Séjour agréable, hôtel que nous recommandons vivement.

Emplacement de l' hôtel parfait par rapport à la grande place et ses multiples magasins, nous pouvions tout faire à pied.

Dommage qu' il n' y avait pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, de plus la disposition du lavabo dans la chambre n' est pas très confort. De plus le petit déjeuner nous a parut cher par rapport aux produits proposés ( moi qui suis une grande buveuse de café j' ai trouvé regrettable que cela soit du café poudre)

In pieno centro

Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione, in pieno centro. C'è poi un parcheggio sotterraneo a due passi, quindi anche raggiungerlo in macchina è molto comodo.

Nulla di particolare, cercavo un posto in centro e senza grosse pretese e questo ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Städtetrip.

Kleines, feines Hotel an super Lage. Überschaubares, aber gutes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nettes, hilfbereites Personal. Fussläufig sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Shoppingstrassen innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar

Für 1-2 Nächte super :)

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern ausgestattet und es gibt keinen Teppichboden!!!, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist super!

Das Silikon im Bad könnte Mal ausgetauscht werden, der Zugang zum WC durch die Dusche ist nicht ganz optimal aber auch nicht dramatisch, leider kann man nicht direkt am Hotel parken

Hotel für Köln-Entdecker

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, obwohl direkt am Heumarkt. Modern eingerichtet und es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig.

Vom Heumarkt führt ein kleines Fußgänger-Gässchen direkt zum Hotel.Mit dem Handy findet man das Hotel natürlich, jedoch ein kleines Schild: "Zum Cityclass Hotel" wäre noch praktischer!

Excellent location, friendly & helpful staff. Perfect!

Clean, neat and tidy rooms. The hotel is in an excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from the central train station. Restaurants and bars along the Rhine River are two minutes in one direction and restaurants and bars in Alter Markt & Heumarkt are two minutes in the other direction. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide choice of foods, including meats, cheese, smoked salmon, pastries and fruit

Only one single room per floor, so if travelling with a companion in a different room, you'll be on a different floor. But this is not a problem

Lovely family break away

There is too many good points to remember them all, but I've highlighted a few. We will definitely be back. ▪︎ room size is very good ▪︎ very clean ▪︎ great breakfast ▪︎ friendly staff ▪︎ excellent location

Only one thing and it was in room 113 was that the Aircon wasn't working to a great standard, we did mention it to the staff and they came to the room and put it on for us however we had two rooms booked for our stay and the other rooms Aircon was much better.

Family holiday

We have stayed in Köln a few times now and have fallen in love with the city itself however we never found a hotel that ticked all the boxes until we found this one!! We had room 407 which is on the top floor easily located by lift or stairs as a family for four we managed both. It is one of the biggest rooms we have ever stayed in with alot of room and privacy for everyone. Our children are 10 and 15 and everyone had their own chill out area/bed zone. The aircon was excellent and kept us cool. The beds where comfortable, the pillows are soft but that didn't bother us as we like soft pillows. The housekeeping staff kept our room fresh everyday and where very friendly when passed in the hallway. The reception team also where very welcoming and friendly. We kept a room on a while longer the day of check out and they worked with the housekeeping staff to ensure we had enough supplies for us all to shower (we kept on one room but we were a group of 6) Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice and the boiled eggs are some of the nicest we have ever tasted. Location is absolutely brilliant right in the middle of everything but far enough away from the noise of the city. We will definitely be booking here again when we go back.

The property is a really good bang for your buck. Excellent location, great showers, and delicious breakfast. Certainly the best option at it’s given price point!

Amazing staff and great location That's my 4th stay in this hotel..

This time. I was disappointed with the room. And the rate was so high for such tiny room. They usually give me bigger rooms at fair rates

Great choice for a weekend away in simple but good-quality accommodation

Great location, larger room than I expected, comfortable and modern, big shower stall, well-lit room, delicious breakfast with a good variety of fresh food and beverages to choose from, friendly staff that speaks English really well. Parking price was extremely reasonable in comparison to other hotels in the area!

Nothing on the breakfast buffet was labeled as to what it was. Some items were obvious, but others were not, at least not to me. There were, for example, two bowls containing something white that did not seem to be the same thing but I didn't know what the difference was between them. It took me several minutes to figure out where to get hot water for tea. There were a series of thermal flasks on the bar but no indication of what was in them.

lovely place

very clean and modern, lovely staff. good value for money

wish there had been mini shampoo and conditioner bottles, and would have been nice to have a little kettle and mugs with a selection of tea bags/coffee. thats the only improvement though!
