Perfect city centre location

It was a great unit.

Loved the view and the location.

All those stairs but every where we have stayed has had stairs but 4 flights to get to the top. There is no parking.

perfect location for exploring the amazing city of Bath. will definitely be back.

beautiful, comfy, spacious, historic building in the heart of Bath’s tourist area. The view of this amazing city from roof top terrace was outstanding. The welcome pack with a variety of foods, milk, tea, coffee etc was a thoughtful touch. it had everything we needed for a city break.

Exceptional

Fantastic apartment very central, comfortable and had everything you need. Very clean and modern ...the roof terrace is a great extra as well (although we didn't use it much as it's winter!)

There's nothing not to like... there's a few flights of stairs which might not suit everyone and it can be noisy at night which you would expect in a city centre.

Amazing apartment with incredible views.

We loved this apartment!!! Extremely spacious, lots of comfortable seating, comfortable beds, fantastic shower and of course the incredible views!! Easy to access and very responsive host. There was a basket of breads, jams and cereals for breakfast. It is on a fairly busy road, but the slight noise wasn't a bother for us...it is near the centre of town after all. Would recommend this place and would definitely stay again. It was our favourite place to stay on our 6 week holiday.

the apartment is centrally located. It was very well appointed, immaculately clean and communication was fantastic. it was a shame it was rainy when we stayed, as the view from the terrace was amazing and it would have been fantastic to spend more time up there.

A lovely and well equipped apartment in the fantastic location.

The whole property was amazing. The facilities and decor were excellent. The beds were comfy. A brilliant location, round the corner from the shops, not far from the Circus and Royal Crescent, near lots of eateries.

Very little. Needed a hand towel in the ground floor bathroom for general use. The cafetière needs replacing - it pours badly.

The apartment was close to the centre and within walking distance to the train station. It was modern, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely Recommend this property whether you were a group, couple or family.

Lovely dreamy stat

So lovely dreamy place in Bath. The location was in center of the city

There wasn’t shower gel, but apart from that everything was there and it exceeded my expectations

beautiful apartment with great hosts.

The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. The entire apartment was clean and comfortable and the owner left us everything we needed for a seemless stay (i.e. laundry detergent, cereal, bread, etc.). It was very thoughtful and accommodating.

The only downside was that it was that it was on the third floor (hence rooftop terrace) so it was a hassle getting luggage up to the apartment. Just be mindful of that when packing.

Lovely Apartment - let down by Owner and Safety Concern

Roof Terrace, well appointed apartment.

Safety Concern - potential fall from height for child, see picture. This point of Safety should be addressed regardless of buildings listed status. Rude and unhelpful Owner, who was passed inaccurate information from his own Manager. 'What the hell do you want me to do? ' Raising his voice and taking over me. We were left to fend for ourselves for bedding. Be aware Brett will offer no flexibility or help - according to him, there is no spare bedding. Brett will say that he asked what I wanted - but I have never experienced treatment like this before with Booking.com No Flexibility or Help -at all.

Best place to stay in Bath!

We loved everything about the Bath Rooftop Terrace Apartment, we were a group of ladies travelling for a friend's birthday. The apartment is so central, everything you need is in walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, the beds were so comfy, the breakfast hamper was a lovely addition, the ensuite with the roll top bath was amazing, we really couldn't of asked for anything more. All correspondence from the host was helpful and informative. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be returning!

A bit of a disappointment particularly when reading previous reviews.

The location for sightseeing around Bath was very good with everything within walking distance. The room sizes were good, bed were comfortable with large towels available. The view from the roof terrace was wonderful and it was great to have outside space

The property was not clean. The lights in the bedroom were very dusty. The extractor in the family bathroom was dirty and the toilet brush disgusting. There was no bin in the family bathroom. There were paint stains on the carpet both upstairs and in the main bedroom. There were chipped plates and bowls and dirty glasses in the kitchen. We didn't use the oven as it was so dirty and the lid of the water dispenser had black mould on it - again we didn't use it and stuck to bottled water. The kitchen floor was dirty particularly around the washing machine and dishwasher. The ceilings had paint/plaster hanging down. There was no recycling facility. The noise from people queuing outside the nightclub opposite started about 10.30 and continued until about 03.00 on two of the three nights of our stay. This could be heard in the lounge and in the second bedroom which caused a lack of sleep on Monday and Tuesday night. A pity as it is a beautiful property - just needs to be cleaner and quieter
