Location is ok
No soap, small cups barely any milk, loud banging and drilling in the morning

Accomodation clean and comfortable. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.Good location for access to Bus and Train routes into Kingston and London. Ideal for one night or weekend stay.
Hotel advertised parking available. However what is not clear is that this is parking on side streets nearby.

despite the reviews I found the room clean and comfortable. I stay in a lot of cheaper hotels and this was by far the nicest room.
the breakfast included was a little too early, my fault for having a late night but having breakfast available later would have been nice

Good location to local Hospital. Very reasonable price.
Decor and repair could do with updating, but in general it was very basic but clean.

Checked in fine. Met by the manager/owner. The room was fine and clean. The bed was comfy. Had a good breakfast in the kitchen with the owners who catered to whatever you fancied from the full breakfast range. Breakfast was included in the price and that make the whole thing very reasonable indeed. I would stay again.
There was building work next door that went on until about 11 pm, or just after. There is a house being built. When I did get to sleep it was fine. I had the earbuds and noise-canceling headphones on. So, not the best night's sleep but maybe this is reflected in the price. I thought to not complain to the owners as Im sure they are sick of it as well.

This lodge offers a good budget solution to travelers. The fixtures and finishings won't make it into your Instagram feed but everything works as it should. The room was clean and the staff were exceptional- kind and helpful, genuinely keen to help you enjoy your stay. Cooked breakfast every morning included. Well worth the price.

Every day breakfast is ready on time, Chef is helpful, kind, cooperative and punctual.
As I am disable there were no facilities for disable people it was very difficult for me to reach on top of building because there were no family room axcist on groung or first floor, I really dont like toilet as it was so small that you can't stand propely and wash basin is too small that you can't wash your hands or face properly, there were no toiletris available in wash room. I will not suggest any one to sty until you didn't get a place in the area

Heating was off for the most part of the first day making it unpleasant in the room

That it was available.
Rooms smelt of next door restaurant, noise pollution from outside, floors were not clean, lamp didn’t work in room. All looks like needs a lick of paint, carpets with stains.
Expensive for what it takes s and the bed was hit all all comfortable.

Amazing lovely breakfast!
The staff was very kind.

Chef very friendly and cooked a pretty good breakfast. The strong smell from the BBQ next door masked anything else.
Passed it three times before parking (in a side road), and finding it on foot - looks nothing like the picture. Very busy road with no sound proofing from the old windows (even with ear plugs I was woken repeatedly by traffic). Bright B&B sign was on all night outside my thinly curtained window (I was saved by an eye mask!). The double bed was barely wider than my shoulders. The shower was in the bed room, not a bathroom.

We booked this for 2 nights for a funeral. All we needed was a simple budget room with 2 beds to sleep in. We were not really fussed about any luxuries and knew exactly what to expect from previous reviews. You pay for what you get. The staff were super friendly. The chef cooked us a lovely English breakfast. It was perfect. There was also cereal if wanted. It was nice to get a wake up - knock on the door at 8am (as we requested). The room was clean. I admit the lodge is a little dated and in need of modernization, but for the purpose of our stay it was just right, and certainly for the price you pay. We stayed in ROOM 10. It was very quiet. The room had 2 beds. One single and the other was a larger than a single. I admit that they were a little uncomfortable but I have experienced the same thing in other hotels also. They may not believe in replacing beds as it’s not cost effective. I loved the fact that we had 2 sleeping pillows each do I was happy with this. We had a pleasant stay . Parking is a little difficult but I was lucky to eventually find a spot in Penrith Road KT3, which is the road next to St George’s Lodge.
Toweling is also provided. Thank you.
More comfy beds please and a little modernization such as the shower area. Also ROOM 10 had a very temperamental foot lock. This was clearly old and could also do with replacing. It was difficult to lock the door. Apart from this , we had a pleasant stay and we thank the staff for their hospitality.
