Pleasant

The junior Suite was quite spacious.

No shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, unpleasant smell, wooden wardrobe didn't look good, overcrowded hotel with little pool.

Super Hotel

This hotel was run like clockwork. Almost all of the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The service in the bar and restaurant were excellent and for a hotel bar the prices were cheap. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. The location was also excellent.

* One member of the reception team was not as "cheerful" as the others! Maybe because everyone else was so helpful & friendly, he stood out!! * Too many balls in the pool (constantly being hit/splashed didn't make it relaxing in the pool). **These are just observations not complaints - they are the only things I can think of that I didn't like!!!**

Very good

Location is perfect, the beach is near as well as all shops and restaurants. No noise from entertainers/restaurants was heard in the room. Junior Suite was very spacios, the furniture not very new, but also not worn out. Breakfast we had only one morning, the choice is very good, but we found it too expensive (I guess it costs 9.5 Eur/pp). We don't eat that much in the morning. The staff in the reception was friendly and helping. I also liked the interior of the hotel. They have interesting decorations throughout the hotel. Some may find them kitchy but for me hotel doesn't look boring and steril like others. The pool is OK. Spa and training facilities not used by us, therefore I can't rate.

It is not the hotel's problem, but every night there were guys, driving noisy motocycles or scooters back and forth on the street nearby.

Excellent stay!

Great location. Next to shops, restaurants and bars. A 2 minute walk from a beautiful beach! The staff were friendly. It was a lovely hotel and our room was a very good size. It exceeded our expectations, considering it’s only 3*. We will return in the future.

We couldn’t get WiFi when in our room.

Lovely indoor & outdoor spaces in a unique, quiet hotel.

The location is very convenient-- to beach, shops, restaurants... and serves lovely food & drinks onsite. We have stayed here twice, and would come again.

A quicker check-in --- both times there were delays in copying our passports and getting our rooms sorted -- when you arrive late, an extra 20 minutes at the desk is too much-- even with a glass of champagne. We just want to get settled in. We would gladly have left our passports at reception, got our keys and sorted the rest in the morning...

- great location - great view from the balcony - helpful staff, but a bit slow - room size and facilities - wifi that was actually working

- check in took forever - so many forms to bi filled in - check out took forever, only one person in reception in such a huge hotel at check out hour not a great idea - bed was comfy but everytime i moved it made laud noises - this should be looked into

close to beach, supermarkets, activities, restaurants staff is nice and friendly.

Bad, price performance ratio, hotel is cheap but i found meal a bit expensive.

Great location very close to the beach, shoos, restaurants etc. Friendly and helpful staff. hotel is spotlessly clean and great value for money. large room with lots of storage.

Pool area was a bit small.

A pristine small hotel with lots of light, artwork and character!

This quirky, bright and clean little hotel has a gorgeous pool area, lots of nice indoor and outdoor seating, a restaurant and bar and evening entertainment. We had a 'suite' for 2 moms and daughters and had plenty of room, plus a full table and chairs and double balcony. It was quiet and I will return again!

Checked in late due to delayed flight and front desk was unprepared-- thought they'd have paperwork and keys ready for those arriving after midnight.

Good stay, nice hotel. Our stay was ruined by people in the room next door.

Pool and the terrace was nice. Location was perfect Staff were nice

We was very unlucky to have two men in the room next door who were shouting and screaming on the balcony every night from 3:30-6:30am. One night they had a party in there room. They threw rubbish onto our balcony. Disappointed that hotel security and staff did not handle the situation and put a stop to it.

OOur room was on first floor no privacy on balcony, sheets dirty also had my razor,taken from room,reported to reception but nothing was done they could have replaced it very poor attitude and green alge round inside pool area we have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions,but it will definitely be last the standard has dropped dramatically

Poor cleanness. As I checked in, there were hairs from previous guests. Besides that, the cleaning ladies didn't clean my room every day although I had the shield on my door. They only changed the towels in the bathroom and thrash cans, but didn't make my bed, didn't clean my room and balcony anytime they were there.

It was so peaceful great place to relax lunch was lovely .room spacious comfortable beds. Staff friendly and pleasant.

Great price-quality ratio, top choice in Cala Millor

The employees at the hotels are all so lovely and super helpful. All the ladies at the reception and people working at the restaurant provided us with great experience and hospitality:D The location is great, walking distance to center and the beach.

The facilities seem a bit old, but it doesn’t really matter that much if you are not looking for luxury hotels to live in.

A lovely cosy hotel

We loved Hotel Morito, such a lovely hotel. The staff were great, always very helpful. The breakfast was very nice, lots of variation. Loved the room, great balcony. The hotel is close to everything. And the pool and the terras is really great! You could always get a sun bed.

Our refrigerator was not cold and the walls are quite thin. But these things won't keep me from staying at this hotel again.

Good

Near the beach and stores. Good breakfast. Visit them during covid times and they were always cleaning and forcing people to use mask inside. Really good behavior that i dont always see in all hotels. Staff really nice

Superb

Very nice room and breakfast. Cheap drinks in the hotel with a view on the pool. A few minutes from the beach. Very nice holiday there.

Great pool and restaurant!

The staff in the restaurant (Jaun in particular!) were awesome - so happy and helpful! Great banter and so welcoming!

The staff at reception were hit and miss. Our initial welcome was great considering we arrived late but the remainder of the reception staff were quite unfriendly. We asked for a glass of water one morning post a very hot run and they refused to give us one which seemed a little unkind and not necessary.
