In a place like Interlaken,with such a vast hotel infrastructure, every detail counts...

Gοod location.Clean room.Pleasantly maintained establishment.

The room was cold. Outside temp.10 Celsius and the heating elements in our room cold during our stay. No elevator. Upon arrival I asked if I could have a cup of coffee, and the British lady at the reception explained to me that there were nice coffee shops nearby, giving me the impression that she was barely tolerating my presence.

Pleasant Stay in Interlarken

First of all,the location of the hotel was quite nice..it is just a few steps from Interlarken West station.. I was so pleased by the hospitality shown by one of the staff Elisa(Don't remember her name properly, but her home country was Portugal :) ) And fire place in the hall was the highlight of the place,giving it a complete vintage and heritage look.

The hotel did not have stairs..I came with an infant and a lift in the hotel would have made it much easier for me to take my stroller in the room.

Very pleasant and comfortable, great location and lovely staff.

Breakfast and service was really good

No air con which we knew when we booked but hadn’t expected the really hot and humid nights. Not the B&Bs issue but worth mentioning if someone is considering booking in the summer.

Great location, price and breakfast.

Great welcome by Kim who took the time to explain everything. Fantastic breakfast, had something cooked for me each morning. Good location for food options and easy 2 minute walk to the train station. Very attentive house cleaning and breakfast staff.

There was a grumpy man at reception for a few days. I observed him being totally inappropriate (swearing, belittling and extremely disrespectful) to females on two separate occasions. Additionally, he was also rude to my female friend, he was dismissive and actually called her an Idiot which was upsetting to hear.

A great Swiss experience… one not to be missed.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. From the very friendly, hardworking and helpful staff to the beautiful and comfortable accommodations. Walking distance to the Interlaken west train station, in a quiet, non commercial area. Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Be sure to book a room with a view and balcony as spending time on the balcony was the best thing after long days exploring. The room was spotless, had a comfortable bed with nice linens and was spacious. It was quiet and peaceful and within a block to the Coop grocery store. Their breakfast was lovely and staff even prepared eggs for their guests. The onsite restaurant served wonderful meals by friendly and efficient staff. Don’t miss eating there… the orange chicken was delicious! There was onsite laundry (a bit expensive) but I could do a load conveniently so I took advantage of it. A wonderful Swiss experience. Our only regret was the fact we couldn’t stay longer as we needed to travel back home. Definitely a family run and homey stay. You won’t be disappointed.

The property didn’t have an elevator, however staff helped us with our bags. Much appreciated. Everything else about this hotel was perfect.

Great stay

Love the old Swiss vibe but facilities are modern, Breakfast was excellent with eggs and fresh fruit. I got a room with a view which was a delight.

Breakfast can probably start earlier than 7:30am.

Wonderful & Relaxing

The staff was really helpful and nice, simply & easy check-in without any hassle. It is only located about 5 minutes away from the Interlaken West train station. The location is perfect, for those who want to have a quiet time. The Medical Store (Apotheke) and the Grocery Store (Coop) are literally 2-3 minutes away from the Hotel. For those who love to hike, Harder Klum is just around the corner. The Hotel also offers a Special Voucher for travelling in Interlaken which I found nice for those who don't have a Swiss Travel Card (GA). There is also a Laundry room where you can wash your clothes along with the dryer. The night view is absolutely exotic, especially if you go around the back of the Hotel. There is also a very exotic Lebanese Restaurant just near the Coop for those who want to try out something different. The room I was in was on the first floor with a Balcony, the view during the evening was very nice. There is also a Pizzeria on the ground floor. The prices are pretty well & reasonable for the place. All in all I would definitely check this place out again when I visit Interlaken.

Just small gripes here : The curtains should be a bit thicker, they seem to be a bit too thin and a bit see-through. Due to the nature of the building, I could easily hear the voices from the next door & also if someone was walking a floor above.

Good location, nice decor. Good breakfasts, friendly staff. Small free car parking next to the hotel, and there is also paid underground parking around the clock nearby.

Extremely small bathroom combined with a toilet. The total area of the room is approximately 2 square meters. Need to go to the living room for dry off after a shower . The washbasin, for some unknown reason located in the living room, not in bathroom.

lovely small historic building in the heart of the old city. fabulous to wake up to a view of the Jungfrau very helpful staff. centrally located to Interlaken west train station and lake cruises. very helpful owners/ staff made our stay special.

We enjoyed our one-day stay at Post Hardermannli Hotel. It is located very close to Interlaken West train station (max 5 min walk) and is easy to reach. All city attractions are also within walking distance from the hotel. Our room was very clean & cozy and we had an amazing view on the mountains! The price of the room was not overpriced, even if we booked it not so much in advance.

This was a comfortable and charming place to stay.

Lovely hotel! We had a comfortable room with quiet outdoor space for relaxing. Newer small bath was nice. Breakfast was very good. We dined in the restaurant and enjoyed the experience.

We loved our stay at Post Hardermannli! From the handy location to Interlaken West and all the shopping/entertainment vibe, to the amazing service, it was fantastic. The hotel itself is a charming chalet-type, full of character. The rooms are tastefully decorated and have a million-dollar view towards Jungraujoch. The beds were super-comfortable, thanks! We had a family room with the additional beds in a "separate" part - well organised. The breakfast in the morning was superb, and well and truly got us set for the day. We enjoyed the personalised service and all the great tourist tips. Excellent accommodation option for Interlaken:)
