Disappointed for the money spent - Not recommended

- Centrally Located - Room was spacious - Clean room - Easy check in/out

We got the room with river view: - No elevator (hotel is on the 3rd floor) - Black Outs in the windows do not cover the whole window so light could come in since the early morning - Red light above the room’s entrance for emergency exit doesn’t allow you to sleep well (if you are this kind of person that wants total dark in order to sleep). - No soundproofing as you could hear the person in the next room walking and talking - No soundproofing as you could hear the reception speaking since the distance between the room & the reception was really close by. - Water in the shower didn’t go down the drain easily so when you were opening the shower’s door the water was going out in the floor - No ventilator in the bathroom so you had to open the window

Tutto perfetto Qualità prezzo era perfetta Prenotata solo per una notte giusto per dormire, appartamento molto caldo , abbastanza vicino alla stazione dei treni e di autobus ! Check in tramite codice , tutto perfetto , le indicazioni che mi ha lasciato la proprietaria per raggiungere la struttura erano perfette Consiglio questa struttura

Deludente

La posizione è ottima , anche lo staff è stato gentile.

Le istruzioni per entrare nella struttura erano semplice , però non usando siamo arrivati abbiamo suonato il citofono come consigliato ma la porta non si apriva, fino quando non è arrivata una ragazza che ci ha lasciato entrare insieme. Però questo è stato il di meno, perché non abbiamo dormito per niente bene, il materasso era orribile, storto, ho dormito veramente male.

Ottima soluzione per brevi puntee a te a Lubiana. Ci ritornerò

Posizione super centrale. Ottimo per brevi periodi così da non perdere tempo per visitare il centro a piedi. Presenti Piatti, bicchieri, bollitore, microonde così da poter preparare un buon tè caldo. il minimo ma super comodo avere tutto questo a disposizione. Vivamente consigliato

Superb

In general, it's ok. Clean, great location, worth the money. Nice place to stay for the night or two.

We stayed 2 times at this Hotel and I would say that the rooms are very different. The first stay was in room #10 and the floor there is very squeaky, same for other rooms on the floor, you can hear this sound from neighbors. Room #12 was better.

great location, very spacious, the staff on the desk was very helpful with helping us out with our laundry.

bathroom light wasn’t working, although a temporary solution was arranged.

Location is great, in the center just at the riverside. Not new, and there is no elevator. The apartment was alright, the bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful.

Cleanliness should be improved. The central heating was off already (mid-May, but cold and rainy days).

right in the city center,girl on reception was very kind and friendly.no complications during chek-in chek-out.nice for a short stay to explore the city.

This small hotel is located on the top floor of a residential building at the southern edge of Ljubljana's river walk. Unless you have some reason to be elsewhere in the city, I can't think of a better area to stay. The property has been renovated with minimalist modern aesthetic that highlighted the architecture of the building. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Very helpful that the property provided nice, large umbrellas to borrow. I would happily recommend Galeria River for a stay in Ljubljana!

Sound carries a little bit through the historic building, but unless you are an extraordinarily light sleeper it should not be a problem. I was not bothered at all.

The staff was amazingly polite and kind. I had a small dog with me and they were also really friendly to her.

Rooms are located in an old, renovated building. In the oldish environment there is a touch of very modern equipment. I absolutely loved the old city vibe!!

Our stay was much better than we expect to be. 100% recommended when in Ljublana.

We liked our stay very much, everything was great. Communication with hotel was great before and during our stay, all stuff was very kind and willing to help. Very nice and clean room, bathroom was also fantastic. We enjoyed very much view to the river and that we were really in the centre of the city, so it was very close by walk anywhere. We can absolutely recommend!

Beautiful views, really good location.

Location is perfect in terms of proximity to the old town / city centre - 8minutes to the three bridges. The view over the river and the castle in the backdrop was really special. (In addition, not a negative or positive specifically, I did not mind this - just something to take note of - there is no lift, only stairs).

Towels were old and frayed, the shampoo and soap supplied were only semi-filled - this made it seem not entirely well prepared and cared for, though it was clean and a comfortable stay.

Perfect stay in the centre

The location is perfect. All the sights are nearby and reachable on foot. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff is very polite and when we called regarding our late check-in, they said it wasn't a problem at all. Would recommend 10/10.

The room was in an excellent location near the historical part of the city. The room was clean with a confortable bathroom. The staff was really polite and friendly.

The building does not have an elevator because it is a historical building.
