Negative experience with service providers

We rented accommodation that was needed for medical reasons and for recovery we needed a unit with a balcony. The agency that rents this apartment does not provide transparently information about its accommodation units. There is a description of only one apartment, as the name also indicates the existence of only one unit. After we got to the apartment and realized that it does not meet our needs and it doesn't offer what we thought we would get, we contacted the agency. They apologized but didn't offer any solution. We left the apartment within an hour and managed on our own with luggage. The agency claims that it is not possible to get a refund. Overall, a very negative experience regarding the whole situation and service providers of this unit.

A very comfortable and relaxing time.

The instructions sent to enter property where very clear and we had no problems . The apartment was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The beds comfy and lovely pillows. The showers powerful. The apartment was very quiet and a very short walk to the beach. I stayed here with my sister and mother and we all agreed that we would definitely stay here again. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. We would all highly recommend staying here.

we enjoyed the stay

the location was great not far from the city centre. i loved that there were 3 bathrooms. we were 5 people,so that was a great thing for us. the staff very helpful and kind. comfortable beds and cozy,clean apartment overall

*a little problem with leaving food around because of the ants,but i guess it is a problem everywhere in ground floor and summer. *maybe too dark for my taste, from the pictures i tought that it would be much brighter.. but not a big deal. *parking was a challenge *and if you are a light sleeper than dont sleep in the first two rooms. very loud at night and in the mornings. people walking in/by the house,you can hear everthing. also a few nights during our stay there were parties (i think in the house next to us or somewhere near).. so i was up a few times during the nights

Our place in Split

Wonderful place, excellent accommodation, walking distance to the city center and Marina, through a beautiful promenade of coast, harbour with yachts, boats, cruises, and at night awesome lighting tree palms...couldn't be more happier my family and I of course!!!! Thank a ton to marvelous staff, Martin and Mateo specially, all the time ready to answer any doubt for us. Fill the support was great, our first time in Croacia, and this apartment made our family reunion unforgettable. Thank you for been there for us. Thousands times recommended!!!! And we hope, as you, back again in a near future. Thanks a ton!!! Cecilia & family more than grateful!!! ♡♡♡♡♡

Disappointing

Good location and nice apartment

No wifi didn’t work was not fixed We were charged €100 for furniture breakage that was not us or our fault. Very poor and will try and take your bond money. Tourist trap. Poor response

Had a great time.

Nice apartment, perfect for a family group. Very close to the beach and not too far to walk into city centre.

The only issue with this flat is that the kitchen is very small. Think for most people this won't be an issue as there are so many places to eat out, but we like cooking and doing a big meal for everyone staying is a bit of a challenge.

Location was great and the apartment was very spacious. Clean and tidy on arrival. No problems to report.

Nothing really, the stainless steel sink in the en suite but that's personal preference.

Perfect location

The location of the apartment is great. Easy self check in.Just down the street from the beach and just walking distance to other attractions. The space inside was cozy and equipped with lots of amenities.

Parking was difficult especially with a rented suv. I had to circle the block several times looking for parking. The entrance to the building is very dark.

Superb

Well situated, clean, and comfortable apartment on a quiet residential street. We were able to find free street parking within a one block radius each time we returned from excursions. About a 15min walk to old town which was helpful not drive into the city as parking in old town Dubrovnik can be a headache. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living spaces. Enough essentials supplied (linens, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent etc.) We found some of our other accommodations in Croatia lacked this. Good communication with host. Easy set up for self check-in and exit. The host was very helpful even after our stay. We requested from him an official government issued e-tourist certificate which helped us get a 50% discount on our Covid testing fee before our return to the US.

Mostly feather-filled bed pillows which wasn’t great for two of my family members with feather allergies, but we managed to find one non feather pillow to use and replaced the other with a throw cushion.

The place is just perfect, located at the beautiful part of Split close to the Bacvice beach just few minutes away from the Old Town. Hosts were very nice and simpatic, they gave us very useful tips!
