夜间一点到的，服务员醉酒熏天，本子上写着是105房间，然后上去看了房间，估计有人睡里面，就把我换到204.房间里面有股发霉的味道！第二天枕头忘记拿走，打电话说没了，很不满意

A great spot @ Zadar

A great hotel @ Zadar. Owners and staff are very courteous and beautiful. Superb comfy rooms. Free parking. The vibe and deco is "old school" luxury hotel. But everything is maintained well. Amazing restaurant. Value for money

Old world feel

We loved the old world elegance of this family owned hotel. The bed was perfect. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Tolle Zimmer, tolle Lage direkt am Meer, wunderschönes, stilvolles Restaurant, super freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück (auch für mich als Vegetarier), einfach alles super. Es war nicht mein erster und sicher auch nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt.

EXCELLENT PLACE THE HOTEL NIKO !

Breakfast perfect, dinner was excellent, staff very KIND and POLITE, Fantastic! Enjoyable, fantastic view to OLD TOWN, CHURCHES! OFFERED TO EVERYBODY!! WAS A perfect choice! I wish the staff many many nice guests!

A retirement celebration to the fullest of expectations.

What a wonderful stay we had. How can I not give this stay a full bullseye, 10 points! :) To start the day with a delicious breakfast with terrific coffee served by charming service personnel was a treat in itself. Our 7 day stay in a spacious very clean room with a balcony terrace and most important a very comfortable bed (I have chronic back problems) was just what we wanted. The walk to the pebbled beach was literally just across the road leading to long walks along the sea to the Yacht Marine or a walk into nature feeling a fresh sea breeze calling in for a coffee or a cold beer at the local stops was another treat in itself. The Owners, family and staff made us feel at home and extremely helpful to enquiries we had, providing us with a complete stay. Our last days trip to Preko taking the 20 minute ferry trip was a real treat to end off the week. On a seperate note I have to provide the information that a small electric cooker is provided in your room for a tea or coffe when you feel like on. On the other hand the coffee in the resteraunt was exceptional and room service provided.

Absolutely nothing about the hotel and staff. If anything, then it would be the taxis we had to take to the city or shopping centres or ferry station. Beware of Taxi SHARKS! However, the Hotel provided us with an excellent honest provider. 10 mins to Zadar is meant per car, 45 mins walk, at least.

It is more like a boutique hotel with a full staff - the beds and pillows were comfy- breakfast was very good and the service and dinner we had was excellent

No complaints— had a wonderful sea view and quiet stay . It’s a hike to downtown but that’s part of the charm— detached old world feelinf

Staff were all kind, helpful and spoke English. Hotel is directly across from the sea. Buffet breakfast had a good selection with cook to order pancakes and eggs. Room, bathroom were spacious and bed was comfortable. Air conditioner! Reservations are encouraged for the restaurant during dinner, but I was able to be seated without.

Smoking allowed at the Bar/lounge area.

Everything was fine. In addition to the smell of cigarettes, it is terrible. Something needs to be done about it. Also a small assortment of breakfasts, the choice is very small.

A gem!

The place is run by a family and they are amazing. Extremely friendly, going out of their way to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. Although the restaurant was closed the father cooked two amazing meals for us. It was a great stay. Highly recommend!!

It was just perfect. Hospitality level at it's peak. Delicious breakfast, nice restaurant. You can see that the property is not brand new but owners take good care of it. Attention to details in everything. Parking was super convinient: right next to the entrance and public parking across the road.One of my best stays in Croatia.

I had to leave🤣 But to be fair i would say that shower needs a slight renovation. Hanger was broken. Apart of it everything was perfect

Had a lovely large room here, restaurant had beautiful views in the morning. Close to everything!

Great location across from the bay. Lovely large room. Yummy breakfast in the downstairs restaurant, with gorgeous picture windows. Staff was great as well. Close to heart of town, but slightly separate so less traffic and had parking!
