Najlepsza lokalizacja na kilkudniowy pobyt w Dubrowniku, bardzo czysty i wygodny apartament. Blisko do plaży Lapad i promenad spacerowych, restauracji, dobrze skomunikowane ze starym miastem, które to jest ok i obowiązkowe do zwiedzania, ale na pewno stare miasto nie jest miejscem, w którym powinno się nocować. Cicho i spokojnie z dala od miejsc imprezowych, dobre WI FI, miejsce parkingowe dostępne, chociaż wynajmowanie samochodu w Dubrowniku nie ma sensu bo w mieście praktycznie nie ma jak zaparkować. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni. Dostępny fajny bardzo duży i słoneczny taras, fajny mały ogródek. W przypadku powrotu do Dubrownika na pewno zatrzymamy się tam ponownie! 10/10! Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.
Taras współdzielony z apartamentem obok, my byliśmy akurat sami w tym czasie w maju więc nie było problemu i cały taras mieliśmy dla siebie, no ale trzeba mieć świadomość, że może też ktoś będzie z niego korzystał z apartamentu obok. Nie jest to jednak wielki problem wg mnie, bo i tak w sumie przebywa się w większości poza apartamentem. I jeszcze jedna rada dla podróżujących nie związana już z apartamentem. Nie korzystajcie z shuttle bus z lotniska do miasta! Tragiczne doświadczenie - 80 minut oczekiwania po przylocie, tłok i beznadzieja. Korzystajcie z Ubera, niewiele droższy a oszczędzi nerwów :)

Estupendo!! Todo, muy completo el apartamento ubicado en excelente lugar. Hay cerca una estación de bus a minutos caminando. Hay restaurantes y market para comprar comida. El dueño Sr. Frano muy amable nos dio indicaciones de movilización. Nos apoyó en checkout late. Es una persona muy amable.

good location in walking distance to bus stop. nearby grocery stores easily accessible. rooms were modern and clean. kitchen was equipped. friendly staff and good communication. free parking on premises. good suggestions for vacation advice. included washing machine for laundry. fridge and freezer worked well. map of dubrovnik was given to us. Frano gave us good advice and helped us to find the place when we arrived by phone. We would come back here if we return to Dubrovnik.
there were lots of ants in the apartment. if any food or crumbs on counter or floors, they will come. we had ant spray and we used it. perhaps a full extermination is necessary. the windows had no screens, so bugs and mosquitoes would fly in. we had some bug bites, but not too many. kitchen was equipped, but wished there were a few other items (which other apartments often have), like cooking oil, sugar, potato peeler, smaller pot, another pan. The frying pan is stainless steel, so easy to clean and long-lasting, but it was not non-stick, so we had difficult time to fry eggs even with lots of oil. I don't know. Just saying you should know. The A/C is only in the living room, so it was not really reaching the main bedroom very well. But it was not too bad. Overall we would return because it's good value also.

The property is a gorgeous little compound. The apartment was spacious and clean and perfect for our family (2 adults 2 kids 13,11). Our host Frano was very friendly and helpful. Communication was super.

What an amazing host! Frano was so lovely and accommodating which made the stay that more enjoyable. I was able to chat with him prior to arrival which was helpful since our flight got delayed. He greeted us upon arrival at the apartment, set us up with water and juice in the refrigerator and gave us recommendations on restaurants/activities in the area. The actual apartment itself is what was pictured. Modern look with up to date appliances and AC that really works! Also, this place is closer to the beaches than Old Town which is what I wanted though it’s a quick Uber drive to get there. I’m glad we stayed here instead of Old Town because it was less touristy. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very pretty area. Lovely view. Very quiet. It felt very safe. Spacious inside the apartment and also a nice space outside the apartment to sit and relax. Large umbrella available if desired to shade from the sun. Hosts most helpful and nice people, I definitely recommend staying here. Great wi-fi connection.

We had wonderful stay in Katarina's apparemment. Katarina is super attentive host, giving us advice and making us feeling just like home.
The appartement is really really clean, spacious for three of us, having everything needed for our stay. We appreciate very much the location, very convenient going to the old town and at the same time so peaceful being away from the buzzing districts.
It's really great place to stay for our visit to Dubrovnik next time.

