This 1st floor villa offers a living space with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and access to the screened porch. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, white cabinets and is well equipped to meet your cooking needs. The dining area located right off the kitchen is the perfect area for hosting meals. It also offers access to the screened porch. Past the living room is the first master bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with shower/tub combo, 2 sinks, and access to the screened porch. On the same side of the villa, there is a bedroom with 2 full beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the other side of the living room, is a second master bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV and private access to the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The villa’s screened porch has views of the lagoon and boasts a table and chairs that comfortably seats 6. The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours! During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining. We were in town for the marathon so options were limited, but we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and as described, check in was a breeze, and the location was perfect. We all agreed that we would stay there again in the future for golf or a weekend getaway.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was a perfect set up for the 4 of us during our golf weekend. We had plenty of space in the condo and the beach/bike credit was an extra plus. Wonderful location great walking paths around and the patio was great to hang out and chill.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at numerous vacation rentals over the years at Kiawah, the location of the villa was great. I would say that there are a lot of little details that needed to be addressed, from faucet handles that were falling off to moldy shower curtains, a bed without all of the linens and a door lock that was so difficult the key broke off. Concerns were addressed promptly but are ones that routine maintenance and more supervision for housekeeping could have eliminated in the first place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not very far from the beach and convenient to Ocean Course. PGA week was not very busy and this location was ideal. Although showing its age, it was clean. I was amazed at the number of power strips used to connect TVs within the Villa.

It did not cause us any problems but you may want to check it out before it becomes a big problem. Also the mattress in the main bedroom overlooking the lagoon should be replaced.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several Turtle Point/Cove Villas before and were a little bit disappointed in the cleanliness level of this one. The countertops had not been cleaned, the carpets are in definite need of a deep clean, and we found several items from previous guests in drawers/under beds. I think with a good cleaning this would be a great rental. This villa was very conveniently located and the kitchen/bath updates were quite nice.
