Very sumptuous property, amazing rooms. Special shoutout to the staff (reception, cleaning, valets), who were extremely accommodating. Lake view was gorgeous!
Breakfast was very good, but felt sometimes a bit understaffed.

La facturation indécente du petit chien , compte tenu de son non acceptation dans les services de l'hotel. Ceci est redibitoire dans ma vision d'un relais chateaux.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and was so quiet. The main areas in the hotel were beautiful and so tastefully decorated. The staff were all very friendly and approachable.
The room was very hot and we could not control the heating.
The bed was uncomfortable (too firm) and there were not enough pillows to choose from to meet our preference.
The coffee machine did not always work and the plug was difficult to access and it had some bare wires so it made us nervous to use it.
The fridge did hum all night - this was more noticable because the room was so quiet.
The shower head would not stay in one place and kept falling down or moving around and you had to keep adjusting it during taking a shower.

Mi piace molto l'atmosfera del hotel, é accogliente ed elegante al tempo stesso. Nei salottini ci si sente raccolti e non in un grande albergo
Sono andata con il mio cane, piccolo di 6kg. Potevo solo tenerlo in camera. Non potevo portarlo neanche al bar insieme a me. Se l'albergo accetta i cani dovrebbe farlo ovunque.

Lovely bar staff and great concierge/lobby staff taking care of the luggage and cars!
The décor and smell was lovely and we loved the location and environment.
Very comfortable rooms.
A few things were missing or not located properly. The full length mirror was stuck behind the side table.
There was a hairdryer missing.
The room service menu after 10 is very limited and the pizza felt like a store brought frozen one.

It is a dream-like hotel! And breakfast is superb.
Closing the Bar at 9 pm is not acceptable, especially when the restaurant is closed. You cannot expect everybody to go to their room and order room service, one wants to enjoy the hotel facilities. Otherwise it is bed and breakfast.

In our view this is an extraordinarily good hotel . We have stayed there many times and it never disappoints. Ok it can be expensive but the quality of the accommodation staff food and position make it worth it .

I love this hotel. The building, the interiors, the location, the welcome of the staff. I wish I could live there.

The Bar and the dinning area is frankly run by Mr Bean ( Nilolo ) . His attitude is superior and he shouldn’t be working in a 5 star hotel . He needs to be retrained . There are younger members of staff that are and would do a better job . I don’t think he knows what customer service is .

the hotel style and deco
we liked the hotel but as we are vegan we asked the day we booked whether there is some vegan food. The Hotel answered that for breakfast and dinner they will prepare vegan dishes for us, but it was not the case. At the Dolder they did it for example.
