The staff are very helpful and kind as per usual, the breakfast is good and the bathrooms are spotless.
The bedding, living furniture and walls are worn out and in need of renovation. The bathrooms were not supplied with towels until I asked for them, and even when I did they only brought 3 towels in total - one for each individual - and the house keeping do a lousy job of making the rooms. They used to be better than this and I hope they manage to bounce back, as I'm a regular customer and I do like it here.

Excellent location with nearby restaurants. Well maintained hotel having nice ambience. Continental Breakfast was up-to expectations. Daily room cleaning services. Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Ahmed who is a gentlemen and was very helpful. I stayed during Eid Ul Aadha. He provided valuable information about culture, tourism and food.
Nothing that I observed.

breakfast was good. There were a lot of options.
The room was big, bed was nice, everything modern and good quality, and it was very clean.
Staff was very helpful, they sent someone to purchase a sim card for me which was super nice and i didn't expect.
They also provide complimentary water bottles which was also super nice :)
The internet was not reliable at all. It would stop working every 10 minutes. Overall it wasn't a problem, since i purchased a Jordan sim card with internet. But when i arrived I had some work things to do and it was really hard to finish it because i depended on internet.
Overall, if you are going to jordan as a tourist and you are not planning on working or staying much in the hotel this is a great hotel to stay. But if you plan on working from the hotel or staying in this will be a frustrating option for you.
I hope the hotel management takes this feedback into consideration and fixes the hotel internet. This was the only thing that prevented me from giving a 10 as a note. I had taxis in Jordan that provided better wifi to its passangers than the wifi the hotel provided, that's not acceptable in this day and age. Amman is a big city, so i'm pretty sure there are great internet providers that the hotel could be hiring.

Room size was good and overall things seemed to be clean. Buffet-style breakfast was quite good.
WiFi: The hotel's WiFi was terrible and dropped out every 15-30 minutes. Disconnecting and reconnecting would sometimes fix it, but usually not. Even worse was the staff's attitude about the issue. I spoke to a receptionist about it (politely) on my first full day in the hotel, and they told me the problem was with my phone, despite me saying that my laptop had the same problem. They also told me they were fixing it. The next day the connection was even more unreliable, so I spoke to a different receptionist (again politely) who also tried to blame my devices, and also told me that they were fixing it "today". The same thing happened the following day – no internet connection, the receptionist (same one as the first time I complained) pretended to speak to someone on the phone who was initially the "manager", but then later in the same conversation was an "engineer" – clearly just trying to placate me. In the afternoon there was STILL no internet connection, so I went to the receptionist again and confronted them about the fact that I'd been told 3 times the issue was being fixed when clearly nothing had been done. This member of staff then had the audacity to later refer to me to other hotel guests as the "angry man" – after lying to my face about their failure to provide something which in this day and age is an essential service for any kind of accommodation.
Kitchen: I booked a suite with a kitchen. The kitchen had a fridge/freezer, stove and a few plates, but only one set of cutlery and nothing at all for cooking e.g. pots/pans, utensils etc.
Noise: The room I had directly overlooked a very busy street and the soundproofing was quite poor. Local drivers love to use their horns all through the night, so don't expect a peaceful or relaxing stay.

Big Fridge, Microwave.
I booked for 10 people. The beds for 4 people were not ready when I checked in at 3.30am. There were not enough towels and
linen for the first night. The shower door in one of the rooms was not opening and closing smoothly. It needed repair which was not done. The security safe was left loose in the cupboard.

nothing. absolutely brilliant.

The breakfast was good. They have an “egg man” who will make omelettes or eggs to your liking.
Additional kitchen ware would make an improvement e.g. pots, pans, utensils etc.
