Pleasant stay but keep an eye on the tab.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was cozy.

I ended up paying a lot more than I expected. Even though there was a clear disclaimer that extra charges would apply for additional people in the room for three, at more than 320 euros for two nights and a good breakfast but not those you get at luxury hotels, it feels overpriced, and not by a little. For the same rate, I could have easily stayed in a central location in Ljubljana in a more upscale hotel.

There are many things to love. It was an easy 15 minute walk into the center of the city. There was a huge and beautiful park not 10 minutes walking. Masha, The owner was beyond friendly. She was very fluid in English and so it made her very helpful about getting around town, making recommendations to other places to visit, and made the family-owned business success for 10 years and thankfully made it through Covid.. She truly enjoys her work and takes pride in how things are run., the wait staff (of one) was not only efficient, but accommodating. This is run more like an Airbnb than a hotel. There is no daily room and clean up which is fine with us..

Our hostess was the frendliest and most helpful! Thank you for making our stay special! Location was perfect.

Very kind staff.

The staff was extremely kind. Breakfast was nice.

The location was jot in the center but close to a large park you could walk through to reache the center. The only issue was the big road in front of the rooms. The windows were thick enough to stop the noise though.

Wonderful experience, beyond expectations! Masa and Janez were so kind, welcoming and friendly. Masa went above and beyond to provide us with vegan treats for breakfast - really touched by that. But even without the extras, breakfast was really lovely with great coffee! Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great bed!! Nice location near the beautiful park and short walking distance from town centre. Great value and lovely people, highly recommended!

Ljubljana comfort experience

Big room with all comfort. Close to the town centre, the Tivoli beautiful park and to the main roads to come to and go from Ljubljana. A pub under the rooms is a perfect solution for those who want an easy way to find and eat local food.

This B & B was the icing on the cake and really added to our overall experience

The breakfast was wonderful! There was a big variety of breakfast staples-yogurt, fruit, cheese, meat, breads/pastries. On top of all that, our wonderful hostess made scrambled eggs and pancakes!!! Very friendly, helpful staff! We enjoyed using the private, outdoor terrace, in the evenings.

The only negative, and it wasn’t even a negative, for us, but some people may not like having a 20 minute walk to the city center. We enjoyed the walk and nearby park!

Lovely room, big smart TV to watch shows in bed and a great bathroom (I was in 2) Friendly staff look after you - I felt like a kid again being cared for by my mum! Very communicative I was happy they made an effort to accommodate my gluten intolerance at breakfast! Great location, easy 20min walk to town or add 5-10mins and walk via Tivoli park. More or less the cheapest place possible so I wasn't expecting anything close to luxury but was very good, probably better than many of the hotels that were double the price

There were a couple small things like hairs and small berries(?) around. Not a huge issue, just being pedantic. Also could use an update to their guest guide (some of it didn't make much sense in English, but I got the idea)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a great selection of breakfast items, with coffee and eggs made to order. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is only a short walk to the city and very near to the park. The adjoining restaurant was very convenient on my first night as I arrived relatively late and didn't want the hassle of finding somewhere nearby to get dinner. The risotto was delicious!

Rooms are clean and big enough even if you take a dog. In the room you have everything you need: towels, hair dryer, tea and cappuccino, mini fridge and mini safe. Bring your iron. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Staff are friendly. The distance to the center is walkable. The parking is next to the hotel. Breakfast was okay: toast, bread, salami, cheese, milk, muesli. Ask on the bar about tea, coffee and eggs.

During breakfast, ask on the bar about tea, coffee and eggs as there is no information about it. Instead of scrambled eggs we got 3 boiled eggs for 3 people as the lady serving breakfast did not speak English. :) Close your window at night as it's noisy because of the road.

Simple, afforable place with lovely staff.

Very friendly and flexible staff. Clean rooms. Excellent wifi. decent restaurant below. Convenient location.

For me great, but only stairs to rooms - not good if you have mobility issues.

Very cozy but noisy.

Pet friendly. Free parking. Cozy interior. Comfortable bed. Clean. Good breakfast. Nice decoration.

İsolation was very poor. Located next to a main road. Very hard to sleep all night due to car noise. Shower cabin design was poor which let water leakage.

Very nice host and good conditions

The location is great, walking minutes from the City centre and also not in a crowded area. Confortable also to have the restaurant downstairs, with a very good cooker, a variety of dishes and good prices. Free parking for guests is also advantageous.

Exceptional

It turned out that we needed an extra bed, hosts got right on it and just made it happen. I could not thank them enough. The breakfast was fine, plenty of delicacies to choose from. Having a diner at the same place is a plus, no worries about food at all. Great place, clean and equipped, perfect for short stays. It just got on our top list for future visits to Ljubljana!

Really welcomes dogs & otherwise wonderful

First place where my dog got welcome package - bed, toy, bowl, snacks even. And all this for a very moderate fee. Bravo! All is good in this place - stylish modern room, parking, good breakfast, location close to center, next to Tivoli park. Best of all - nice people, Carmen and her daughter were very pleasant and helpful.

Noisy street, so take earplugs.

Good location (not too far from the city center on foot either). Despite being on a busy road it's calm and quiet. The staff is very friendly. Parking is free.
