Outstanding position, room and service.

The room was in the HEART of the old section of the palace, about 50m from the roman couryeard, cathedral and bell tower. It was well appointed, and even had a small balcony. Excellent

It was a 2nd story and yo ad to carry your bags up, but this is what is expected in multple hotels/rooms in europe, so no real issue.

Fabulous stay, Would return!

Beautiful boutique hotel with modern accessories complimented by exposed sandstone walls. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fabulous air conditioning as well!

Property didn’t have lift access which was difficult with bags (only second floor though)

Small room in a great location

Once you find the room it is situated in a great location, very central and within walking distance of all the sites. It is only 15 mins from the port and bus station too. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived and were able to get into our room early. The room has all of your basic requirements and the bed was comfy. The breakfast at the nearby hotel had lots of great options in a lovely setting.

The hotel is cash only, which I couldn't see anywhere on the booking.com description. It is only since reading other reviews and searching for the term cash that I have seen it displayed. As we didn't have enough cash on us, nor did we want to incur a charge from the bank by withdrawing cash, we had to do a bank transfer. Whilst we managed to sort the issue it still caused some panic for myself. This needs to be made clearer. The room was quite small for the price and the window looks into the corridor, not outside which is strange but it is represented in the photos so to be expected.

It was really conveniently located at the centre of the town so most of the things are at walking distance. Nur was really friendly and she has all the informations you need. We really enjoyed staying there.

Superb

The location was amazing, right in the heart of Split. The building is old, but the rooms brand new and the most sparkly clean I have ever experienced. The staff was helpful and the beds comfy. Though the room was small, it didn't matter at all, because it had everything that you'd need and was so close to all the beauty of Split that you don't really want to stay indoors anyway!

Perfect Location and Clean Rooms!

Everything was good and clean. Nur is absolutely helpful and very friendly. Was lovely to have a Coffee machine at the reception.

Shower area a bit small, however was manageable for 2 nights. Would be nice to have a signage somewhere as it was difficult to find the location even though we were right there couldn’t figure it out, Nur then got to where we were to help us find our way!

It was a great place to stay.

Staff was great. Give the front desk lady a raise. The room was very comfortable and centrally located to everything. I will stay here again when I visit. We reserved several rooms at this property. I recommend staying in one of the higher number rooms as they are bigger.

Need to have a sign at the front of the building in the alley. It took several minutes to find the stairs as it was recessed form the street. They facility would only accept cash, they let us know a few days before and let us check in before we went to the atm. Need to have the front desk area air conditioned.

A lovely place to stay in the heart of gorgeous Split. Tina is very welcoming and helpful. Totally recommend and hope to

the welcome, the location, the clean bright rooms, the balcony and the free tea and coffee making facilities!

Nothing I didn’t like but would have preferred a more supportive mattress.

Charming room , convenient location

The location is hard to beat. It is close to restaurants , sites to visit, bus station and port for side trips. The room has charming veranda where you can have your morning tea/coffee. Hot shower was working great during our stay. The hotel has espresso machine where guests are free to use and free coffee of course. The staff, Nor, met us on our arrival showed us to our room and helped us with our luggage . It is easy to communicate. Very responsive to our queries. You can leave your luggage if you are leaving late after checkout.

Stairs . As in any old towns, buildings don’t have elevator. Good exercise climbing the stairs. The bathroom is on the small side.

Incredible location in the heart of the old city but quiet and peaceful inside. The lady on reception was super friendly and helpful and the room with the balcony was very comfortable

Excellent room with friendly service in a fantastic location!

The room was in an excellent location and bed was really comfy. The host was very friendly and offered us a tea/coffee as soon as we arrived. the room was ready earlier than expected and we could leave our luggage the next day. You could use the coffee machine in the foyer which was excellent! A great stay and would recommend. Thank you

Modern small hotel with a great location.

Reception staff. Comfortable modern rooms. The help yourself cappuccinos! Location is the best. Within the palace walls, just off the Riva and close to the ferry.

Entrance little hard to find, down a short alley way next to a restaurant.. The building has other tenants and could use a nicer entrance but safe and convenient to everything.

Exceptional

Could not get more central, perfect location. Nice clean room and host couldent do enough to help. We stayed on 2 seperate occasions for 1 nights stay. Very soft bed and pillows perfect. Room was very small but that never bothered us as only there for 1 night and hardly stayed in the room. Also complementary toiletries of shampoo, body wash and soap always handy if ran out or not brought.

Everything was fine for us, the room may be to small for some if staying for a longer stay. But i prefer location over size.

We were just staying one more night before heading back to the UK and fortunately stayed here as the rest of the people

The property was in a great central location. In a lovely old building, but the room was bight, clean and modern. The lovely Tina greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely mini hotel

Our flight was delayed by 2hrs and we arrived well past the normal check in time, but the staff were still friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable!

Great location, but very small room, ours without window to outside

- location centrally positioned in old town - superb breakfast at restaurant near by - good communication

- our room had no window to the outside, only into a common use passage - the aircon was noisy - room extremely small, do-able for a short stay only - the safe did not work - faulty shower door

The room we had (006) was small but cosy and perfect for our stay. Within the heart of the cathedral walls, the location was absolutely fabulous, lovely stylish,,boutique feel and would definitely recommend and book again.

Nothing to dislike, people who have issues with mobility or stairs may find it a little more challenging as no lift
