Very nice room and balcony with a sea view. Angela (served us at breakfast) was absolutely lovely and very helpful. We would stay here again.

Lovely villa in good location.

Villa was beautiful, room perfect with lovely view. Breakfast had plenty of choice and Angela was so helpful with her English. 15 mins walk from Sandy Borik beach with bar. Everything was perfect , many good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Nothing at all, no faults whatsoever.

Superb

The view on the balcony was very beautiful. The beach was really close to the house. There were so beautiful lemon or orange trees and kiwi arbor above the cars.

Soundproofing wasn't perfect. So we have to be quieter then usual. But we was tired so it wasn't a big things for us

We liked Petra 😃

Cosy little place. The balcony with seaview was without seaview but is was accepted. Petra at breakfast was wonderful. She made us smile.

Shared balcony and no real view to the sea despite described at booking.com. That was about it

The best place to stay in Zadar ❤️

The best breakfast and room service, wonderful owners, the highest standard that even some hotels do not have, but villa Valentina definitely does. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful garden, unforgettable view of the sea from the rooms. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in every aspect ❤️❤️

An OK stay for a night or two

We were a family of 4, stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Overall it's just an OK place to stay, it's pretty outdated in design and in the general level of service, an old-school B&B... the apartment was roomy enough for us, with a dining room and a well equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook. There's private parking behind a gate, which is very convenient, it's a narrow street and a tight fit but it's OK.

Breakfast could've been better No toiletries whatsoever in the bathroom Nothing at all in the kitchen for basic cooking/food prep like oil or salt or whatever, no tea/coffee.

Most inhospitable owner ever!!!

Exceptionally rude owner who should not be in the hospitality industry! Booked a room with a balcony / terrace and because I checked-in at 21:30 rather than 21:00 I was told that the room I booked was given to somebody else and got another room with 1/3 of the balcony to the one I booked. When confronted the owner about it he said in the most inhospitable manner I can not take it if I don't like it. Easy if you haven't been for 7 hours on the road. Could be though that it is due to the very poor checks from Booking on its partners when it comes to what they advertise and what people actually get. Add photos of the room you rent - not just the best one you have!! And then charge for it!! Extremely disappointing

Well equipped facility with good, tasty breakfast and very friendly staff, Perfect bed and comfortable chairs, small kitchen with all necessary dishes, refrigerator with drinks, and stable, fast WIFI. Private secure parking in the property with remote control of the gate.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with stunning views.

Room had a large terrace with amazing views of the sea and sunset. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was also nice.

My pillow was uncomfortable. More toiletries needed in the bathroom.

Very kind and helpful hosts

This was a lovely place to stay with very warm hosts. The room was large and had a balcony and we were on the 3rd floor, so had great views of the sea and city. The rooms were spotless. The bathroom was good with a lovely hot shower. A small kitchenette which had everything, but we didn't need it. A desk, TV, very good quiet aircon and very, very quiet. The bed was big and very comfortable with lovely pillows. We had a car park in the secure parking on the property. There are great restaurants, supermarket and bakery a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was fabulous and a great variety of very fresh food, fruit and cakes.

Location is good, especially if you have a car - 10-15 min til the old town, depending where you're trying to park. If you like walking and seeing the city, ~1h walking also doable. Breakfast was nice, staff very attentive and pleasant, parking space provided on site.

The room had view directly towards the sea, we also had private parking, which was nice and the location was 15 20 min from the beach

The breakfast was horrible and the same every Day. Rooms were ok but kind of stuck in the year 2000. All in all ok experience but would not go back

Friendly, unpretentious place.

The breakfast was incredible, friendly staff, good views and good location.

The bed was in a very weird position, blocking the way to the closet and with a bed side table and its corresponding night lamp only on one side of the bed, instead of on boath sides. One of the glasses from the kitchen cabinet was dirty and the cutlery was all plastic. When we left the sign on the door indicating that we wanted the room to be cleaned, only the bed was made, but the kitchen was left intact and the fridge was not re-plenished.

If you're going to Zadar, Villa Valentina is defenitely the place to stay!

Amazing place, very helpful owner (patiently waiting until midnight for us), great service (huge credit for the blonde lady for serving during breakfast!), and amazing view from the balcony :) next year we're back to Valentina!

Actually nothing have disturbed us during stay.

Good choice for couples that have a car

The room I got was small and poor, finally upgraded to much better one that respected my need to relax and work, beautiful view (amazing sunsets), nice beach 10 mins walk from property.

no elevator, lots of stairs, poor breakfast, no environment to relax or hang out. you need 20mins taxi to get to old town

Exceptional

Personel vas very nice and helpfull and apartment was really big and comfortable. There's terrace and you can drink coffe on the terrace, with singing birds! Breakfast was very good and Valentina was really nice and smile! Thank you Valentina and greetings from my parents from Poland :)
