Proximity to the big park and restaurants
No curtains. Blinds were too short for the window so not possible to have dark room during the night with the street lights right at the window.
Can get very noisy up to late night during weekends due to terrasse restaurant right under the hotel and in front. Not recommended for travelers with kids .

The location is great
The property looks clean but our room was so full of bedbugs or fleas so we had to leave at like 1am to sit at a bar because the room was so full of bugs even the bathroom had a lot of bed bugs.

Interesting view into a busy junction with glimpses of a cathederal. Room small but adequate.
No facilities for cyclists. No storage for cyclists. CYCLISTS DO NOT STAY HERE.
Rather noisy outside (not much the owner can do about that)
Had a "shady" feel to it
Food was surprisingly tasty

The location
Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.
1st night we got itchy and FOUND BED BUGS and there was no staff to help us (we have video to prove it).
A few minutes later the fire alarm rang on the entire building for an entire hour. It was me who called the police and fire department. There was no one in the reception. Only gests at the hotel.
When the staff arrived (around 1.am) i’ve told them about the bugs and gave a new room. Not a single apology!
The last issue was on our 3rd night, when we got to the hotel our keycard wasn’t working. And again, not a single member of the staff was in the building.
Called the number written in a piece of paper at the door and waited for 30 minutes for them the get there. AGAIN not a single apology was made. Even said ironicaly “you’re welcome”, like they were doing us a favour.
This is not acceptable. What excuse it there for not a refund about a caotic hotel like this? How is this even possible???
DON’T GO THERE!

Nice view from window, location near nice park.
The room was absolutely infested with bedbugs! Thousands of them emerging to party after dark! I contacted Booking.com who messaged the hotel but no reply. Some time late at night the fire alarms went off and it turned out no one is on site after 10pm! There was a phone number on the door which was out of service. This is dangerous! There was also a large hole in the bedroom wall. (We have pics).

nothing.
I didn't like anything. When I left, I waited for the receptionist for half an hour. Three people did not come even though they saw me. They weren't there when I checked out. The heater in my room was not working. I could not switch to another room because the hotel was full. There wasn't even soap for the bathroom. It was the worst hotel I have stayed in. I definitely do not recommend. A noisy street is also a pub, so the hotel is also noisy underneath. the neighborhood is haunted. I did not like at all.

The room was clean. The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel bis by the park, Lidl grocery store is not far from it. Good location.
Noisy street if you prefer to sleep with windows opened.

The location is nice and quiet, away from the busy city center and the Basilique Nationale du Sacré-Cœur is right next to the hotel. There are good public transport connections by bus, tram and metro. My room was big, clean and had a great view. The price was quite low, so it is a good value for money if you don't mind the slightly outdated style of the hotel.
I had a "pay at the property" reservation, but they charged my credit card directly. They mention a 10€ breakfast option, but in reality you can only get a croissant and coffee in the pub next door once it opens, there is no real breakfast at the hotel. The rooms have old furniture and the whole place could use a bit of renovating. If you want to use the metro, it's a good 10 minute walk. Nevertheless, if you visit Brussels often, it can be an interesting option to experience something a little different for a change, compared to the hotels downtown.
