key collection was easy. doors was open already.
except this i din't like anything.
Main issue is the cleanliness. As soon as we return we all were sick. Beds were not clean, kitchen doesn't have a lighter and not maintained well.
Overall rating i would like to give is poor. Bed, couch and washrooms are not good. Hot/cold water control was not working properly. I don't recommend this to anyone.

The road out of it. It was rotten and a scene from a nightmare
What do I start with:
- the property isn’t located we’re advertised.
- on arrival the mobile home looked like a dirty dilapidated hole.
- big gap between the door which was visabled and didn’t close the door properly.
- when we entered the mobile home we were greeted by numerous flys ( and a dirty fly trap hanging which looked like it hadn’t been changed in god knows how long), there was also dead flys on the counter top , windowsills and shelf’s.
- a dirty disgusting cat wouldn’t leave inside the hell hole and had a dirty rotten fly stuck to its back. It was jumping over everything.
-
- the windows were rotten and hadn’t seen a clean, blinds dirty also.
The kitchen, living area, bathroom and bed areas were disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned.
When we arrived we automatically got on our phones and researched other properties because we were not going to spend time in the dirty hell hole. We were all scratching the heads and arms of ourselves within ten minutes of being there. (Definitely infested with fleas). We went to the shop and got cleaning products and tried to clean it but that place would only benefit from being set on fire and burnt down. We wouldn’t even chance taking a warm drink out of the kettle, especially when we walked around the back of the mobile and saw where the water was. The place was absolutely horrendous and a scam of a place. And obviously this owner is writing her own good review’s because that place is atrocious. As bad as it is we had to tell the women that we had a death in the family and had to go home (my sisters husbands uncle was dying and did pass away). We had a new born baby with us and two children so we wouldn’t expose them to the dingy hell hole any longer . The TV didn’t work ( which I see was mentioned in previous reviews, this shows that nothing was fixed).

Location to the nearest beaches and towns was great.
The Caravan was very easy to find and quite private on the site.
Very reasonably priced and Perfect for what we required.
Kids enjoyed seeing the animals around the site.
The living room sofa could do with being changed and the bedding was very old and covered in pet hair.

Beds were comfortable
The place was freezing, crack in front door between door and frame that was clearly visable. Bottom room had hole in floor that you could see straight through to the stone underneath. Electric fire, telly and dvd player didn't work at all. Kettle was full of limescale. Few cobwebs and when trying to get the electric fire going a dirty earbud fell from it. Lane into the house would only suit a tractor and a rooster was cockadooing from 5:30am which with kids in bed late as on a break away this wasn't ideal. At €105 we thought we grabbed a bargain but that was defeintley too much for what we got.

The location was okay. I thought that we were going to be closer to Rossnowlagh beach because its advertised as Rossnowlagh but it is actually closer to Ballyshannon.
We are very into animals and there are plenty here. Dogs, peacocks, cats, ducks, geese, pigs, hens. We didn't know about the roosters who had us awake very early. I think first impressions are very important and I think she should replace the broken window blinds. They were the first thing I saw when I stopped outside. However, the inside is cosy and nice.

Cheap, clean, compact but adequate. Host very welcoming and friendly.
I though the views would be overlooking the sea. Did not like cat coming inside every chance it got.

It was close to the beach
We didn't stay all 4 nights, not clean, had to keep our pup on his lead all the time, cat trying to get into the property, lights not working, someone's used shower scrunchie left in bathroom, under sofa cushions not clean, plates and cups dirty. Def needs some work to match the pictures on booking.com

Great views, friendly animals, even the big dog. You get what u see , great for a night or 2. Friendly family
Beds not very comfortable. Wee mattress topper would be nice but that's just being picky. If ur a light sleeper you'll hear wee kittens under neath and rooster, didn't wake the kids tho.

We really enjoyed the beautiful countryside scenery, interacting with the farm animals and relaxing. It was a perfect location to easily travel between Rossnowlagh and Tullan beach, Bundoran.

The hosts made the stay very special. They are very friendly and assisted any time we asked. They also showed the kids (and adults) all the animals in the farms including new puppies, kittens and ducklings.
The kids were able to go and find fresh eggs laid by the chickens evey morning which were absolutely delicious.
The views out of the mobile home were stunning with the sea on the horizon and all the green fields with different animals to enjoy the peacefulness with a coffee in the morning.
The mobile home is in the hosts farm, however, it is very private and not overlooked at all.
Our stay highly exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be back soon. Highly recommended for families with young kids.
