Extraordinary apartment as part of a beautiful finca. Well equiped for people loving self catering and enjoying a calm and peaceful sourrounding. Luis was a very good host with a warm welcome making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Wspaniale miejsce

Wspaniała lokalizacja, dokoła natura, cisza, spokój. Piękny stary budynek z klimatem, wokół pasa się owce, słychać śpiew ptaków, szum drzew a w nocy doskonale widać gwiazdy. W apartamencie są wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia. Bardzo miły właściciel. Przyjechaliśmy późnym wieczorem i poratował nas kolacja za co bardzo dziękujemy. Niedaleko piękne plaże i miłe, klimatyczne miasteczko Arta gdzie można zrobić zakupy czy pójść coś zjeść. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Beautifil place in the countryside

The house is wonderful situated in the countryside 5 minutes driving from Artà. Ideal for people who wants to relax as it is very quiete and peaceful. Luis is friendly and helpful, great host. Apartment clean and quiet big. Bottle of wine received as a welcome gift.

The description on booking was a bit misleading as stated the apartment was with fully equipped kitchen and private terrace. Ours was a studio apartment, really nice and spacious but kitchen not designed for cooking and it didn't have any balcony or private terrace.

Wonderful experience, highly recommended

The place is absolutely beautiful. You have a chance to disconnect from the city life and enjoy the mountains. Still it's just a few kms from the city. The night sky away from the city light polution was stunning. I can't remember when was the last time I experienced such clear starful nights. The swimming pool was great.

Superb

Very quiet place perfect for relaxation. We love the swimming pool and how helpful and friendly Luis was. Beautiful house with a great history. The view of the valley was spectacular. This property is perfect for children as there are lots of space outside to explore plus farm animals.

The entrance to the place is very rustic (unpaved road) and we had to open and close two fences every time we left the property. Not too much of a bother but slightly annoying.

Perfect family holiday

Beautiful quiet rural location. We very much enjoyed the use of the shared pool which we had to ourselves on most occasions. Close to Arta and surrounding beaches.

Could have been cleaner and a bit better equipped.

Again, again one day

But the rest was overwhelming. Each Apartment has its own outdoor space (which on our case was the whole front terrace including a small olive grove). There are barbeques you can use, a very nice and clean pool (which again has enough space and deck chairs for each Apartment). For children the animals round the house are amazing and the host Luis was super courteous and friendly. We loved our stay! Thank you

We had the room next to the reception which was a bit dark inside and due to the low ceiling it felt a bit cramped

An Amazing oasis in Mallorca

Just a perfect place to relax. Beautiful view from the terrace. We had a very pleasant stay.

The equipment in the kitchen was rather simple. some items were broken. In total for us it was OK, but with just a little more attention to the kitchen equipment, it would be a dream stay.

Peaceful bliss

Very relaxing and tranquil setting. The perfect place to escape from it all while still being close to amenities and beaches. Stunning views from our terrace (superior apartment) accompanied by the lovely sounds of sheep bells and donkeys. Lovely pool.

Beds were a bit hard.
