overall, it was an excellent experience for my family.

we used the restaurant for breakfast and it pretty much what we were expecting. the room was clean, and the location was very good as well.

the only observation I would make for is regarding to the bar. it was left without cleaning during the night before. ashtrays was left untouched.

Tolle Unterkunft in Madrid

The staff was very courteous and friendly at all times. Our room was very spacious and lacked nothing. The courtyard was very nice and perfect to have a drink in the middle of the day.

Location was very good - many restaurants and bars right there. Room was clean and comfortable.

No complaints - there is nothing we did not like.

Beautiful hotel with staff that went the extra mile. Woukd definitely recommend to friends mile.

Amazing staff. Excellent breakfast and bar in the evening. Facilities were outstanding. Expensive but worth it.

quaint hotel close to metro and walking distance to many restaurants and sights

it is super clean, amazing breakfast. we stayed twice there, given our first impression but the first time we had better room, better service.

we had originally booked one night with bookings but they could not find our reservation. we booked again with my sister’s last name. assuming we would have the same price as with bookings. they charged us double and the room was half the size! very dissapointing

Great hotel in a superb location

Location is smart: very close to center, yet quiet, but not ghost-quiet, plus a metro station is 100 meters from the hotel. English speaking, very welcoming staff. Inner terrace/bar/coffee is a nice bonus, even though in Madrid, it's rarely a necessity. These people know how to party :-)

Double-bed, which itself is fantastic, should have separate blankets instead of a shared single one. Sharing a blanket is very romantic, right, but after a loong evening of eating/drinking - to each their own :-)

Hotel is 5 stars, Staff is 2.5 stars.

Location was GREAT!! Breakfast buffet absolutely my favorite one EVER.

Staff could take a friendly pill. Why take the credit card upon arrival and then need it to physically charge the room in it. Staff was rude about it. Cleaning staff didn’t replace many items in the room.

Lovely hotel in a great central location.

Large room with an excellent bathroom.

Having to pay for Nespresso capsules as only complimentary on the first day. Nearly all decent hotels give free coffee and tea. Lavatory cistern broke so no water for flushing.

The room was a bit uncomfortable for 4 adults but probably more appropriate for 2 adults and 2 kids.

It was centrally located and comfortable.

At the second night that we spend in the hotel there was a problem with the electricity, nothing works in the room. We told them that it was imposible to stay in a room without light and electricity and the staff in reception said that it was not their fault. We ask for a refund of the money and they did it for that night, but the correct thing would’ve be to find us another hotel and a cab. We have to look ourselves for a place to stay and a cab. That’s not the treatment that you would’ve expected from a four star hotel.

Awesome experience, excellent location

The location of the hotel is just splendid - walking distance to the busy centre, but just far enough to be quiet The complimentary bottle of champagne for the New Year celebrations was a very nice touch ! :)

Bad

I was only there for 1 night. I had to fly out early for business. the hotel refused to credit me for the extra night, They were extremely rude. on top of that , I was given a room next to an alley way that trash, broken glass was being dumped , several times that night, I slept very little.