This is a perfect place to stay in Dubrovnic. Only a few minutes walk from the beautiful Sunset beach and the long promenade lined with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also 1 short bus ride to the old city and the Gruz port where we enjoyed our afternoon walk.
The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood with fantastic view from our balcony. They also have a pretty garden. We truly enjoyed our alfresco breakfast and dinner while watching the sunrise and sunset and the various ships that docked the port. It is very close to shops (there’s a meat boutique nearby and a small grocery store, which sells freshly baked pastries and bread every morning). There’s also a big supermarket in the main road but we only discovered it on our last day.
We have everything we need from the apartment (complete with basic kitchen utensils). There’s even a washing machine, so I was very happy as it’s my first time to bring home clean clothes from holiday. Our host Frano and his wife were fantastic and friendly. They made us feel really welcome. Frano even communicated to me before arrival, giving us tips on local transport and transfer from the airport.
Overall, it was a great experience for us. We felt safe and rested. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.
The mirrors are designed for tall people (and we are very short). It would be better if there’s extra pillows available.

Frano was the perfect host from welcome to farewell. Nothing was too much trouble and any matters that came to light were acted on immediately. Great local knowledge of the region and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Location was perfect for exploring the area.

Frano welcomed us and also suggested how to reach the conference centre, and where to eat in the surroundings. He also kindly held our luggage on our departure, and has been always available to help us. He also speaks Italian fluently!

This was the perfect apartment for our stay, and Frano is a great host. The apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and had all the facilities we needed. Frano had great tips on the local area, on buses and on trips we could take - we used a lot of his advice! The location is great too, Lapad has a decent supermarket and some good bars and restaurants, and it's much less hectic than the Old Town. There are some nice beaches nearby, and it's close to the port for getting the ferry to the islands for a day trip.
This area is quite a long walk to the Old Town. There is a reliable bus service that runs every 10 mins though.

Frano was a very nice host. During our stay, our baby was sick and Frano helps us to book the Doctor appoinment.
The apartment strategically situated within walking distance to the various restaurants.

Very clean in detail, spacious. Modern, minimalistic. Great location, you can see yachts and seat. It has a beautiful garden in front of. the owner was very communicative and disponible.

We stayed for 10 days with small kids.
The owner and his family are super friendly and always kind to us.
Equipment in the room is perfectly prepared and the interior is very state of art and clean.
The location is also perfect, and you can take a bus in the near stop and buy anything if you want.
(I recommend Tommy but PEMO is also nice)
We could relax so hope to come back here again.

The apartment is very nice and renovated with a large terrace. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very nice and gave some good advice for excursions. Very nice ambience. Pretty close to everything and walking distance.

Great place for a family holiday, has nice location near the port of Dubrovnik. The owners of the apartments were very nice and polite. The rooms were great , very clean and arranged, had AC too. Also the view with cruise ships from the apartments was really pretty. Overall a very good place, highly recommend!
The only note is that it would be great if there were some glasses for wine and not only cups :)

Apartment was newly renovated and so clean. The host was extremely friendly helpful with any problems and questions we had. He also included complimentary drinks upon our arrival. It was a really enjoyable experience.

Frano and his family were amazing hosts. We had a pleasant, relaxing and worry-free stay. There was ample parking for our car, it was easy to come and go at any time, and the unit was spacious and comfortable.
All the facilities were as advertised, and the water pressure and temperature were great. Frano even put a couple of complimentary bottles of juice and water in our fridge, so we had something to drink when we arrived the first night (it was late!).
We would greatly recommend Apartments Katarina to anyone looking to discover Dubrovnik, but wanting to avoid the crowded touristic city center as a home base. Lapad has its own little beaches and many restaurants and amenities nearby; and is a stone's throw from the center, so you can visit everywhere and rest in comfort and peace!

The apartment is located close to.. everything - the beach/ shops/ restaurants/ city center/ port - it was fantastic! Rooms are distributed perfectly, and the private parking is a huge value in Dobrovnik. The host is friendly and helpful.

I stayed 8 days in Croatia and by far this was the best accommodation I stayed in. Everything of impeccable cleanliness, the owner is an extraordinarily nice, empathetic gentleman. We were explained how to get to the best attractions, how to take the bus (small tips). I warmly recommend to anyone who wants to go to Dubrovnik.
Close to beaches, restaurants, supermarket and old town.

Clean and modern apartment, well equipped kitchen, very welcoming and responsive host which included stocking our fridge with juice and water, off street parking, large terrace overlooking the water, washing machine and large clothes line, we loved the location amongst the locals, near restaurants and an easy Uber into Old Town
