location is near everything
u can hear everything outside the room in the corridor and on the streets. woke up due to trucks in the place, putting merchandise in the coffee shops . no fridge.

Perfect location. Had all that we needed, nothing more. Was the perfect spot to explore the center of Brussels on a budget.
The shower curtain would blow into the shower when showering and stick to my legs.

The location was perfect, only a couple minutes walk from the main square and delirium village. The bed was comfortable.
The safe didn’t have a battery so couldn’t be used which made me feel uneasy leaving my stuff in the room. The shower facilities weren’t amazing and overall the room was a bit outdated.

Very good for 1 or 2 nights
I had a room on the other side of the main street so I didn't hear the noise from the street. Was quieter on the other side of building. The only problem is that people are slamming the doors very hard and it can wake you up ( consider this if you are a light sleeper).

The location was excellent, the room was very quiet and the staff were excellent

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was basic but very clean.
The street outside was very noisy. Constant bin lorries on both mornings and people drinking and talking until late at night.

The location was great and the people at the reception were nice and friendly.
The room was ok. I was alone and was ok with the size the room. However, I had to deal with water leaking from the room above in the bathroom that even flowed to the room. Please check the room above room 26. Water was heavily leaking into room 26 from the bathroom roof.

the stuff was rude .At night they closed the door and they don’t left me to get in , I have to wait 5 min to the cold to open me . It was like a military station like u say them now I get in , now I go out .So rude to shout the client because he go back at 12 !!!!! the small bed was destroyed in the room also . The good thing is just the location

The location is exceptional, few minutes from the Grand Place and the Main Station. This accomodation is suitable for couples to stay for a weekend and to discover the city. The staff is friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out.
Because of it central location at night is noisy but acceptable. The bathroom is small but clean.

Shower smelled after usage, room clearly needs some refreshing but if you want a last-minute non-dorm bed in the heart of bxl this is the best price/quality you'll get

I liked the location, it is centric
The bathroom was a nightmare, stinky, the shower was horrible because the water stays and is a creepy sensation. The odor comes from the pipes maybe and is terrible even when we kept the bathroom door closed. Linen is overused I slept dressed as I did not want to be in contact with the sheets or bedspread. It is noisy, all night we could hear people laughing and shouting in the street, I barely slept during my stay

The washroom was smelling so bad, heater was not working, they gave us just one smelly blanket, there was no water in the room, the pillows were too old and very uncomfortable, the bed was too small
