Amazing place. One of the best we've visited.

- They gave us a room which exceeded the requirements we requested for (as we were travelling with our new born for the first time). - Plenty of breakfast options even for someone like me (with gluten & dairy intolerance). Amazing breakfast for ones with no intolerances. - Very helpful staff. - Plenty of restaurants inside and around. - Great pool to relax by. - So close to the beach. Very central location. - Fast WiFi - They let us borrow the kettle when requested at the reception. - Even the taxi driver they helped book for the return trip to the airport was immensely helpful. - Over all insanely great place! Will definitely book here for the next time!

- I really can't think of any. If I've to nitpick I'd say the WiFi password / restaurants available inside etc could've been a bit more clearer. Really. That's all I can think of.

Stylowy spokojny hotel blisko plaży

Piękny hotel w meksykańskim stylu, bardzo ciekawy wystrój. Często sprzątane pokoje, bardzo czysto. Dużo różnych restauracji ze wspaniałym jedzeniem - wspaniały omlet na śniadanie :) Bardo pomocna obsługa. Doskonały kompleks basenów. Położony w ścisłym centrum a cichy i spokojny. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

A pleasant hotel

Swimming pool, food in general, cleanliness, staff.

The barbecue dinner. It was poor compared to the other dinners we had in that hotel. Cocktail bar, margarita does not taste like margarita at all. Kids menu. It is not fair to charge full price for kids and then offer a very poor kids menu, like chicken nuggets and fries.

Struttura molto confortevole, arredata molto bene con materiali curati. Ottimo staff molto accogliente e professionale Molto apprezzato anche l'accesso diretto al mare e l'area piscina discreta, elegante e funzionale. Buona l'offerta di ristorazione. I was very surprised that in such a prestigious hotel, they could steal a large amount is money, get into a bag. And they didn’t even do anything and didn’t clarify even after the statement, the application, they didn’t clarify anything, said that they could not help, did not compensate in any way.

Just what was needed.

I love this hotel. I came away with my 88 year old mother. The staff are so helpful friendly and efficient. The breakfast is outstanding. I love the room. I’ve stayed here 3 times and intend on returning ..

Piece of heaven..

Not a complaint to be made, from entering the hotel until checking out the staff were approachable and helpful and the hotel is exceptional. Would highly recommend for the experience and the location.

More than I expected and I will return

We have passed this hotel lots and decided to stay in it this time and I am very happy to say it was a great hotel, absolutely beautiful setting, we were B & B the room was large and I loved that it had carpet which made it homely. The breakfast was brilliant lots of choice lots on seating inside and out, the man cooks you breakfast on his hot plate and it’s a work of art. Lots of sun loungers which were very comfortable, a beautiful pool with a shallow walk in bit and there is a waterfall which they put on, and you can being the pool and go behind it and be in the shade. Didn’t eat in the restaurant cause I had already booked meals elsewhere prior to arriving but I may leave some avaliabilty to try their restaurants when I go again. All the staff we really friendly and helpful

Shower started off a little temperamental would go cold and then very hot but that didn’t happen on the last couple of days so who knows. The TV mostly said no signal and I am not a party animal so like to come back and watch a bit of TV and it was only 1,2,3,4,5 channels thought they may have access to satellite channels. I also seemed to get kicked out of the Wi-Fi and had to frequently sign back into it and then verify my email address but again just a bit of a niggle rather than any really big important bad things

my stay was pleasant, staff helpful and the hotel had beautiful spots for taking nice photos.

location was good, linen was good , spacious, staff friendly.

would have been nice to have a hot water kettle in the room as we drink warm water , the staff could not provide us with it upon request.

It an amazing hotel, and we will stay there there again when we are in Tenerife

Friendliness of all staff- everyone was very helpful. Thank you to everyone for making us feeling so welcomed back. Breakfast is amazing, pool bar ir brilliant and beach restaurant is excellent 🥰 As always hotel was very clean including all communal areas.

Excellent hotel in a really good location. Thoroughly recommend.

Coffee at breakfast very poor -like dishwater and strange taste (too much chicory)? Several restaurants but only one open each night and menus/prices hard to ascertain, so we went out instead.

On arrival, not told where to go around hotel, for example breakfast. our friends had chocolates in their room, we didn’t. I asked at reception & was told they would be sent up - never received any. The keys for our door were faulty, we had to go back down to get more, new ones still didn’t work, then needed engineer.
