Très agréable, confortable et pratique

L'hôtel est à maximum 100m du centre des visiteurs et dispose d'un parking. Il est très proche de la "rue des touristes" où l'on trouve de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. Il propose un très bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner (très varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts) et le dîner (nous n'avons pas testé le déjeuner). Le personnel est charmant et les chambres impeccables et confortables (avec plein d'échantillons de produits de la mer morte). Il y a aussi un toit-terrasse avec une très belle vue et une piscine pour la saison chaude.

Excellent location to visit Petra with a nice rooftop pool and restaurant

Very close to the Petra entrance, excellent view of the city from the roof top restaurant and pool. The buffet breakfast has lot of choices, both continental and local dishes and the quality was good. The room was confortbale and clean.

페트라 방문자 센터랑 가깝고, 제트 버스 하차 지점, 탑승 지점도 코앞이에요. 시설도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하고 조식도 맛있어요.

난방이 되긴 되는데 조금 추웠어요.

Séjour en couple

Super hôtel, personnel accueillant et au petit soin. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit y est confortable. Une panoplie de produits de toilette est à disposition dans la salle de bain ainsi qu’un mini bar rempli de boissons/chips et cela est gratuit. L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour se rendre à Pétra, si vous garé votre voiture sur le parking de l’hôtel vous n’avez même pas besoin de bouger votre voiture (en période de haute saison le petit parking de Pétra doit être rempli). Le petit déjeuner était un grand buffet avec un large choix! viennoiseries, pains et même des falafels faits devant vous si vous le souhaitais.

We had an excellent experience!!

Beautiful view from the room. Friendly staff. Front desk receptionist, Raje was exceptional. He tried very hard to accommodate our needs. Other staff was very good as well. Told us to leave our luggage in the hotel until we are done with our tour of Petra.

We thought breakfast was included but it was not a case. Price was higher than expected.

Good location and pleasant staff

Location was really convenient and staff is nice and helpful but it's a hotel catering large groups especially during high season so restaurant as many in Petra only offer buffet type and breakfast can be very busy. It's also important to say that it's a dry hotel and no alcohol is served. There's a really nice roof terrace which was not really in full operation during our visit and that's a shame.

Excellent for 1 or 2 nights in Petra! Best location, clean and comfy

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The food like lunch and dinner buffet was great! The staff was so friendly and helped my son tie his head scarf across the street outside the hotel without me asking. Also, it was extremely close to Petra visitor gate entrance and less than half the price of mövenpick next door. So it's the 2nd nearest hotel to gate, highly recommend

A solid choice for a visit to Petra, although the experience was a bit erratic.

Lovely, modern building and room, great staff and gracious service, excellent location for visiting Petra. The family room is essentially a two-room suite and the perfect size for a family of 4-5 people.

A few odds and ends made this an erratic experience, given the $345/night rate: The beds were comfortable but the pillows were substandard. The television had just one English-language station and no streaming services. The hot/cold knob on the bathroom sink was installed backwards, leading us to initially think we had no hot water. There was no soap holder for the bathroom sink. And while staff graciously delivered nice, thick terrycloth bathrobes to us upon our arrival, the robes all turned out to be child-sized.

Ah everything was so lovely and perfect. Raja and Huzaifa did such a great job of ensuring our stay was extra comfortable. The beds were so comfortable too! I was fasting and they provided a complimentary suhoor (breakfast) for me with 4 trays of different food and vegetables which was just the best thing to see in the early morning. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the visitor centre and the tea provided upon arrival is delicious too. Great job to everyone who works there and I will definitely return.

Amazing stay, super clean hotel (worth 5 stars) and delicious food. Raja was a star and made our stay perfect!

We had an amazing stay at Petra Moon Hôtel. i cannot thank enough Mr. Raja who gave us the best service ever. I have travelled to many places and my stay was definitely the best I have had in my life thanks to Mr. Raja. We were stuck in the snow on the way to Petra and Mr. Raja helped us get there by sending a driver in no time. He was very professional, reassuring and kind. Mr. Raja went the extra mile in every step and he even kindly waited for us and ordered dinner as we would arrive very late. Mr. Raja made our stay perfect and everything was absolutely amazing, including his recommendation for the buffet dinner at the hotel which was delicious. I strongly recommend Petra Moon Hôtel and thank Raja for making our trip to Petra happen and for his warm welcome.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Petra

The location is perfect, two minutes walking to the Petra’s Visitor Center. The staff is very friendly and helpful; they offered us a welcome drink and answered all our questions and requests. Rooms are spacious and clean and the minibar is free!! Definitely the perfect place to stay when you visit Petra.

Best hotel in Jordan 💞

We were amazed by the staff service, help and genuine hospitality. The food for both breakfast and dinner was so so tasty and delicious and for a reasonable price. Not to mention the delicious cheese cake that was the Best I ever had. The room was spotlessly clean, lovely touch was a dead sea cosmetic package 💞🎁 Bed was super sturdy and mattress was of best quality. We never had to wait for our room to be cleaned. Itcwas always done during the time we were at the breakfast. The location of the hotel is just across the strret from Petra complex entrance. We wish we could stay longer because we enjoyed our time at the hotel so much❤️😍

Everything was perfect. I loved freshly made falafel for breakfast and super tasty black olives 👌😍 I hope this hotel develops into an international brand with hotels all over the world 💞🙏

Great value and perfect location!

Perfect setup for our family of five with an extra large room to accommodate us all together. We couldn't have asked for a better location near the entrance to Petra. Friendly staff, great food and convenient restaurant downstairs. Overall, a terrific value!

It wasn't super clear that meals were not included in our booking.com reservation. The plug situation was a bit challenging for EU phone chargers and appliances. Otherwise, everything was great.

Very friendly staff and really good facilities. Ehab, especially, was very helpful in facilitating our stay. Close to the petra visitor centre, so if you have a rental car, you can leave at the premises and walk to the entrance within couple of minutes. Also, luggage storage facilities available.
