit our needs/request. If we knew it was solely based on availability we would have not paid the hiked up price of $567 for THE VIEW! That defeats the purpose. Although staff were trying to be helpful we were highly disappointed.

We went in without much expectation as part of a wedding block booking. This place was awesome value for money at a peak time of year.
