I love the apartment, well equipped with cooking facilities… fridge,gas, microwave but it’s common kitchen for 4 room.,

Highly recommend - cozy, clean, great location

Very pleased with my 4 day stay. It is a family owned place and they take good care of their guests. The place is meticulously clean and has everything you need! There is a fully equipped kitchen with the oven, microwave, dishes, serving utensils, and cookware. The room and the bathroom were very clean and had all the amenities you would expect from a hotel like an AC, TV, hairdryer, and amazingly smelling shampoo and show gel. The service was great too. A few days before arrival, the owner contacted us to ask for the time of arrival and was able to accommodate an early check-in. We received instructions how to enter the building a few days prior and on the day of arrival. It was very easy to get in (not sure why someone experienced any issues). Coffee was refilled daily and the kitchen was always in a perfect condition. Most importantly, we felt welcomed. The owner was always available on WhatsApp and replied quickly to all our questions with helpful information and recommendations. Location is also great. Central to the beach (10-15 minute walk) and city attractions. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, bus stops, grocery stores. Very happy with our stay and our hosts. Would strongly recommend and would be happy to stay again when visiting Tel Aviv in the future.

A comfortable and basic stay

Great location, 15 minute walk from the beach and nearby a lot of restaurants and cafes. Comfortable bed, clean kitchen, room and ensuite bathroom with coffee supplied.

Could have had more hanging facilities for things like wet towels, swimming costumes. The hangers were above the bathroom door which was inconvenient when going in and out of the bathroom.

Good

This AirBnb place had great communication from checkin until checkout. I liked the value for the price despite being located in one of most expensive cities.

Water outlet in the bathroom is so slow and I couldn't take shower without flooding the entire bathroom.

Good for short stay only if location is important.

Good location. Fairly clean. Refrigerator with decent freezer (although shared with the other guests in the apt).

There was a musty smell in the room and the adjacent bathroom. No screens on window, so we could not air out the room at night. Not much room for hanging up clothes.

Decent room with all that we needed

A decent room with a common kitchen and seating area. Well run. Remote check-in was smooth and all my questions were answered promptly. Quite central. They let us keep our bags in the common area after we had vacated our room since our train was in the afternoon.

All was good. There is no way to do laundry (an earlier review said it was possible) but next door there is a laundromat. Do keep an eye on your clothes though as ours were mixed up and we had to go back twice to retrieve missing items.

Very good. Clean, safe, privacy, spacious. Great location.

Everything was good. It is an apartment with 3 rooms. It is all new, seems like it had a recent renovation.. The comum area (living room and kitchen) was very new and tidy. Also very clean. ANd we can work on the dining table. The room was very spacious, very clean. With a life saver Air conditioner. I set the wrong date, and 10h before my checking the property managed to adjust it. It was very convenient and a great solving mindset from the customer service. They also provide all kind of info. Close to the best part of Tel Aviv.

The towels, had a funny smell. Like if it was dried in the dark, you know?

Could have been better

Access to public transportation. The neighborhood is more local than the tourist area. Many great restaurants nearby and the owner's recommendations are spot on.

Cleanness. The bathroom and the kitchen need good scrub. The bathroom in our room had a musky smell, and the shower curtain was moldy. We contacted the owner. He responded quickly, and he cleaned and changed the curtain. The refrigerator wasn't clean at all. But we didn't complain as we didn't use it for a short stay.

Very good

it’s a coliving concept, 4 rooms in the apartment sharing fully equipped kitchen, living room. every room has its own bathroom. everything was comfortable, room has TV with Netflix, for other streaming services incl YouTube there seemed to be download speed restriction. The room may get humid after showering but with AC or by opening the window the problem gets solved. The area is super nice and for the money you pay it is probably the best option in town.

shower could be better but we didn’t have any issue. Sound proofing could also be bothering but my neighbours were quiet.

Ideal place to stay in Tel Aviv

We liked the place very much, great location, comfy modern place with a shared space with a nice kitchen and dining space. Definitely recommend

Very close to the city center and to many attractions.

No place to leave your bag after checking out, except for the hallway which is a shared place. Some lockers for luggage would be highly appreciated in the future.
